MiniVu7C Portable TV - QUICK START GUIDE

Important:
Before you operate your Michley-Tivax MiniVu7C, please read the quick
start guide:
Basic Instructions (for detailed instructions please refer to our User Manual)
• Peel off protective plastic film from the TV screen.
• Connect your TV to a power supply.
• Connect your TV firmly to either antenna provided in the package.
• If you use the magnetic antenna can attach to any metallic surface (such
as a file cabinet, metal window frame or metal roof of a stationary car).
• Turn switch on the side of the unit to “ON” position.
• Scan the TV for channels available in your area before initial use or after
you have changed the location of the TV.
Scanning:
- Press down the “Menu” button on your MiniVu7C.
- The TV screen will show as below.
- Press 'V-' button.
- 'TV source' is on the first line of the TV screen.
- Press 'CH-' button once.
- 'TV source' turns yellow.

- If the TV source is 'Air', then press 'CH-' again.
- Auto Scan will turn into yellow.
- Press 'OK' button to scan the channels.
- Wait for TV to conclude the search for digital stations.
Additional Notes
• Please be aware that the number of channels received depends on your
proximity to the broadcast tower. You may require a more powerful
antenna to secure more channels. An adapter (included) will be required
to connect to this antenna.
• For best digital reception the TV must be stationary.
• This TV will not work when you are driving. This characteristic is true
for any digital TV. But you can enjoy movie or pictures which are
preloaded in SD card or USB.
• Please change the 'Source' to ‘External storage' if you use USB or SD
card.
