Bestimmungsgemässe Verwendung
Der Präsenzmelder dient ausschliesslich dem zwischen Hersteller und Anwender vertraglich vereinbarten Verwendungszweck. Eine andere oder darüber
hinausgehende Benutzung gilt als nicht bestimmungsgemäss. Für hieraus resultierende Schäden
haftet der Hersteller nicht.
2. Funktion und Leistungsmerkmale
Der Präsenzmelder compact office 24V (Lux) erfasst
anwesende Personen aufgrund feinster Bewegungen.
Gleichzeitig misst sein Lichtsensor die Helligkeit im
Raum und vergleicht sie mit dem vorgegebenen Helligkeitsschaltwert. Zwei Relais (compact office 24V)
beziehungsweise ein Relais (compact office 24V Lux)
dienen als Schaltausgänge.
compact office 24V (Lux) wird vorzugsweise in kleinen Büros, Korridoren und Nebenräumen eingesetzt.
Eine mechanische Sicherheitsverriegelung schützt den
Melder gegen unbefugtes Abziehen.
Der Schaltkontakt A «Licht» schaltet die Beleuchtung
bei Anwesenheit und ungenügender Helligkeit ein,
bei Abwesenheit oder genügend Helligkeit aus.

Der Schaltkontakt B «Präsenz» (nur compact office
24V) steuert Heizungs-, Lüftungs- und Klima-Sys-
teme. Der Kontakt schliesst bei Anwesenheit, eine
Einschaltverzögerung erlaubt verzögertes Einschalten. Der Kontakt kann auch zur Raumüberwachung
verwendet werden. Dabei reagiert er mit reduzierter
Empfindlichkeit nur auf deutliche Bewegung.

Der Analogausgang 0-10V (nur compact office 24V
Lux) gibt die vom Lichtsensor des Melders gemessene
Helligkeit als Analogsignal aus. Der Ausgang kann
wie ein Lichtsensor verwendet werden und funktioniert unabhängig vom Präsenzmelder.

3. Platzierung / Montage
Die ideale Montagehöhe beträgt 2,0 - 3,0m.
Mit zunehmender Montagehöhe verringert sich die
Empfindlichkeit des Melders. Zur einwandfreien
Personenerfassung benötigt der Präsenzmelder freie
Sicht auf die Personen. Büroeinrichtungen, mobile
Trennwände, Pflanzen, abgehängte Leuchten etc.
können die Präsenzerfassung beeinträchtigen (Abschattung).

3.1 Anschluss
Der Präsenzmelder muss unterputz in eine Dose
montiert werden. Für die Aufputz-Montage (AP) ist
ein entsprechender AP-Rahmen erhältlich.

Utilisation conforme à l’utilisation prévue
Le détecteur de présence sert uniquement à
l’utilisation convenue suivant les termes du contrat
passé entre le fabricant et l’utilisateur. Toute autre
utilisation est interdite. Le fabricant décline toute
responsabilité en cas d’utilisation non conforme.
2. Fonctions et caractéristiques
Le détecteur de présence compact office 24V (Lux)
détecte la présence de personnes sous l’effet du
moindre mouvement. En même temps, un capteur
mesure la luminosité dans la pièce et la compare avec
le seuil de luminosité préréglé. Deux relais (compact
office 24V) et/ou un relais (compact office 24V Lux)
servent de sortie de commutation.
compact office 24V (Lux) s’utilise surtout dans les petits bureaux, couloirs et locaux annexes. Un verrouillage mécanique de sécurité interdit le démontage du
détecteur par toute personne non autorisée.
Le contact A «Lumière» enclenche l’éclairage en cas de
présence d’une personne si la luminosité est insuffisante,
et l’éteint en cas d’absence ou de luminosité suffisante.

de climatisation. Le contact se ferme en présence d’une
personne, une temporisation permettant un enclenchement retardé. Le contact peut également être utilisé pour
la surveillance de locaux. L’appareil réagit alors avec une
sensibilité réduite aux seuls mouvements bien distincts.

3. Emplacement / montage
La hauteur de montage idéale est de 2,0 - 3, 0 m
Plus l’appareil est monté haut, plus la sensibilité
du détecteur est réduite. Pour pouvoir détecter la
présence de personnes correctement, le détecteur doit
avoir un champ de vision libre sur les personnes en
question. Le mobilier de bureau, les cloisons mobiles,
les plantes, les luminaires suspendus etc. peuvent
gêner la détection (masquage par ombre).

3.1 Raccordement
Le détecteur de présence doit être monté dans un
boîtier encastré. Pour le montage apparent, il existe un
cadre de montage apparent.

regarding the manipulation of electrical systems must
be observed! The voltage supply must be disconnected
prior to installation!

The device is maintenance-free. The warranty terminates if the device is opened or entered with any kind

Designated use
The presence detector is solely intended for the purpose contractually specified between the manufacturer
and the user. Any other or extended use has to be regarded as not complying with the designated use. The
manufacturer is not liable for any resulting damage.
2. Function and performance characteristics
The presence detector compact office 24V (Lux)
detects persons within a room on account of slightest
movements. Simultaneously, its light sensor measures
the brightness in the room and compares it to the preset brightness threshold. Two relays (compact office
24V) or one relay (compact office 24V Lux) serve as
switching outputs.
The presence detector compact office 24V (Lux) is used
preferably in small offices, passageways and ancillary
rooms. A mechanical safety lock protects the detector
against unauthorised removal.
The switching contact A «Light» switches on the
lighting in case of presence and insufficient brightness,
and off in case of absence or sufficient brightness.

The switching contact B «Presence» (compact office
24V only) controls heating, ventilation and air-condi-
tioning systems. The contact closes in case of presence,
a switch-on delay allows a delayed switching on. The
contact can also be used for room surveillance purposes. Using reduced sensitivity, it only responds on very
distinct movements.

The analog output 0-10V (compact office 24V
Lux only) provides the brightness measured by the
detector’s light sensor as an analog signal. The output
can be used like a light sensor and functions independently from the presence detector.

3. Location / Installation
The ideal mounting height is 2.0 - 3.0m.
The sensitivity of the detector decreases with
increasing mounting height. In order to ensure proper
detection of persons, the detector requires an unobstructed “view” of the persons. Office equipment,
plants, suspended lamps etc. may affect the presence
detection (shading).

3.1 Connection
The presence detector must be flush mounted into a
concealed housing. A suitable frame for surface mounting is also available.

4. Inbetriebnahme
Die Melder werden mit einer Grundeinstellung einsatzbereit ausgeliefert. Die Vorgaben sind Richtwerte.
Für die Inbetriebnahme ist optional die Service-Fernbedienung QuickSet plus erhältlich. Sie ermöglicht
das Einstellen aller Potentiometer-Werte auf Distanz.

4. Mise en service
Les détecteurs sont livrés prêts à l’emploi, avec un réglage
de base. Les valeurs préréglées sont des valeurs indicatives. Pour la mise en service, la télécommande de service
QuickSet plus est proposée en option. Elle permet le réglage à distance de toutes les valeurs des potentiomètres.

4. Start-up
The detectors are supplied ready for operation with a
factory setting of recommended standard values. The

4.4 Einschaltverhalten
Mit jedem Aufstecken des Sensorteils auf das Leistungsteil oder nach jedem Zuschalten der Spannung
durchläuft der Melder 3 Phasen, die durch eine LED
angezeigt werden.
1. Aufstartphase (30sec)

4.3 Comportement à l’enclenchement
A chaque fois que la partie sensorielle est enfichée
sur la partie puissance ou à chaque mise sous tension,
le détecteur de présence traverse 3 phases qui sont
signalées par une LED.
1. Phase de démarrage (30 s)
La LED clignote au rythme d’une seconde, les deux

4.3 Behaviour on switching on
Whenever the sensor module is plugged onto the power module or the unit is energised, the detector goes
through 3 phases which are indicated by an LED.
1. Start-up phase (30sec)

LED flashes every second, both contacts are closed
(light and presence on)

In case of absence, both contacts open after 30sec.
2. Service phase (10min)
•
The “Light” contact reacts instantaneously on
brightness in order to check the brightness
threshold.

If the brightness is insufficient the lighting is
switched on (LED on),and if the brightness is
sufficient the lighting is switched off (LED off).

The service phase can be terminated earlier by
actuating the clic user remote control.

5. Parallelschaltung
•
Die Ausgänge mehrerer Melder können parallelgeschaltet werden. Damit können auch grosse und
verwinkelte Räume wie Grossraumbüros, Korridore,
Tiefgaragen etc. abgedeckt werden.
•
Die gesamtzulässige Belastung erhöht sich nicht.
•
Präsenz- und Helligkeitserfassung durch alle Melder
gemeinsam.
•
Die Helligkeits-Schaltschwelle sowie Nachlaufzeit
ist bei jedem Melder einzeln einzustellen.
•
Die Benutzer-Fernbedienung clic kann nur mit Einschränkungen genutzt werden (siehe Abschnitt 6).

5. Montage en parallèle
Les sorties de plusieurs détecteurs peuvent être

des locaux de grande taille et en angles (grands
bureaux, couloirs, garages souterrains etc.).

La charge maximale admissible n’augmente pas.

La détection de présence et de luminosité est

Le seuil de commutation et la temporisation au déclenchement doivent être réglés sur chaque détecteur.

The outputs of a number of detectors can be connected in parallel circuit operation. This enables coverage
of large and irregularly shaped rooms such as openplan offices, corridors, underground parkings e.g.

The total permissible load does not increase.

Presence detection and brightness measurement by
all detectors together.

The brightness threshold value and switch-off delay
time must be adjusted individually for each detector.
•
The user remote control clic can only be used
subject to certain restrictions (see section 6).

Les détecteurs de présence HTS sont fabriqués avec
le plus grand soin et selon les technologies les plus
modernes et sont soumis à un contrôle de qualité. HTS
garantit le bon fonctionnement dans des conditions
d‘utilisation normales. Si toutefois une panne devait
survenir, HTS accorde sur ces appareils une garantie
dans le cadre de ses conditions commerciales générales.
On notera en particulier que:
•
le délai de garantie est de 24 mois à compter de
la sortie de l‘appareil de notre usine/entrepôt.
•
la garantie perd toute validité lorsque l‘acheteur
ou des tiers procèdent à des modifications ou
réparations sur les appareils.
•
dans le cas ou le détecteur de présence est
raccordé à un système commandé par logiciel,
la garantie ne s‘applique que si le raccordement
est réalisé conformément aux spécifications
fournies concernant les interfaces.
Nous nous engageons à remettre en état ou à remplacer dans les meilleurs délais toute pièce de l‘objet de
la livraison qui s‘avérerait défectueuse ou inutilisable
en raison d‘un défaut sur le matériau ou d‘un vice de
construction avant expiration de la période de garantie.

still occur, HTS will give warranty within the scope of
the general business terms and conditions.
Please note:

that the warranty period is 24 months starting
on dispatch from our works/warehouse.
•
that the warranty terminates in case of any
modifications or repair work carried out on the
device by you or third persons.
•
that, if the presence detector is connected to a
software-controlled system, the warranty for
this connection is only valid if the given
interface specification is observed.
We are committed to repairing or replacing, in as short
a time as possible, all items among the goods delivered which are demonstrably harmful or unusable due
