Water Cooling Kit
This product is intended for installation only by expert users. Please consult with a qualified technician for
installation. Improper installation may result in damage to your equipment.
1. Please carefully read the manual before beginning the installation process !
2. It is strongly recommended to use market proven pre-mix coolant, such as Thermaltake Coolant 1000.
3. DO NOT USE any kind of alcohol or alcohol derivatives with this reservoir or the acrylic tube may crack
and fail ! Do not clean it using alcohol either !
Before Installation
Cautions: Make sure there's enough space when you start set up the LCS product
Radiators
To ensure a clean loop,
flus h and rinse your radi ators
and wa ter blocks with
dist illed water befor e using.
Make s ure the fittings ar e
scre wed securely when
plac ing them onto
the ra diator.
Water Blocks
Attach the fitting s to the inlet and
outlet of the waterb lock.
Attach the waterbl ock onto the
motherboard by ref erring to the
enclosed manual.
Case Fan
Attach the fans to the r adiator
Pump and Reservoir
Attach fittings on to the pump
and reservoir
Installation Walkthrough (Example: Core V51)
Place the motherbo ard into the case. Position the radia tor.

Cutting and Attaching the Tubing
Take out th e ca p from th e fitti ng s and pla ce

tubin g. P ush the e nd of the t ub ing ove r the
barb; m ak e sure th e tubin g is a t ight fi t.
Slide t he c ap over t he fitt in g and rot ate it
clock wi se unti l the tub in g is seal ed in pla ce .

Filling the System
Cautions:
1. Before filling t he s ys te m, please make
sure that each fitt in g as w el l as unused
ports are complet el y se al ed.
2. If there is any case o f le ak in g,
immediately tur n of f th e po wer and
clean the leak
3. If there's any rel at ed e le ctronic parts
stained on liquid c oo la nt , make sure to
completely clea n an d dr y th e
components. And then make sure t he y
all work well.
Thermaltake recommen ds the following steps to be taken after completing y our water loop setup

while preventi ng t he e nt ir e co ol in g sy st em – c op per, brass, nickel, aluminum, and steel – from corrosion.
2. Fill the reservoi r wi th c oo la nt a nd c yc le t he p ow er o n and off se ve ra l ti me s wh il e th e pu mp p us hing the coolant into the loop.
3. DO NOT let the pump run dry, when there is no liquid entering the pump turn off your power immediately
4. Fill the reservoi r to t he t op a s it w il l pr ev en t ai r fr om g oi ng into the pump
5. If necessary tilt t he s ys te m sl ig ht ly f ro m si de t o si de t o bl eed the air out of the loop.
6. Place some pape r to we ls u nd er f it ti ng s an d jo in in g points to test for leaks.
7. Run the loop with t he f il l po rt o pe n fo r ab ou t 24 h ou rs t o co mpletely bleed the air out of the loop.
