Subject: No OK to move signal
Summary: Potential Issue with interconnecting harness on the automation board
Valued Thermadyne Service Provider,
It was brought to our attention that some Automated CUTMASTER 51, 81, 101 and 151 units could not
provide the “OK to Move” signal.
An assembly issue was found in the interconnecting wiring harness from the pilot board to the Automation
board. This issue has been corrected on our assembly line and our inventory is in the process to be
checked out.
Should you run across a similar situation please check your wiring as follows:
On the Pilot board the connections need to be: Wire # 52 to J1 - pin 1 **
Wire # 51 to J1 - pin 2 **
On the Auto Interface board the wires need to be: J1 - pin 3 wire # 52 **
J1 - pin 2 wire # 51 **
** Refer to the attached schematic section.
