5. Turn on Bluetooth and Thomson healthcare App. Make sure both

1- For first wear, use the tape measurement to measure your

3- Select the suitable lenght of the wrist cuff and cut it off /

4- Use the metal buckle to buckle up the wrist cuff or adjust the

5- For daily wear, insert the wrist cuff which has the USB icon into

the USB interface of the device. To remove it, pull the same
extremity / Pour l’utilisation au quotidien, insérez le bout du
bracelet avec l’icone USB à l’interface USB du traqueur. Pour
le retirer, tirer cette extrémité / Für den täglichen Verschleiß,

7- Connect the other side of the cuff with the device/ Connectez

Follow the hints in the manual to wear the pedometer. Then it can

When the OLED display is off, press the button, it will display the
picture the pedometer was displaying at the last turn off/ Lorsque le

If there is no operation, the OLED will turn off after several seconds/

NB : If the battery is low, when you will turn on the pedometer, the

Press the button for 5 sec. The monitor vibrates and  logo blinks
on the screen. / Appuyer sur le bouton pendant 5 secondes.

Check if bluetooth is on, app is on and if both devices are within the

dipped into water and wrung out, to wipe the dirt. Then use a dry
