Quick Start Guide
TeleEye MX751-HD/MX851-HD/MX951-HD Network Camera
This Quick Start Guide will guide you how to install and configure the TeleEye MX751-HD / MX851-HD / MX951-HD Network Camera for remote video monitoring.
Camera Installation
Step 1. After mounting the camera on the wall or ceiling, connect the Ethernet cable to the LAN adapter and the
12VDC power supply to the power cable if PoE is not available. Please refer to the section “RJ45 wiring” for connecting the cable to RJ45 plug.

RJ45 Wiring
Step 1. Make sure whether Type A or Type B wiring scheme is used
for the Ethernet cable (Type B is more common).
Step 2. The two colour codes indicated on the plug represent the
wiring scheme for Type A and Type B cables.
Step 3. Open the tab of the plug.
Step 4. According to the wiring scheme of the cable, follow the
corresponding colour code on the plug to arrange the 8 wires. Insert the 8 wires into the wire holders.
Step 5. Close the tab of the plug.
IP Setup Utility
Step 1. After installing sureSIGHT and turning on the Network Camera, select the “Run TeleEye IP Setup
Utility” from the windows start menu.
Step 2. Search the target camera by its serial number, highlight the corresponding row from the list on the left
side of the window to select it. If the camera cannot be found, click the [Refresh] button.
Step 3. Changes the network settings of the camera on the right side of the window, including IP, ports, mask,
etc. Press [Apply] button to confirm the settings.
Step 4. Enter the password to save the information when prompted.
[Note] The default password is “000000”.

Live Monitoring with Web-Browser
Step 1. Open a web browser on a PC and type in the IP address of the Network Camera.
Step 2. Select the connection type and input the password.
[Note] The default password is “000000”.
Step 3. Click the [Connect] button to connect the selected video stream. Video will then be displayed on the
browser as follow.

Live Monitoring with sureSIGHT
Step 1. After installing sureSIGHT and turning on the Network Camera,
select the “Run sureSIGHT Lite” from the windows start menu. Input the password to log-in to the sureSIGHT.
[Note] The default password for administrator is “000000”.
Step 2. Click the [Connect] button on the left panel.
Step 3. Click the [Search all the sites] to search the target camera
by its serial number or site name.
Step 4. Select the target camera and confirm all the site information,
the sureSIGHT will then connect to the camera automatically.
