The Reston Sleep Monitor needs to be positioned correctly
between mattress and sheet in order to function properly�

Remove the magnetic cover�

Put the piezo strap between mattress and sheet as shown
approximately at the height of your chest� The housing will
be xed on the side of the bed (on the sheet).

Replace the magnetic cover the way that the device is in
active mode� Therefore turn the magnetic cover by 180°
accordingly (the green LED will light up shortly)�

Make sure, sleep monitor and your smartphone are switched
on and Bluetooth® is activated on your smartphone� Start the
app and connect your smartphone with the Reston Sleep
Monitor. You need to create an user account upon rst start.
Follow the instructions given by the app to start the sleep
recording� It is not necessary to have a Bluetooth® connection
to your smartphone during your sleep�
Then you can fall asleep� During short interruptions of sleep
(e�g� going to the bathroom) the device keeps on recording� If
longer interruptions (more than 60 minutes) occur, the device
will stop the recording process and switch itself off� You may
have to re-activate it then� The device will also switch off
automatically after 60 minutes of non-usage� Connect the
app with the monitor again to read out the recorded data�
You now may check the recorded data in the app or recall
historical data then�
The app offers various possibilities for evaluating your sleep
quality, e�g� the recording of your heart and respiratory
frequency, movements during sleep and sleep duration etc�
To charge the battery, connect the device with the included
USB cable to the USB-connection for charging cable and to a
PC or a laptop or an USB power supply� The USB connection is
suitable for charging only and not for the transfer of data�The
charging state of the built-in battery will be indicated by the
indicator LED as follows:
Indicator LED ashes red each 2 seconds:
battery empty-please charge it immediately!
Indicator LED lights up in red constantly:
battery charging�

Le moniteur de sommeil Terraillon doit correctement être
positionné dans le lit entre le matelas et le drap-housse an de
fonctionner sans problème�

Retirez le couvercle aimanté�
2
Positionnez la bande piézoélectrique entre le matelas et
le drap-housse comme cela est illustré, et ce, à hauteur
de poitrine. Le boîtier est xé sur le côté du lit, sur le drap-
housse�

Replacez le couvercle aimanté de telle manière que
l’appareil soit actif� Pour cela, tournez le couvercle aimanté
de 180° (la LED verte s’allume brièvement)�

Assurez-vous que le capteur de sommeil Reston et votre
smartphone soient allumés puis activez le Bluetooth sur celuici� Lancez l’application Wellness Coach-Sleep et suivez
les instructions pour vous connecter à votre capteur de
sommeil Reston� Lors de la première utilisation, vous devez
créer un compte utilisateur� Suivez ensuite les instructions
de l’application an d’appairer votre smartphone à votre
capteur de sommeil� Veuillez noter que Reston n’a pas besoin
d’être connecté à votre smartphone par Bluetooth pour
enregistrer vos informations lorsque vous dormez�
Vous pouvez alors vous endormir� L’enregistrement ne s’arrête
pas durant les courtes interruptions du sommeil (p� ex� si vous
allez aux toilettes)� Lors d’une interruption plus longue (> 60
minutes), l’enregistrement s’arrête et l’appareil s’éteint� Le
cas échéant, il faut le réactiver� L’appareil s’éteint aussi tout
seul après 60 minutes d’inutilisation� Pour lire les données,
reconnectez le moniteur de sommeil avec l’application�
Vous pouvez maintenant consulter l’analyse des données
enregistrées sur l’application ou bien vos données historiques�
L’application présente de nombreuses possibilités
d’analyse pour évaluer la qualité de votre sommeil comme
l’enregistrement de la fréquence cardiaque et respiratoire, les
mouvements durant le sommeil et la durée de sommeil, etc�
An de charger la batterie, branchez l’appareil sur un
ordinateur de bureau, un ordinateur xe ou un bloc
d’alimentation USB avec le câble USB inclus à la livraison qui
doit lui-même être branché sur le port USB pour le câble de
charge� Le port USB n’est destiné qu’à charger l’appareil
et pas à transférer des données� Le niveau de charge de
la batterie intégrée est afché sur l’appareil par le biais du
témoin LED�
Le témoin LED clignote env. toutes les 2 secondes en rouge :
la batterie est vide - veuillez la recharger immédiatement !
Le témoin LED est allumé en rouge sans clignoter :
la batterie est en cours de chargement�
Le témoin LED est allumé en vert sans clignoter :
la batterie est entièrement rechargée�

De Terraillon slaapmonitor moet correct in het bed tussen
matras en bed laken worden geplaatst zodat deze perfect
kan werken�

Verwijder de magnetische afdekking�

Plaats de Piezo-band zoals afgebeeld tussen matras en
bedlaken zodat het ongeveer op borsthoogte ligt� De
behuizing wordt aan de zijkant van het bed aan het laken
bevestigd�

Zet de magnetische afdekking er weer zodanig op dat het
apparaat actief is� Draai hiervoor het magnetische deksel
overeenkomstig 180° (groene LED begint kort te branden)�

Let erop dat het apparaat en de smartphone zijn ingeschakeld
en Bluetooth® op uw smartphone is geactiveerd� Start de
app en maak de verbinding naar de Terraillon slaapmonitor�
Bij de eerste keer moet u een gebruikersrekening maken�
Volg de verdere instructies van de app om de registratie te
starten� Tijdens de slaap is geen Bluetooth®-verbinding naar
de smartphone nodig� U kunt dan inslapen� Bij korte onderbrekingen van de slaap (bv� naar het toilet gaan) loopt de
registratie verder� Bij langere onderbreking (> 60 minuten)
stopt de registratie en het apparaat schakelt uit� Het moet
dan evt� opnieuw geactiveerd worden� Het apparaat
schakelt zichzelf ook uit wanneer het 60 minuten niet
gebruikt wordt� Voor het uitlezen van de gegevens moet u
de slaapmonitor weer met de app verbinden� U kunt nu de
beoordeling van de geregistreerde gegevens binnen de
app bekijken resp� historische gegevens oproepen� De app
biedt veelzijdige analysemogelijkheden voor de beoordeling
van uw slaapkwaliteit, bv� de registratie van de hart- en
ademfrequentie, bv� de bewegingen in de slaap en de
slaapduur etc�
Om de accu te laden moet u het apparaat d�m�v� de USBkabel die in het leveringspakket zit aan de USBaansluiting
van de laadkabel en aan een PC of laptop of een USB-net
onderdeel aansluiten� De USBaansluiting is alleen geschikt voor
het opladen, niet voor gegevensoverdracht� De laadtoestand
van de ingebouwde accu wordt op het apparaat d�m�v� de
indicator -LED weergegeven:

Der Terraillon Schlafmonitor muss korrekt im Bett zwischen
Matratze und dem Bettlaken positioniert werden, damit er
einwandfrei funktionieren kann:

Entfernen Sie die magnetische Abdeckung�
2
Positionieren Sie das Piezo-Band wie abgebildet zwischen
Matratze und Bettlaken, so dass es etwa in Brusthöhe
liegt� Das Gehäuse wird an der Seite des Bettes am Laken
befestigt

Setzen Sie die magnetische Abdeckung so wieder auf,
dass das Gerät aktiv ist� Hierzu den magnetischen Deckel
entsprechend um 180° drehen (grüne LED leuchtet kurz
auf)�

Stellen Sie sicher, dass Gerät und Smartphone eingeschaltet
sind und Bluetooth®auf Ihrem Smartphone aktiviert ist�
St arten Sie die App und stellen Sie die Verbindung zum
Terraillon Schlafmonitor her� Sie müssen beim ersten Mal
ein Benutzerkonto anle -gen� Folgen Sieden weiteren
Anweisungen der App, um die Aufzeichnung zu starten�
Während des Schlafes istkeine Bluetooth®- Verbindung zum
Smartphone notwendig� Sie können dann einschlafen� Bei
kurzen Unterbrechungen des Schlafes (z� B� Toiletten-gang)
läuft die Aufzeichnung weiter� Bei längerer Unterbrechung
(> 60 Minuten) stoppt die Aufzeichnung und das Gerät
schaltet sich ab� Es muss dann ggf� erneut aktiviert werden�
Das Gerät schaltet sich bei Nichtbenutzung auch nach 60
Minuten selbsttätig ab� Zum Auslesen der Daten verbinden
Sie den Schlafmonitor wieder mit der App� Sie können nun die
Auswertung der aufgezeichneten Daten innerhalb der App
ansehen bzw� historische Daten abrufen�
Die App bietet vielfältige Analysemöglichkeiten zur
Bewertung Ihrer Schlafqualität, z� B� die Aufzeichnung der
Herz- und Atemfrequenz, die Bewegungen im Schlaf und die
Schlafdauer etc�
Um den Akku zu laden, schließen Sie das Gerät mittels
des im Lieferumfang enthaltenen USB-Kabels an den USBLadekabelanschluss und an einen PC oder Laptop oder
ein USB-Netzteil an� Der USBAnschluss eignet sich nur zum
Auaden, jedoch nicht zur Übertragung von Daten. Der
Ladezustand des eingebauten Akkus wird am Gerät durch die
Indikator-LED angezeigt:

Compruebe que el aparato y el teléfono inteligente están
conectados y el Bluetooth® de su teléfono está activado�
Inicie la aplicación y establezca la conexión con el monitor
de sueño Terraillon� La primera vez tendrá que crear una
cuenta de usuario� Siga las instrucciones de la aplicación
para iniciar el registro� Durante el sueño no se necesita la
conexión Bluetooth® con el teléfono inteligente�
Ahora ya puede dormirse� Durante las breves interrupciones
del sueño (p� ej� para ir al baño), el registro sigue funcionando�
Si la interrupción es más larga (> 60 minutos), el registro se
detiene y el aparato se desconecta� En ese caso puede ser
necesario volver a activarlo� Si el aparato no se utiliza durante
60 minutos, se desconecta automáticamente� Para leer los
datos, vuelva a conectar el monitor de sueño a la aplicación�
Ahora ya puede ver en la aplicación la evaluación de los
datos registrados o editar el historial de datos�
La aplicación ofrece numerosas opciones de análisis
para evaluar la calidad de su sueño, p� ej� el registro de la

Assicurarsi che l’apparecchio e lo smartphone siano accesi e
che Bluetooth® sia at -tivato sullo smartphone� Avviare l’app
ed effettuare il collegamento allo strumento di monitoraggio
del sonno Terraillon� La prima volta si deve creare un
account utente� Seguire le indicazioni dell’app per avviare la
registrazione� Mentre si sta dormendo non è necessario alcun
collegamento Bluetooth® con lo smartphone�
Ora ci si può addormentare� In caso di brevi interruzioni del
sonno (ad es� per andare al bagno) la registrazione continua�
In caso di interruzioni prolungate (>60 minuti) la registrazione
si blocca e l’apparecchio si spegne� È quindi eventualmente
necessario procedere alla riattivazione� L’apparecchio si
spegne automaticamente dopo 60 minuti di inutilizzo� Per
la lettura dei dati collegare nuovamente lo strumento di
monitoraggio del sonno all’app� Ora è possibile visionare i dati
registrati nell’app o richiamare dati storici�
L’app offre diverse possibilità di analisi per la valutazione della
qualità del sonno, ad es� la registrazione del battito cardiaco,
della frequenza respiratoria, dei movimenti, della durata del
sonno, ecc�
Per caricare la batteria, collegare l’apparecchio con il cavo
USB fornito a un PC, un portatile o un alimentatore USB� Il
collegamento USB serve per il caricamento e non per la
trasmissione dei dati� Lo stato di carica della batteria integrata

Siga as instruções dadas pela aplicação para iniciar o registo
do sono�

Durante curtas interrupções do sono (para ir à casa de
