INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
BACK BOX AND TILE BRIDGE BBF-100 & TBF-100
Description
The TOA BBF-100 Back Box and TBF-100 Tile Bridge are designed for easy installation with the TOA
model F-101C(M) and F-121C(M) speakers.
Safety precaution
If the ceiling material is not strong enough to support the speaker assembly, including the back box and
tile bridge, suspend the assembly directly from a ceiling beam or other substantial structural member.
NOTICE
For sheetrock pre-construction installation, the TBF-100 Tile Bridge must be
installed at the same time as the BBF-100 Back Box.

NOTICE
For sheetrock pre-construction installation, the TBF-100 Tile Bridge
must be installed at the same time as the BBF-100 Back Box.
1. Attach the TBF-100 to the BBF-100 using the screws provided and install the complete
assembly at the desired speaker location.

2. Using the template provided with the F-101/121C(M) speaker assembly, cut the speaker
assembly opening in the ceiling material.

3. Following the instructions provided with the F-101/121C(M) speaker assembly, connect
the speaker wiring, then install the speaker assembly and baffle.
