5-point safety belt
Please note:
The 5-point safety belt integrated in the seat is intended for the use between 20 and 90 pounds only! This requires that the seat must be secured with the vehicle’s 3-point belt before.
The 5-point safety belt is already tted in the seat. For more information on
the use of the belts please consult the RECARO user manual provided with the seat.
Adjusting the belt length:
Slightly lift the lateral seat cover and the fabric flap. Now you can see the central belt adjuster in the seat shell. To change the belt length, press the lever down and adjust the belt by either pulling the strap coming out of the front of the seat (shortening) or by pulling out both shoulder belts (lengthening).
Belt buckle:
Unbuckle the black chest clip by squeezing in the centre of it. After that press the red dent of the buckle below. Separate the two upper belt fasteners. To close the belt, bring the two upper belt fasteners together, insert them into the buckle from above and push together until they lock in place with an audible “Click”. Also bring the two black belt fasteners together and push them together until they lock in place with an audible “Click”.
