Water Alarm

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

Installing the battery: Remove the cover on the battery compartment located on the right side of the alarm.

Extend the wires and snap a 9-volt battery onto the connector. Place the battery back in the compartment.
Replace the cover.

Positioning the sensor: The sensor is located on the bottom of the alarm. The alarm can be place directed
on the floor with the sensor compartment closed, or the sensor compartment can be opened and the sensor
wires extended to reach a sump pit or another remote location. The alarm can be hung on a nail or screw in
the wall with the sensor extended, and the sensor can be secured in place through the holes in the sensor
panel. Six feet of wire are attached to the sensor, but up to 100 ft. can be spliced into the line.

Replacing the battery: Replace the battery if the alarm has operated for an extended period of time, or if
the battery expiration date is approaching. You may want to mark the battery expiration date on a piece of
tape and attach it to the alarm when you install the battery.

Limited Warranty

GLENTRONICS, INC. warrants this product against defects in material or workmanship for a period of 5 years
from the date of the first retail purchase. GLENTRONICS shall at its sole and absolute option, either repair or
replace at no charge the defective unit with the same model or an equivalent model.

To obtain warranty service, you must take or deliver the product prepaid to GLENTRONICS, INC. with proof of
purchase in the form of a bill of sale, receipted invoice which is evidence that the unit is within the warranty
period.

This warranty does not cover cosmetic damage or claims for damage due to abuse, improper maintenance,
connection to an improper voltage supply, misuses, or acts of God.

REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT, AS PROVIDED UNDER THIS WARRANTY, IS THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY OF THE
CONSUMER. GLENTRONICS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
FOR BREACH OF ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ON THIS PRODUCT, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT
PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE ON THIS PRODUCT IS LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS
WARRANTY.
