Kelvin Keithley Triaxial Connector Card
Description
The Model 8020-KHV Keithley HV Connector Card provides high-voltage triaxial connections for sense and
force connections on the Model 8020 High Power Interface Panel. Use this connector card to connect the
Model 8020 to a device under test using the Keithley high-voltage triaxial connector. The connector card can be
installed in any Model 8020 channel.

Use the following cables to connect to this card:
• Model HV-CA-554-*
• Model SHV-CA-553-*

The following characteristics apply when used with the Model 8020:
• Voltage: 3070 V maximum
• Connector current, fuse installed: 1 A maximum, 10 A pulsed, 1 ms at 2.2 percent duty cycle
• Connector current, fuse removed: 1 ADC, no pulsing
• Connector types: 3-lug triaxial

• Fuse specifications: 10 A, 32 V, MINI
