Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung

Feststellen des CO- / CO2- / O2- Mittelwerts zum Bestimmen des unverdünnten CO-Gehalts im Abgas von Gasfeuerstätten

Die Mehrlochsonde ist universell einsetzbar und hat einen stufenlosen Arbeitsbereich in Abgasrohren mit Durchmessern von 60 bis 300mm (0554 5762) bzw. 60 bis 180mm (0554 5763).

Bis zum Gasrohr-Durchmesser 200 mm wird über den gesammten Querschnitt gemessen. Bei Messungen an Abgasrohren über 200 mm Durchmesser garantieren Markierungen, dass das Messfeld in der Abgasrohrmitte positioniert wird (nur 0554 5762).

Anwendung

Um Beschädigungen zu vermeiden, muss die Sonderohr-Verriegelung gelöst werden, bevor das Sondenrohr herausgezogen bzw. hereingeschoben wird.

1Sondenrohr-Verriegelung durch Drehen des Konus lösen.

2Sondenrohr so drehen, dass die Messöffnungen gegen den Abgasstrom zeigen. Dazu das Sondenrohr bis zum Anschlag herausziehen, in die gewünschte Position drehen und wieder zurückschieben.

3Abgasrohr-Durchmesser bis 200mm:

Sondenrohr etwas mehr als den zu messenden Abgasrohr-Durchmesser herausziehen.

Abgasrohr-Durchmesser über 200mm (nur 0554 5762):

Sondenrohr herausziehen bis die Konusspitze mit der entsprechenden Markierung übereinstimmt:

·1. Markierung: 200 mm

·2. Markierung: 250 mm

·3. Markierung: 300 mm

4Sondenrohr-Verriegelung durch Drehen des Konus schließen, Konus leicht anziehen.

5Mehrlochsonde bis zum Konus in die Messöffnung einschieben und Messung durchführen.

Intended use

Measurement of CO/CO2/O2 mean value to determine undiluted CO level in the flue gas of gas furnaces

The multi-hole probe can be used in universal applications and has a continuous working range in

flue gas probes with a diameter of 60 to 300 mm (0554 5762) or 60 to 180mm (0554 5763).

The whole cross-section is measured up to a gas pipe diameter of 200 mm. In the case of measurements in flue gas pipes with a diameter of more than 200 mm, markings guarantee that the measuring field is located in the middle of the flue gas pipe (0554 5762 only).

Operation

In order to avoid damage, the probe pipe lock must be released before the probe pipe is pulled out or pushed back again.

1Release probe pipe lock by turning the probe stop.

2Turn the probe pipe so that the openings point against the flue gas flow. For this purpose pull out the probe pipe as far as it will go, turn it into the required position and push it back again.

3Flue gas pipe diameter up to 200mm:

Pull the probe pipe a little further out than the diameter of the flue gas pipe to be measured.

Flue gas pipe diameter more than 200mm (0554 5762 only):

Pull out the probe pipe until the tip of the probe holder corresponds to the respective marking:

·1. Marking: 200 mm

·2. Marking: 250 mm

·3. Marking: 300 mm

4Close probe pipe lock by turning the probe stop, tighten probe stop somewhat.

5Insert multi-hole probe as far as probe stop in the measurement opening and measure.

Hot metal parts! Can cause burns.

Let probe stop and probe pipe cool down after the measurement before touching them.
