HOW TO PLACE
Place the receiving transceiver with the cable glands downward. Keep protected from moistu­re, snow, rain and wind. Do not place close to a high-pressure washing facility.

• Read all safety, installation and ope­rating instructions before installing and using the product.
• Retain the safety and operating instruc­tions for further reference.
• Follow all installation and operating
instructions in the manual, on the web site and on the product.
• Only qualied personnel should have
access to the transmitter.
• Do not leave the handheld transceiver
unsupervised.
• Switch off the handheld transceiver
when not in use.
• Refer installation and all non-routine servicing to qualied personnel only.

To start the handheld transmitter, press the OFF button. When LEDs 2 and 3 are lit, the handheld transceiver is ready for transmission.

The handheld transceiver can be set at 3 different 802.15.4 channels. To set a channel, press the buttons IN, ON or OUT. LED 1 indi­cates what channel the transmission is set at.
