Introduction
Thank you for choosing TELIKOU intercom product. BK-603 beltpack can work with any TELIKOU Intercom standard main station, and it is suitable for TV station, communication command center, outside broadcast van, show, project test field, and other applications where communication is required. This system adopts wired connection, and has following features, free of external emission interference, stable and reliable performance, flexible configuration, full-duplex communication, clear and loud communication sound, easy operation, and strong noise resistance.
Basic operation
1. Panel Speaker
Panel speaker works when earphone is not been used.

T (Tip) --- hot R (Ring) --- hot S (Sleeve) --- Common
3. Power Switch and Volume
A knob with switch. This knob is used to control the level of audio signal received from the intercom line, and can be used to adjust the volume of earphone. Turn the control completely anticlockwise to turn this unit off. When unit is not being used, please turn off. Especially when using battery to supply power.
4. Power and Low Voltage Indicator
Green LED indicates voltage is normal. Red LED indicates battery voltage is low.
5. Battery
BK-603 can use four No.5 size or one 6F22 9V size batteries. If voltage is lower than 5V When using No.5 size battery, Power and Low Voltage Indicator will light red.
Notes: When using 6F22 size battery, the Power and Low Voltage Indicator will still light Green if battery voltage is lower than 5V.
6. Audio Signal Connector
3-pin XLR male connector. Configuration pin outs:
Pin 1 -- Common Pin 2 – DC Power (15V-30V)
Pin 3 – Audio Signal When connect to intercom system, BK-603 can get power from main station from Pin2. When connect to some audio signal, Bk-603 get power from battery. Pin2 is Null. For example, when BK-603 connect to cell phone, Pin1 connect to cell phones earphone jack common. Pin3 connect to cell phones earphone jack hot. Pin2 is null.
Troubleshooting
Problem: No voice from earphone
Cause: Wrong earphone wiring. For example, using mono earphone may cause audio signal
short.
Solution: Change earphone connector wiring followed by the manual
