This hex Schmitt-trigger inverter is designed for
2.3-V to 3.6-V VCC operation. The SN74ALVC14 contains six independent
inverters and performs the Boolean function Y = A.
The SN74ALVC14 is characterized for operation from –40°C to 85°C.
