The In-Travel Adapter is a 2” to 1¼” adapter that allows more in-travel for 1¼” eyepieces than our flat­top or “high-hat” adapters. This adapter is designed to attach to the 1¼” eyepiece barrel and convert the
eyepiece for use with a 2” focuser or diagonal.

The main applications are:

1. To allow Tele Vue Delos eyepieces (such as Delos 17.3mm and Delos 14mm) to become parfocal with
other Delos models using the standard Paracorr Type-2 2” to 1¼” adapter.

2. For other 1¼” eyepieces that may need more in-travel due to limited focuser range of your telescope.

Instructions

Simply slide the eyepiece into the adapter and lock it in place by tightening the nylon tipped set screw on
the side with the included 5/64” Allen Key.
