Download the Terraillon Wellness Coach - Health application.

Create your account by following the instructions on the application.

Note: If you already have an account on Wellness Coach - Health or
Wellness Coach – Sleep app, please login with your login details. In that
case, refer to the section “HOW TO FILL IN MY NUTRITION DIARY?“.

When account creation is over, the application asks you which connected
product Terraillon you want to use: tap “Yes”, then “Nutritional kitchen
scale”.

Note: NUTRITAB does not need a Bluetooth pairing process with your
Smartphone. You will be able to use it directly by following the next
installation steps.

Make sure the Bluetooth feature is enabled on your smartphone.

In the Wellness Coach-Health app, tap the “ADD FOOD” tab.

Insert the batteries (3xAAA) into NUTRITAB.

Place NUTRITAB on a hard,  at surface.

Press the NUTRITAB ON / OFF button: a Bluetooth logo appears on the
NUTRITAB screen if the connection is established.

Your NUTRITAB is automatically connected to your Wellness Coach - Health
app and is ready to use.

There are four ways to ll in your nutritional dashboard: adding food from

our database, scanning the barcode of a product, manually entering food
nutritional information or by using the already used food history.

 ADD FOOD FROM OUR DATABASE:

Make sure the Bluetooth feature is enabled on your smartphone.

In the Wellness Coach-Health app, tap the “MY DIET” tab and then on
“ADD FOOD” tab.

Place NUTRITAB on a hard, at surface.

Press the NUTRITAB ON / OFF button: a Bluetooth logo appears on the
NUTRITAB screen if the connection is established.

Place the food on the NUTRITAB kitchen scale. The weight will be shown on
the LCD screen and in the Wellness Coach - Health app.

Fill in the food you are weighing: the app gives you its nutritional values.

Tap “NEXT”.

Fill in the day and time you ate the food.

Note: The automatically assigned amount to the user corresponds to
the weight measured previously. If you wish, you are still able to manually
change it or tap

to reuse NUTRITAB.

Tap “VALIDATE”.

 BARCODE SCAN:

Make sure the Bluetooth feature is enabled on your smartphone.

In the Wellness Coach-Health app, tap the “MY DIET” tab and then on
“BARCODE SCAN” tab.

Scan the barcode of the product packaging with your smartphone: the
app shows you the nutritional values of the product for 100 grams.

Tap “NEXT”.

Fill in the day and time you ate the food.

Note: You are still able to manually enter the quantity if you do not have
NUTRITAB within easy rich.

Place NUTRITAB on a hard, at surface.

Press the NUTRITAB ON / OFF button: a Bluetooth logo appears on the
NUTRITAB screen if the connection is established.

Place the food on the NUTRITAB. The weight will be shown on the LCD screen
and in the Wellness Coach - Health app. Tap “VALIDATE” then “NEXT”.

The app shows you the nutritional values of the product based on the
weighed quantity.

Tap “VALIDATE”.

 FILL IN FOOD NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION MANUALLY:

Make sure the Bluetooth feature is enabled on your smartphone.

In the Wellness Coach-Health app, tap the “MY DIET” tab and then on
“ENTER MANUALLY” tab.

Fill in your food nutritional information and then tap « NEXT ».

Fill in the day and time you ate the food.

Specify how much food you ate: tap

to use NUTRITAB.

Note: You are still able to manually enter the quantity if you do not have
NUTRITAB within easy rich.

Place NUTRITAB on a hard, at surface.

Press the NUTRITAB ON / OFF button: a Bluetooth logo appears on the
NUTRITAB screen if the connection is established.

Place the food on the NUTRITAB. The weight will be shown on the LCD screen
and in the Wellness Coach - Health app. Tap “VALIDATE” then “NEXT”.

The app shows you the nutritional values of the product based on the
weighed quantity.

OTHER FUNCTIONS OF THE KITCHEN SCALE

 USE ALREADY USED FOOD HISTORY:

Make sure the Bluetooth feature is enabled on your smartphone.

In the Wellness Coach-Health app, tap the “MY DIET” tab and then on
“FOOD HISTORY” tab.

Select the food you want to use: the app will display its previous nutritional
values. Then tap “NEXT”.

Fill in the day and time you ate the food.

Specify how much food you ate: tap

to use NUTRITAB.

Note: You are still able to manually enter the quantity if you do not have
NUTRITAB within easy rich.

Place NUTRITAB on a hard, at surface.

Press the NUTRITAB ON / OFF button: a Bluetooth logo appears on the
NUTRITAB screen if the connection is established.

Place the food on the NUTRITAB. The weight will be shown on the LCD screen
and in the Wellness Coach - Health app. Tap “VALIDATE” then “NEXT”.

The app shows you the nutritional values of the product based on the
weighed quantity.

Tap “VALIDATE”.

 TURN OFF THE KITCHEN SCALE:

Press the ON/OFF button for 3 seconds to turn off the NUTRITAB.

 LIQUID/UNIT CONVERSION:

Press the M/UNIT button briey to change the units: g

 ml oz.ozg.

 AUTOMATIC TARE:

Turn on NUTRITAB. Put your container / food then press the ON / OFF / TARE
button to tare NUTRITAB. You can add your next ingredient and repeat the
process.

This product is guaranteed for 2 years against material and manufacturing
defects. During this period, such defects will be repaired free of charge (proof
of purchase must be presented if the scale is under warranty). This warranty
does not cover damage resulting from accidents, improper use or negligence.
If you have a complaint please contact the store where you purchased the

product rst.

Waste electrical products should not be disposed of with household
waste. Please recycle where facilities exist. Check with your local
authority or retailer for recycling advice.

WARRANTY & ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION

 TIMER FUNCTION:

The timer returns to 0 after 199 minutes. Press the ON/OFF button to stop
the timer.

• Press the TIMER button.

• Press the M/UNIT button briey to add 1 minute, and press for 2 seconds
to add 10 minutes.

• Press the S button briey to add 1 second, and press for 2 seconds to add
10 seconds.

• After having set the time, press the TIMER button to start the timer.

• Press TIMER to pause the timer and change the time, then press again
to restart.

• Press the TIMER button for 2 seconds to desactivate it.

MAINTENANCE

Use only a damp cloth. NEVER use detergents or other chemicals.
This product is not suitable for dishwasher or microwave.

Téléchargez l’application Terraillon Wellness Coach - Health.

Veuillez créer votre compte en suivant les indications sur l’application.

Note : Si vous avez déjà un compte sur Wellness Coach – Health ou Wellness

Coach – Sleep, veuillez-vous connecter avec vos identi ants. Dans ce

cas, référez-vous à la section « COMMENT RENSEIGNER MON JOURNAL
NUTRITIONNEL ? ».

À la  n de la création de votre compte, l’application vous demande si

vous souhaitez ajouter un appareil : sélectionnez « Oui », puis « Balance
nutritionnelle ».

Note : NUTRITAB n’a pas besoin de procédure de synchronisation Bluetooth
avec votre Smartphone, vous allez donc pouvoir l’utiliser en suivant les
prochaines étapes d’installation.

Véri ez que la fonction Bluetooth est active sur votre Smartphone.

Dans l’application Wellness Coach - Health, cliquez sur l’onglet « AJOUTER
UN ALIMENT ».

Insérez les piles (3xAAA) dans NUTRITAB.

Placez NUTRITAB sur une surface plane et dure.

Appuyez sur le bouton MARCHE/ARRÊT de NUTRITAB : un logo Bluetooth
apparait sur l’écran de NUTRITAB si la connexion est établie.

Votre NUTRITAB est connectée automatiquement à votre application
Wellness Coach – Health et est prête à l’emploi.

Il existe 4 moyens de renseigner son journal nutritionnel: en ajoutant un aliment
issu de notre base de données, en scannant le code-barres d’un produit, en
saisissant manuellement les valeurs nutritionnelles d’un aliment ou en utilisant
l’historique des aliments déjà utilisés.

 AJOUTER UN ALIMENT ISSU DE NOTRE BASE DE DONNÉES :

Vériez que la fonction Bluetooth est active sur votre Smartphone.

Dans l’application Wellness Coach - Health, cliquez sur l’onglet « MON
ALIMENTATION » puis sur « AJOUTER UN ALIMENT».

Placez NUTRITAB sur une surface plane et dure.

Appuyez sur le bouton MARCHE/ARRÊT de NUTRITAB: un logo Bluetooth
apparait sur l’écran de NUTRITAB si la connexion est établie.

Posez l’aliment sur NUTRITAB. Le poids s’afche sur l’écran LCD et dans

l’application Wellness Coach - Health.

Sélectionnez l’aliment que vous êtes en train de peser : l’application vous
donne ses valeurs nutritives basées sur le poids mesuré.

Appuyez sur « SUIVANT ».

Renseignez le jour et l’heure à laquelle l’aliment a été consommé.

Note : La quantité attribuée automatiquement à l’utilisateur correspond
au poids mesuré précédemment. Si vous le souhaitez, vous pouvez encore

la modier manuellement ou alors réutiliser la balance connectée en

appuyant sur le bouton

).

Appuyez sur « VALIDER » pour ajouter cet ingrédient à votre journal
nutritionnel.

 SCANNER LE CODE-BARRES D’UN PRODUIT :

Vériez que la fonction Bluetooth est active sur votre Smartphone.

Dans l’application Wellness Coach - Health, cliquez sur l’onglet « MON
ALIMENTATION » puis sur « SCANNER UN CODE-BARRES».

Scannez le code-barres présent sur l’emballage de votre produit grâce
à votre Smartphone: l’application vous indique alors les valeurs nutritives
du produit pour 100 grammes.

Appuyez sur « SUIVANT ».

Renseignez le jour et l’heure à laquelle le produit a été consommé.

COMMENT RENSEIGNER MON JOURNAL NUTRITIONNEL ?

Indiquez la quantité que vous avez consommé: utilisez la balance
connectée en appuyant sur le bouton

 SAISIR MANUELLEMENT LES DONNÉES D’UN ALIMENT :

Vériez que la fonction Bluetooth est active sur votre Smartphone.

Dans l’application Wellness Coach - Health, cliquez sur l’onglet « MON
ALIMENTATION » puis sur « SAISIR MANUELLEMENT »

Renseignez le nom de l’aliment et les informations nutritives de votre
aliment puis appuyez sur « SUIVANT ».

Renseignez le jour et l’heure à laquelle l’aliment a été consommé.
Indiquez la quantité que vous avez consommé: utilisez la balance

connectée en appuyant sur le bouton

Note: Vous pouvez aussi inscrire la quantité consommée manuellement si
vous n’avez pas la balance connectée à portée de main.

Placez la balance de cuisine NUTRITAB sur une surface plane et dure.
Appuyez sur le bouton MARCHE/ARRÊT de NUTRITAB: un logo Bluetooth

apparait sur l’écran de NUTRITAB si la connexion est établie.

Posez l’aliment sur NUTRITAB. Le poids s’afche sur l’écran LCD et dans

l’application Wellness Coach - Health. Appuyez sur « VALIDER » puis sur
« SUIVANT ».

AUTRES FONCTIONS DE LA BALANCE

 UTILISER L’HISTORIQUE :

Vériez que la fonction Bluetooth est active sur votre Smartphone.

Dans l’application Wellness Coach - Health, cliquez sur l’onglet « MON
ALIMENTATION » puis sur « HISTORIQUE ».

Sélectionnez l’aliment que vous souhaitez utiliser: l’application vous indique
alors les valeurs nutritives du produit lors de la dernière saisie. Appuyez
ensuite sur « SUIVANT ».

Renseignez le jour et l’heure à laquelle l’aliment a été consommé.

Indiquez la quantité que vous avez consommé: utilisez la balance
connectée en appuyant sur le bouton

.

Note: Vous pouvez aussi inscrire la quantité consommée manuellement si
vous n’avez pas la balance connectée à portée de main.

Placez la balance de cuisine NUTRITAB sur une surface plane et dure.

 ÉTEINDRE LA BALANCE DE CUISINE :

Appuyez pendant 3 secondes sur le bouton MARCHE/ARRÊT pour éteindre
NUTRITAB.

 CONVERSION DES LIQUIDES/UNITÉS :

Appuyez brièvement sur le bouton M/UNIT pour changer les unités :
g

 ml oz.ozg.

 MISE À ZÉRO AUTOMATIQUE :

Allumez NUTRITAB. Posez votre contenant/aliment puis appuyez sur le bouton

ON/OFF/TARE pour remettre l’afchage à zéro. Vous pouvez ajouter votre

ingrédient suivant puis répétez l’opération.

GARANTIE ET PROTECTION DE L’ENVIRONNEMENT

 FONCTION TIMER :

Le Timer revient à 0 après 199 minutes. Appuyez sur le bouton MARCHE/ARRÊT

pour arrêter le réglage ou le délement du TIMER.

• Appuyez sur le bouton TIMER.

• Appuyez brièvement sur le bouton M/UNIT pour ajouter 1 minute, appuyez
dessus 2 secondes pour ajouter 10 minutes.

• Appuyez brièvement sur le bouton S pour ajouter 1 secondes, appuyez
dessus 2 secondes pour ajouter 10 secondes.

• Après avoir réglé le temps, appuyez sur le bouton TIMER pour le démarrer.

• Appuyez sur TIMER pour le mettre en pause et modier le temps puis
appuyez à nouveau pour le relancer.

• Appuyez sur le bouton TIMER 2 secondes pour désactiver le TIMER.

ENTRETIEN

Utilisez un chiffon humide uniquement. N’utilisez JAMAIS de détergents
ou d’autres produits chimiques.
NE PAS mettre au lave-vaisselle ou au micro-ondes.

Cet appareil est garanti 2 ans contre tout défaut matériel et de fabrication. Au
cours de cette période, ces défauts seront réparés gratuitement (une preuve
d’achat doit être présentée si la balance est sous garantie). Cette garantie ne
couvre pas les dommages provenant d’accidents, d’une mauvaise utilisation
ou de négligence. Si vous avez une réclamation, adressez-vous d’abord au
magasin où vous avez acheté votre produit.

Les déchets de produits électriques ne doivent pas être jetés avec les ordures
ménagères. Les recycler dans les installations prévues à cet effet. Contacter
l’administration locale ou le détaillant pour tout conseil de recyclage.

Plaats de batterijen in de weegschaal (3xAAA).

Download de Terraillon Wellness Coach Health-app.

Maak een account aan door de instructies in de app te volgen.

Opmerking: Hebt u al een account voor Wellness Coach Health of Wellness
Coach Sleep? Meld u dan aan met uw inloggegevens. Lees in dit geval het
deel ‘DE METINGEN STARTEN’.

Wanneer uw account aangemaakt is, vraagt de app u welk verbonden
Terraillon-product u wilt gebruiken: klik op de voedingswaardeweegschaal.

Controleer of de bluetoothfunctie van uw smartphone aanstaat.

Druk op de AAN-UITKNOP van de NUTRITAB.

Klik in de Wellness Coach Health-app op de tab ‘MIJN VOEDING’ en
vervolgens op ‘DE AANGESLOTEN WEEGSCHAAL GEBRUIKEN’. Als de
weegschaal verbonden is, verschijnt er een bluetoothlogo op het scherm
van de NUTRITAB.

Uw NUTRITAB wordt automatisch verbonden met uw Wellness Coach
Health-app en is klaar voor gebruik.

 EEN INGREDIËNT WEGEN:

Controleer of de bluetoothfunctie van uw smartphone aanstaat.

Schakel de bluetoothfunctie van uw smartphone in.

Druk op de AAN-UITKNOP van de NUTRITAB.

Klik in de Wellness Coach Health-app op de tab ‘MIJN VOEDING’ en
vervolgens op ‘DE AANGESLOTEN WEEGSCHAAL GEBRUIKEN’. Als de
weegschaal verbonden is, verschijnt er een bluetoothlogo op het
scherm van de NUTRITAB.

Leg het voedingsmiddel op de NUTRITAB. Het gewicht wordt
weergegeven op het lcd-scherm en in de Wellness Coach Health-app.

Vul in welk voedingsmiddel u weegt: de app toont u de voedingswaarde
van uw voedingsmiddel.

Druk op ‘DIT VOEDINGSMIDDEL TOEVOEGEN’.

Vul de dag, het tijdstip en het soort maaltijd in en wijs de hoeveelheid
vervolgens toe aan een of meerdere gebruikers (handmatig of door de
hoeveelheid te wegen met de verbonden keukenweegschaal, nadat u
op het symbool hebt gedrukt

).

Druk op ‘DIT PRODUCT TOEVOEGEN’ om dit ingrediënt aan uw
voedingsdagboek toe te voegen.

 EEN RECEPT AANMAKEN:

Herhaal de stappen van A tot F van het deel ‘EEN INGREDIËNT WEGEN’ en
druk op ‘EEN ANDER VOEDINGSMIDDEL TOEVOEGEN’.

Opmerking: Maak gebruik van de TARRA-functie als u een kom op de
NUTRITAB wilt plaatsen waaraan u achtereenvolgens verschillende
ingrediënten toevoegt.

Wanneer alle voedingsmiddelen zijn toegevoegd, druk dan op ‘MIJN
RECEPT FINALISEREN’ om een overzicht van uw recept te krijgen, geef een
naam aan uw recept en druk vervolgens op ‘DIT RECEPT GEBRUIKEN’.

Vul de dag, het tijdstip en het soort maaltijd in en wijs de hoeveelheid
vervolgens toe aan een of meerdere gebruikers (handmatig of door de
hoeveelheid te wegen met de verbonden keukenweegschaal, nadat u
op het symbool hebt gedrukt

).

Druk op ‘DIT RECEPT TOEVOEGEN’ om dit recept toe te voegen aan uw
voedingsdagboek.

ANDERE FUNCTIES VAN DE APP

ANDERE FUNCTIES VAN DE WEEGSCHAAL

 EEN PRODUCT SCANNEN:

In de tab MIJN VOEDING kunt u op ‘EEN PRODUCT SCANNEN’ drukken om de
energiewaarden van een product aan uw voedingsdagboek toe te voegen
met behulp van de streepjescode. Scan de streepjescode van het product met
het fototoestel van uw smartphone. Als het artikel ingevuld is, druk dan op ‘DIT
PRODUCT TOEVOEGEN’. Wordt het product niet gevonden, dan kunt u de functie
‘HANDMATIG INVOEREN’ gebruiken.

 HANDMATIG INVOEREN:

In de tab MIJN VOEDING kunt u op ‘HANDMATIG INVOEREN’ drukken om de
energiewaarden van een product aan uw voedingsdagboek toe te voegen.
Verplaats de verschillende cursors om de voedingswaarden in te vullen en klik
vervolgens op ‘DIT PRODUCT TOEVOEGEN’.

 RECEPTENBOEKJE:

In de tab MIJN VOEDING kunt u op ‘MIJN RECEPTENBOEKJE GEBRUIKEN’
drukken om de recepten terug te vinden die u al geregistreerd hebt. Kies uw
recept in de lijst en wijs de hoeveelheid vervolgens toe aan een of meerdere
gebruikers (handmatig of door de hoeveelheid te wegen met de verbonden
keukenweegschaal, nadat u op het symbool hebt gedrukt

).

 DE NUTRITAB UITSCHAKELEN:

Houd de AAN-UITKNOP 3 seconden ingedrukt om de NUTRITAB uit te schakelen.

 VLOEISTOFFEN/EENHEDEN HERLEIDEN:

Druk kort op de knop M/UNIT om de eenheden te wijzigen: g > ml> oz > .oz > g.

 AUTOMATISCH RESETTEN:

Schakel de NUTRITAB in. Plaats uw kom/voedingsmiddel op de weegschaal en
druk vervolgens op ON/OFF/TARRA om de weergave te resetten. Vervolgens
kunt u het volgende ingrediënt toevoegen, en zo verder tot u klaar bent.

GARANTIE & BESCHERMING VAN HET LEEFMILIEU

 TIMERFUNCTIE:

De timer wordt na 199 minuten terug op 0 gezet. Druk op de AAN-UITKNOP

om de instelling of het aopen van de timer te stoppen.

• Druk op de knop TIMER.

 PESAR UM INGREDIENTE:

Verique que a função Bluetooth no seu Smartphone está ativa.

Utilize a balança de cozinha NUTRITAB sobre uma superfície dura e plana.

Prima o botão LIGAR/DESLIGAR da NUTRITAB.

Na aplicação Wellness Coach - Health, clique no separador «A MINHA
NUTRIÇÃO» e, depois, em «UTILIZAR A BALANÇA LIGADA»: aparece um
logotipo Bluetooth no ecrã da NUTRITAB se a ligação foi estabelecida.

Coloque o alimento sobre a NUTRITAB. O peso é apresentado no ecrã LCD
e na aplicação Wellness Coach - HEALTH.

Indique o alimento que vai pesar: a aplicação dá-lhe os valores nutricionais
do seu alimento.

Clique em «ADICIONAR ESTE ALIMENTO».

Indique o dia, a hora e o tipo de refeição e, depois, atribua a quantidade
a um ou vários utilizadores (manualmente ou pesando a quantidade com
a balança de cozinha ligada depois de ter carregado no símbolo

).

Clique em «ADICIONAR ESTE PRODUTO» para adicionar este ingrediente
ao seu diário nutricional.

 CRIAR UMA RECEITA:

Repita as etapas de A a F da secção «PESAR UM INGREDIENTE» e clique em
«ADICIONAR OUTRO ALIMENTO».

Nota: Utilize a função TARA para colocar um recipiente sobre a NUTRITAB
e lhe ir adicionando ingredientes sucessivamente.

«INSERIR MANUALMENTE».

 INSERIR MANUALMENTE:
