SoundSystem 512i digital – 4 Channel Sound Card

The SoundSystem 512i digital is the ‘easy- go- package’ for the ambitioned beginner. Whether for gaming, music editing , MP3 playback or even the pass- through of DVD- Audio formats to an external Dolby-Digital Decoder, the 512i digital provides every application with the suitable features.

2 pairs of loudspeakers can be connected and with the help of the integrated Q3Dä-Software, (incl. EAX, A3D and DirectSound 3D support), you can enjoy virtual sound landscapes, directly. A feast for your ears,

even if your heart does not only beat for games ....

Another highlight is doubtlessly the optical digital output, which lets you store your valuable recording on external devices such as MiniDisc- or DAT-Recorder, in a sample rate of 48 KHz without loss.

Thanks to a built- in sample rate converter, you can be sure recordings of 44,1 KHz (CD- standard) enjoy similar luxury. Additionally this digital interface is capable of passing AC3- or DTS- Audio files through via a

suitable Software- DVD Player to an external Decoder, so your DVD- ROM has found a new friend....

â is a real Wavetable- Synthesizer with up to 128 voices, and can be

practically played live with the support of the integrated MIDI- interface and the fast DirectSound driver of the card. The extremely good signal-to-noise ratio enables high class audio editing, with various source options. Apart from a connector for CD-Audio, AUX and TAD for PC- internal devices, of course there’s a Line- and microphone- in as an interface to the outside world. To provide your headphones with sufficient sound power, you can switch on an additional amplifier to the Line- out .

Any in- and outgoing signals are managed by the comfortable ControlPanel, where any necessary adjustments can be done easily and effectively.

Start over with the included software. Create and edit MP3- files for example with Musicmatch Jukebox or arrange your own songs professionally with the Audio-/MIDI- Sequenzer Logic Fun by Emagic.
