Valued Thermadyne Distributor,

Through continued testing, Thermal Dynamics recently discovered a potential problem with the AirCut 15C.
The potential exists for electrical shock if the unit is plugged into an ungrounded outlet. While the AirCut 15C
comes standard with a ground plug and can only be plugged into a grounded outlet, voltage leakage at the
torch and ground clap may cause a shock if the ground terminal in the outlet is wired incorrectly.

Thermal Dynamics has found a solution to this issue and is implementing a design change to correct. At
this time, we are contacting all distributors who have purchased the AirCut 15C to arrange for a replacement
to be provided.
