To set the day:
1. Place the handset on hook.
2. Press intercom #653.
3. Enter the day using the following
chart.
1 = Sunday
2 = Monday
3 = Tuesday
4 = Wednesday
5 = Thursday
6 = Friday
7 = Saturday
4. Press # to save.
5. Press the speaker to end
programming mode.
Hint:
If these instructions do not work for
your system, try entering the
command again but leave off the
# sign in front of the 651,652, or 653
codes.
Setting System Time
This operation must be done
from the receptionist station
only. The following instructions
will allow you to set the date,
day and time.
To set the date:
1. Place the handset on hook.
2. Press intercom #651.
3. Enter the date in YYMMDD
format. Using a leading 0 for
single digit month or day.
4. Press # to save and you will
hear a confirmation tone.
5. Press speaker to end
programming.
To set the time:
1. Place the handset on hook.
2. Press intercom #652.
3. Enter the time in hour/
minute/second in 24-hour
clock format HHMMSS.
4. Press # to save settings.
