1. Do not unplug the AC power cord when the power supply is in
use. Doing so may cause damage to your components.
2. Do not place the power supply in a high humidity and/or
temperature envir onment.
3. High voltages ex ist in the power supply. Do not open the
power supply case unless you are an authorized service
technician or electrician. Doing so will void the warranty.
4. PSU should be powered by the sou rce indicated on the rating
label.
5. All warranties and guarantees will be voided, if failure to
comply with any o f the warnings a nd cautions covered in this
manual.

4. Installation Steps
Not e: Make sure that your system is tur ned off and unpl ugge d.
D isconnect the AC powe r co rd f rom your old power supply.
1. Open your computer case; please refer to the direction in your
case manual.
2. Install the PSU into the case with the four screws provided.
3. Connect the 24 p in Main Power Connector to your
motherboard and p eripheral. If yo ur motherboard uses a 20-pin
connector, detach the 4-pin attac hment on the 24-pin connector.
Note: The detachable 4-p in s ecti on c anno t be used in place of a 4-pin +12V
c onnector.
4. Connect the 8-pi n or 4-pin conne ctor for the CPUs.
5. Connect other pe ripheral power c onnectors to devices such as
hard drives, opti cal drives, etc.
6. Close your compu ter case and con nect the AC power cord to
the power supply AC inlet.

Short Circuit Protection
A short circuit placed between dc return and output rail (Approximately
0.03ohm) shall cause no damage to power supply and the main output
shall shut down and latch off, but the 5Vsb might recovery automatically.
