TeleEye R X supports tamper detection (DEO L and SEO L) on all alarm inputs including
arm/ disarm input, security sw itch input, sy stem tamper and pow er f ailure input.

NC / NO: A l a r m a n d oth er in p u t p or ts w ith ou t ta m p er detection cir cu it con n ection
For example, by connecting the tamper circuit w ith DEO L, the circuit is in the normal close
condition if the resistance betw een point A and B detects 1.2kΩ (show n as below ), w hereas the
circuit is in normal open condition if the resistance betw een point A and B (show n as below )
detects 7.2kΩ .The resistance transition f rom 1.2kΩ to 7.2kΩ is generated by an alarm tamper
event f or normal close circuit. The setup conf iguration of those alarms and input ports are show n
in the f ollow ing diagram. The circuit debouncing time betw een each sensor is 20 millisecond.
