Q1. I c annot acces s the Internet. Wh at should I do?
A1. Verify your U SIM/S IM is prepaid and ha s enoug h
bal ance.
A2. Verify your d evice i s always in the valid ran ge.
A3. Verify you in put the c orrec t pass phrase (Wi- Fi Key)
whe n conne cng to thi s mobil e hotsp ot’s SSID (W i-Fi
nam e). Veri fy that you i nput the default P IN code o f
SIM c ard if yo ur service provider ha s provi ded you with
a PIN c ode.
A4. Close firewall of yo ur computer.
Q2. W hen the d evice i s connected via the US B cable, the
dri ver of this device i sn’t installed automac ally. What
sho uld I do?
A1. Restart your PC o r notebook.
A2. Unplug the USB c able and plug i t again.
A3. Click Open folder to vi ew files, click the 4 G Mi-Fi d river
set up prog ram and then follow onscreen installao ns
to in sta ll the program.
A4. On your desk top, double clic k compu ter (in Win dows 7
OS) , locate the CD dr iver and do uble cl ick it to install
the p rogram.
Q3. I canno t login to it s web UI. What should I do ?
A1. Verify that y our termi nal devic e (note book, smart
pho ne, iPad, etc. ) is conn ecng t o 4G180.
A2. Clear the co okies a nd cach es of the b rowser you launch.
A3. Close all browser and reopen one .
A4. Verify that y our termi nal devic e has obtained an IP
add ress within the range of 19 2.168 .0 .2~192. 168.0 .253
(de fault ).
A5. Verify that y ou’ve e ntered the cor rect login IP address
192 .168. 0.1(d efault).
Q5: H ow to change my Wi-Fi nam e and Wi- Fi Key?
A1. L og in to the web UI of the H otspot on your wired o r
wireless dev ice, navigate to Wi-F i Seng s > Wi-Fi
Nam e & Wi-Fi Key an d customize your Wi-F i name
and W i-Fi Key.
