Maximize the throughput and flexibility
of your ACCQPrep system by adding
automated sample loading for longer
unattended operation.

The two rack AS 2x2 and four rack AS 4x2 sampler options allow
different chromatographic conditions to be applied to a variety of
different samples and doubles or triples the fraction collection
capabilities of the base system.

The ACCQPrep AutoSamplers provide high recovery of samples with

99.9% transfer of analyte. PeakTrak software allows users to quickly
create sample queues for walk up open-access labs and overnight
purifications. Develop methods that result in the highest purity and largest
loading capacity with the 3 Step Focused Gradient Generator that works
seamlessly with the AutoSampler and PeakTrak software. An integrated
wash station and sophisticated robotic probe movement ensures sample
purity and limits cross contamination.

The AS 2x2 AutoSampler expands the collection capacity to a total of
4 test tube racks for the ACCQPrep. The AS 4x2 AutoSampler expands
collection to 6 test tube racks and up to 648 13 mm tube capacity
(450 16 mm tubes, 420 18 mm tubes) in less than 2 foot of bench space.

Sample Injection Rack Options:
The AutoSampler can inject from a 13 mm test tube, 125 mL bottle or high
recovery scintillation vials.

Half racks available for walk up labs so different users can inject different volumes.
Select from as little as 100 uL to as much as 125 mL capacity per purification.

Keep volatile samples enclosed with capped vials and injection options.
Reduce the health risk of DMSO and acetonitrile vapors in the lab and keep
highly volatile samples from evaporating.

Fraction Collection Rack Options:

Collection options range from 13 mm test tubes up to 480 mL bottles or
unlimited funnel rack options. Each rack position can be a different tube size
and is immediately recognized by the ACCQPrep. New racks can be inserted
during purification for endless collection capacity.
