1. Exter nal Ada pter (not inc luded ). Pl eas e u se a mat che d ada pter (5V DC/50 0mA, USB port ) t o c ha rge the r adio.
2. In stall t he lith ium bat tery.
3. To charg e the b at ter y, con nect th e Micro -USB ca ble to th e radio , the oth er end to a U SB adap ter.
4. W hile c har ging, the ba tte ry sym bol sh ow n on the di splay moves from r igh t to le ft, an d s top s when the bat tery is f ull cha rged. Then d iscon nect th e radio a nd the ad apter.
