How to use USB device update main SW
for MT27 series chassis
1. Rename the main SW as TCL_MT27_UPDATE.bin, copy or save as the file to
the root directory of a USB device.

2. Insert the USB device to TV set, enter “Factory Menu”
steps below:
- “Factory Menu” Ö ” DesignMenu2” Ö ” USB UPG”.
- When the screen indicates “Upgrade File Detected” and ”Press OK To
Start”, press “OK” key from Remote Control to start downloading the
SW.
- Meanwhile, the gauge is displaying and showing “Upgrading…”, the LED
is flickering.

3. Once the SW is downloaded, the TV set will switch-off/on automatically.

How to enter “Factory Menu”
When “HotKey” is disabled, Factory Menu could be entered by the following

Press the Remote Control key “Menu”;
Select “Picture”, press ”OK” to enter the picture submenu

- Press the “9”, “7”, “3” and “5”.”
If “HotKey” is enabled, please pop-up “Factory Menu” as the following step
- Press Remote Control key “Return”.
How to come back to “Factory Menu” root when you are into a submenu:
- Press Remote Control “Menu” key.
How to change item value or state into “Factory Menu” or submenu:
- Press Remote Control “>” or ”<” key.
How to exit “Factory Menu”,
- Press “Menu” or “Exit” key from Remote Control.
