Please note:
-Minimum penetration depth >10 mm to achieve accurate values (Fig. 1).
-Use the pre-borer when measuring the core temperature in frozen food. Then place the measuring tip in the object to be measured (Fig. 2).
-Risk of injury from measuring tip.
-Maximum ambient and operating temperature (e.g. protect instrument from sunlight).
Avoid:
-Use in corrosive acids or alkalines (Fig. 3).
-Measurements on live parts (Fig. 4).
The warranty is invalid if instruments are inexpertly handled.
Note: The IP 67 protection class is guaranteed only inside the closed TopSafe. If the instrument is kept immersed for a longer period of time, apply grease to inside openings of TopSafe (see arrows).
