Operation is subject to the following two conditions:

The digital portion of the transceiver ha s been tested and fou nd to comply with the limits for a Class B
digital device, purs uant to part 15 of the FCC Rules. The se limits are designed to provide reaso nable
protection against harmf ul interference in a residential install ation. This equipment generates, uses a nd
can radiate radio f requenc y energ y and, i f not inst alle d and use d in acco rd ance with t he inst ruct ions, may
cause harmful interference to radi o commun ications . However, t here is no guarantee that interf erenc e will
not occur in a particular installation. If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or
television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is
encourag ed to try to corr e ct the interf erence by one o r m o re of the follo wing measur e s:
-Reorient or relocate the receivi ng antenna.
-Increase the separati on between the equipment and receiver.
Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected.
-Consult the dealer or an experie n ced radio/TV technician for help.

Installation
Here we shall add the installation Instruction which shall include the following
statements:
The user and the installer should be aware that changes and modifications not
expressly approved by Telematics Wireless could void the user’s authority to operate
the equipment.
NOTE: The antenna used for this transmitter must be installed to normally provide
minimum separation distance of at least 20 cm from all persons and must not be
co-located or operating in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter.
The ETMW-NA transmission duty cycle is limited by its design not to exceed 0.12%.
