Set-Up

1. Plug the USB drive into your working PC and install

TelitView. The USB drivers should load automatically.

2. Using the USB cable, connect the PC to the EVK Unit by

inserting the mini-USB connector into the USB-1
connector located at the rear of the EVK.

3. Connect the antenna into the RF connector

4. Activate the TelitView application and click “Setup”.

5. Select SL869-3DR and click “OK”.

6. Select the correct serial port and set the baud rate to

115200.

The Front Panel Status screen will be display the following:

• Signal Quality – Satellite signal level

• Scatter Plot – Navigation position updates

• Navigation States – Position, time, fix status

• NMEA Monitor – Real time TX serial output

Additional status screen under the “Tools” tab.

• MoDRTMControl Panel – Real time course/speed

7. To log data, click on the Record data icon in the main tool

bar. Assign a file name and location, click “save” and “start
to log”.
