Installing batteries
Ope n the ba ttery compart men t of the recei ver an d insert tw o “AAA ” batteri es wit h correct pol ari ty. Open the battery compartme nt of the transmitter and insert two “A AA” batt eries with co rrect p ol ari ty.
Turn On/Off Unit
Press a nd hold F / C/ but ton on th e re cei ve r for 2 ~3 s eco nd s to turn i t ON or OFF.º º

Synchronize/Pair Transmitter and Receiver

The re ceiv er will turn off automatically if it hasn' t the temperature signa l received from the tr an sm itter for more than 30 m inutes, a beep w ill so und for on e mi nute b efore it s huts dow n. How eve r, the Auto O ff fea ture will be auto matical ly disabl ed if th e timer is runnin g.
The tra nsmit ter wil l tur n off aut omati cal ly i f the t em per ature m easur ed is alw ays low er tha n 50º C (12 2ºF ) in 12 0 min ute s.
Measure meat temperature to USDA doneness temperature range:
