The digital portion of t he transceiver has been tested and found t o comply with the lim its for a Class B digital device, pursuant to p art 15 of the FCC Rules. These limit s are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. This equipme nt generates, uses and can radiate radio frequency ener gy and, if not installe d and u sed in accor dance wit h the ins tr ucti ons, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. Howeve r, t here is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular installation. If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or m ore of the following measures:
-Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.
-Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver.
Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to whic h t he recei ver is connect ed.
-Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/T V tech nic i an for help.

Installation
Here we shall add the installation Instruction which shall include the following statements:
The user and the installer should be aware that changes and modifications not expressly approved by Telematics Wireless could void the user’s authority to operate the equipment.
NOTE: The antenna used for this transmitter must be installed to normally provide minimum separation distance of at least 20 cm from all persons and must not be co-located or operating in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter.
The LC-TMW transmission duty cycle is limited by its design not to exceed 0.12%.
