7. If the stimulation feels “prickly” on the skin, tighten the iBelt or slightly dampen the
electrode pads with a small amount of water.
8. When you wish to remove the iBelt, ensure that the TENS unit is turned OFF.
Disconnect the TENS leads by holding the connector plugs, NOT by pulling on the leadwires.
Cautions
If you feel uncomfortable or unwell in the course of treatment, turn the TENS unit off
and contact your physician.
Do not apply to broken skin. If skin irritation occurs, discontinue use and contact your
physician.
Do not use the electrode if it is damaged.
Adjust your TENS unit settings according to the instructions accompanying the device
or as advised by your physician.
Cleaning, Maintenance and Storage
To clean the iBelt, disconnect from the TENS unit and remove all lead wires. Wash gently
with mild soap in warm (not hot) water. Rinse thoroughly in clean warm water to remove all
traces of soap.
Do not wring or squeeze to dry. Instead, wrap in a towel to remove excessive moisture,
remove from the towel and allow to air dry at room temperature and away from heat and
sunlight.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Under the provision of the European Directive 2002/96/CE anything electrical or electronic
should not be treated as domestic waste and thrown away. To comply with the Directive you
can return the iBelt to us for disposal. Upon receipt we will send your old device for
components recovery and recycling to help to conserve the world’s resources and
minimise any adverse effects on the environment.
