Application

The Toastmaster Countertop
Electric Hot Plate is the most
economical and flexible Countertop
Hot Plate in the food service
industry. It offers unsurpassed
performance, combining a proven
control system with Toastmaster
quality and durability.

Standard Features

• Reinforced stainless steel front
sides and top.

• Aluminized steel at the rear and
bottom.

• Heating is accomplished with 9”
solid round hotplate with
element embedded in ceramic
and permanently bonded to the
plate.

• Adjustable 4” legs.

• Temperature is regulated by an

infinite heat switch with positive
“OFF” position.

Electrical

TECHP1132 is wired with
combination voltage of 208/230
volts, single phase. All wiring is to
be connected at the terminal block
located in rear of unit through
access panel.

Heating

Heating is accomplished with 9”
solid round hotplate with element
embedded in ceramic and
permanently bonded to the plate.

Controls

Temperatures are regulated by an
infinite heat switch. Dial knobs, with
an “OFF” position are mounted in
front with guard. An indicator light is
associated with each switch. Each
hotplates is provided with an
integral temperature limit control for
over temperature protection.

Warranty

Product warranty includes one year
parts and labor. (USA only)
