The TDB1000 Advanced Security Systems Electronic Tester or 'The A.S.S.E.T' has been
designed and developed to provide a simple and easy system for:

www.wikikey.com the TDB1000 puts together all the information required to make
locksmithing and advanced workshop key programming simple and affordable.
The Diagnostic Box Team have come together with over 50 years of experience
between them within the locksmith and automotive business, and gives you the
opportunity to simplify and expand your business, and bring in new business with the

The TDB1000 is the simplest and most cost effective key programming system on the

Safety Information
The TDB1000 must only ever be connected in one of the following ways:
Via the 16 pin connector provided, plugged into a 12V vehicle.
Via the USB cable supplied, plugged into a PC.
Under no circumstances should the TDB1000 be plugged in to a PC monitor, TV or PC or any
other item with a DVI connection as this may result in damage or injury.
Cleaning
Should the TDB1000 unit require cleaning, this should be done using only a damp cloth,
making sure not to get moisture inside the unit. Solvent based cleaners should never be used
as they may cause damage to the surface materials of the unit.
The TDB1000 contains no user serviceable parts and should not be dismantled.
USB cable
The USB cable supplied is used for data transfer from TDB1000 to PC (computer) ONLY.
