KI 590 driver — For basic setup and installation using only the Model 590 for high frequency CV measurements.
KI 595 driver — For basic setup and installation using only the Model 595 for quasi-static CV measurements.
Model 82-WIN measurements — For operation of the simultaneous method and collecting the CV data.
Model 82-WIN libraries and analysis — For instructions and information on analysis and interpretation of the CV data.

The Model 82-DOS Simultaneous C-V manual is included with the Model 82-WIN as supplemental information about the sys­tem. The DOS software itself is no longer available.

In the Model 82-DOS Simultaneous C-V manual, refer to Section 5, Principles of Operation and Section 6, Replaceable Parts.
Section 4 of the DOS manual also contains more detailed explanations of some of the measurements and principles involved in
CV measurements.
