The plug has been inserted into the socket, but the machine can not be started.

The snow blowing rubber plates may be worn seriously, or the set screws become loose.

The snow blowing rubber plates may be installed upside down.

roll shaft may be blocked by the deposited snow blocks or foreign articles.

I hear some abnormal noises from the machine, what s the reason?

Please check the following:

The fixing bolts on the snow blowing rubber plates may become loose.

The conveyor may fall down or break, or the engine becomes faulty.

I cant set the snow exit angle, Why?

You may not have properly pushed the angle control lever in the slot.
Resolution and Remedy
a)
Push down and hold the inner s
ide dual safety switch, and push and hold the switch on the other side at the same
time.
b)
Insert the cable plug into the power socket properly.
c)
Replace another lengthening cable with a higher rated current.
d)
Disconnect the power cable, check and cle
an the roll shaft. If you find any damages or defects, please contact your
original distributor for repairing.
e)
Please make sure the voltage you are using is identical to the machines rated voltage as shown in the specifications
table.
f)
Replace anothe
r lengthening cable with a higher rated current.
g)
If any rubber plate is worn, please replace it with a new rubber plate. If the set screws are loose, please tighten the
screws.
h)
Re-assemble the snow blowing rubber plates, make sure that the upper side
and down side of the plates are installed
correctly.
i)
Disconnect the power cable, check and clean the roll shaft.
j)
Disconnect the power cable, check the roll shaft.
k)
If the fixing bolts are loose, tighten the bolts.
l)
Contact your original distribu
tor for repairing.
m)
Insert the cable plug into the power socket properly.
n)
Contact your original distributor for repairing.
o)
Push the snow exit angle control lever into the slot properly, and fix the angle.
