3. Keep the black focus adjustment ring within the midpoint
of its thread range. This allows
you to easily focus with the
viewfinder optics. After focusing, place the eyepiece lock
screw in the more convenient

focus adjustment ring.
WARNING: The diopter adjustment ring is not meant to be
