TensCare ibelt User Instructions

Product Description
Back pain is a common (and often debilitating) condition which causes difficulty with movements and flexibility. This makes it extremely difficult and painful to ensure proper placement of electrodes used with standard TENS units.
The iBelt is designed to position the electrodes on the correct sites for treatment of lower back pain with no adhesive. You simply need to place it around your waist and the electrodes should be positioned for you.
The iBelt makes it easy for people lacking flexibility to position lower-back electrodes without the painful twists and contortions commonly associated with electrode placement.
Use at Home, Work, or On-the-Go
The iBelt’s thin and discreet design allows you to wear it underneath clothes for hours of
targeted, drug-free pain relief for your lower back. This flexibility means you can wear the iBelt around the house, at work and during activities associated with leading an active lifestyle.
Instructions for Use

2. With the TENS unit switched OFF, connect the electrode lead wires to the standard TENS unit leadwire, and connect these to the TENS unit (if required).

7. If the stimulation feels “prickly” on the skin, tighten the iBelt or slightly dampen the electrode pads with a small amount of water.
8. When you wish to remove the iBelt, ensure that the TENS unit is turned OFF.
Disconnect the TENS leads by holding the connector plugs, NOT by pulling on the leadwires.
Cautions
If you feel uncomfortable or unwell in the course of treatment, turn the TENS unit off
and contact your physician.
Do not apply to broken skin. If skin irritation occurs, discontinue use and contact your
physician.
Do not use the electrode if it is damaged. Adjust your TENS unit settings according to the instructions accompanying the device
