If you want to replace your original router connected to the internet with a PPPoE user name and password, start from Step 1. Otherwise, start from Step 2.

1. Power on your original and new ro uters.
2. Connect the WAN port of the original router to port 1, 2 or 3 /I PTV of th e n ew router using an
Eth ernet cable.
3. Wait about 6 seconds (When the WAN, LAN indicators of the new router turn solid on after
blink ing fas t, your migration is successf ul).
4. Remove the original router.

1. Power off your modem, and remove its b atter y (if any ).
2. Connect t he WAN port of the new ro uter to the LAN p or t of your modem using an Ethernet cable.
3. Reinstall your m odem's battery, then power on your m odem and the new rout er.

1. Star t a web browser on a device that has connected to the
router. Enter tendawifi.com in the address bar, and press
Enter.
2. Click Start. (If the following page does not appear, refer
to Q1 in the FAQ. )
3. Confirm or set the related parameters. Then click Next.

Note: The WiFi password is used to connect to the WiFi network
of the router, and the login password is used to log in to
the web UI to manage the router.

Description
The router is star ting.
If the indicator is still solid on after your router
completes startup, it indicates that the system
is faulty.
The router is work ing properly.
The WAN port is connected properly.
Data is being transmitted over the WAN port.
The WAN port is disconnected or connected
improperly.

Reset: When the SYS indicator blinks, hold the button down for
about 8 seconds. The router is reset successfully when all the

Used to connect the router to the internet.
They are LAN por ts used to connec t to wired devices such as
computers or switches.
It is a default LAN port.
3/IP T V
But if the IPTV function of the router is enabled, it serves only as
an IPTV port used to connect to a set-top box.

Ensure that you r Ether net cab le with i nternet connectivity is pl ugged i nto the WAN port of the
router rather t han a LA N port.
Ensure that you r wireless device i s connected to the router' s SSID.
Ensure that you r wired device is con necte d properly to port 1, 2 or 3/IPT V of the router by
Eth ernet cable. The device is al so set to Obtain an IP address automatically an d Obtain
DN S server address automatically.
Ensure that ten dawifi.com is entered cor rectly, or try logging by 192.168.0. 1.
Replace th e web browser.
Reset the ro uter and log in again.

A2: Log in to the web UI of the router, and check your router 's connectio n
status on th e Internet Stat us page.
If your router is connec ted to th e internet succes sfull y as the fi gure

— Connect the Ethernet cable with internet connectivity to your computer.
If your computer cannot access the internet, consult your ISP.
Otherwise, reconnect the Ethernet cable with internet connectivity to your
router, reset your router and configure it again.
Q3: How to reset the router?
A3: When the SYS indicator blinks, hold down the RST/WPS button for about 8
seconds. The router is reset successfully when all the LED indicators blink once.
