How to Install Sensor and RTH App
1. Install battery
1.1 Open the battery compartment.
1.2 Insert 2 x AAA batteries in polarity (+) and (-) as indicated.
1.3 Close the battery compartment.
2. Install RTH App on your smartphone.
2.1 Access App Store and search for RTH .
2.2 Select and install RTH App on your mobile device.

3.1 RTH App will check your Bluetooth condition. If Bluetooth is it will show pop up menu on display. Press and then turn the Bluetooth in your mobile.

3.2 Start RTH App in your mobile device.

Connect Your Sensor with RTH App
3.3 For first connection press and hold the CONNECT button on the sensor for 2 seconds. The red LED on front side will light up for 2 seconds and flash until connection succeeds.
3.4 During connection “Connecting...” will pop up on the display.
3.5 After a successful connection, the pop up menu above will show you the connected sen­sor ID (eg. sensor _AA302C. (This code is printed on the sensor)
3.6 If the sensor is not working
properly, press the RESET button with a pointed object.
4. Repeat step 2-3 to connect
additional mobile devices with the same sensor (The sensor unit is able to support multiple mobile devices).

5.1 Press and hold the CONNECT button on the sensor for 2 seconds. The red LED on front side will light up for 2 seconds and flash until connection succeeds.

5.3 During connection
“Connecting...” will pop up on display.
5.4 After a successful connection, the pop up menu above will show you the connected sen­sor ID (eg. sensor _AA3031). Make sure the ID belongs to your desired sensor. If the connection fails, the existing

5.5 After changing the sensor,
you may need to clear all the recorded data. (See No.10 Clear recorded contents.)

8.5 Press button and your home screen will show the indices in the sequence you set.

After setting the home screen will show Fahrenheit or Celsius for all temperature and index readings.

10. Clear recorded content
10.1 Go to Setting. Press button on “Recorded MAX / MIN” content.
10.2 Pop up menu will appear to ask your double confirmation. Select to clear the record or to cancel the action.

If your devices do not receive any signal or are disconnec­ted from the network over 3 minutes, the home screen will turn into transparent. A pop up menu will remind the user the bluetooth signal is lost or disconnected.

Flu index is an index to describe the condition if it is likely to transmit the common flu virus based on temperature and humidity correlation.

Safety advice
For your safety:
• This product should only be used as described within these
instructions.
• Unauthorised repairs, modifications or changes to the product
are prohibited.
• This product is not be used for public information, it is only
intended for home use.
Caution!
Risk of injury:
• Keep this instrument and the batteries out of reach of children.
• Batteries must not be thrown into a fire, short-circuited, taken
apart or recharged. Risk of explosion!
• Batteries contain harmful acids. Low batteries should be
changed as soon as possible to prevent damage caused by leaking. Never use a combination of old and new batteries together, or batteries of different types.
• Wear chemical-resistant protective gloves and safety glasses
when handling leaking batteries.
• Remove the batteries if you do not use the product for a long
period of time.
Important information on product safety!
• Do not place your product near extreme temperatures, vibrations
or shocks.
• Protect it from moisture.
• The transmitter is protected against splash water, but is not
watertight. Choose a shady and dry position for the transmitter.
• Check the transmission of the signal from the outdoor trans-
mitter to the smartphone (transmission range 40 m free field).
• Within ferro-concrete rooms (basements, superstructures), the
received signal is naturally weakened.
• If necessary choose another position for the transmitter.
• Clean it with a soft damp cloth. Do not use solvents or scouring
agents.
Waste disposal:
Never dispose of empty batteries and rechargeable batteries in household waste. As a consumer, you are legally required to take them to your retail store or to an appropriate collection site depending on national or local regulations in order to protect the environment.
The symbols for the heavy metals contained are: Cd=cadmium, Hg=mercury, Pb=lead
This instrument is labelled in accordance with the EU Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Directive (WEEE).
Please do not dispose of this instrument in household waste. The user is obligated to take end-of-life devices to a designated collection point for the disposal of electrical and electronic equipment, in order to ensure environmentally-compatible disposal.
