Star’s compact Humidified Cabinets deliver profit building sales with minimum counterspace for pizza, pretzels, chicken, pastries, bagels, hot sandwiches and more.
HFD-1’s use only 15” of counterspace and fit almost anywhere.
Choose from pizza racks, pretzel racks or universal racks to merchandise your day part menu items.
Low water indicator light shows when to add water keeping your humidity at the proper level.
Top temperature control ranges from 110ºF to 175ºF with a thermometer located on the inside back right corner post for easy monitoring.
Bottom control panel has drain valve, humidity control, low water indicator and power switch.
Illuminated cabinet for better visibility and merchandising.
Attractive graphics to enhance impulse sales.
Application:
Star’s humidified cabinets are designed for constant use and reliability. Name your product; pizza, pretzels, chicken, pastries, bagels, hot sandwiches, ribs and more, Star's humidity cabinets will hold your food products at the right temperature and texture much longer than tradition­al means.
Quality Construction:
Constructed of corrosion resistant stainless steel tempered glass door and side panels. Chrome plated wire rack, on/off switch, low water indicator light, drain valve, adjustable temperature control and separate humidity control all in a forced air cabinet are standard. Unit has 6’ NEMA 5-15P.
Warranty:
Humidity Cabinets are covered by Star’s one year parts and labor warranty.

Star’s Humidity Cabinets are constructed with stainless steel, tempered glass panels and doors, and aluminum extrusion corner posts. Two ther­mostats are provided, one for temperature and the second for humidity control. A 3 quart water reservoir with drain tube is standard. Units sup­plied with either 3 stationary 13-1/2" x 11-1/8" flat shelves, or with revolving 3 tiered pizza racks or 3 tiered pretzel racks. Units come complete with low water indicator light, on-off switch, and a 6 foot lead-in cord with plug, NEMA #5-15P (120V) or NEMA #6-15P (240V). Units are UL and UL Sanitation approved.
