Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,

wir gratulieren Ihnen zum Kauf Ihres Klimageräts. Außer der Luftkühlung bietet dieses

Klimagerät noch zwei weitere Funktionen: Luftentfeuchtung und Luftventilation.

Das mobile Klimagerät lässt sich sehr einfach bedienen und problemlos an einer anderen

Stelle aufstellen. Sie haben ein Qualitätsprodukt gekauft, an dem Sie noch viele Jahre

Freude haben werden, wenn Sie das Klimagerät auf sichere und sachgemäße Weise nutzen.

Um eine optimale Lebensdauer Ihres Klimagerätes zu gewährleisten, lesen Sie bitte zuerst

diese Bedienungsanleitung. Wir wünschen Ihnen angenehme Kühle und viel Komfort mit

S I C H E R H E I T S V O R S C H R I F T E N

Dieses Gerät muss gemäß den vor Ort geltenden Vorschriften, Richtlinien und N o r men installiert werden. Das Gerät eignet sich ausschließlich zum Betrieb im I n n e n b e r eich, in trockenen Räumen. Kontro l l i e ren Sie die Netzspannung. Das Gerät eignet sich ausschließlich für den Anschluss an geerdete Steckdosen mit einer Netzspannung von 220 bis 240 Volt / 50 Herz.

Kontrollieren Sie vor dem Anschließen ob:

• die Netzspannung mit den Angaben auf dem Typenschild übereinstimmt;

• Steckdose und Stromanschluss für dieses Gerät geeignet sind;

• der Stecker des Gerätes in die Steckdose passt;

• das Gerät auf einer stabilen und flachen Grundfläche steht.

Lassen Sie die elektrische Anlage von einem Fachmann überprüfen wenn Sie sich nicht sicher sind, dass alles in Ordnung ist.

• Dieses Gerät wurde gemäß CE-Sicherh e i t s n o rmen pro d u z i e rt. Dennoch sollten Sie – wie bei jedem elektrischen Gerät – vorsichtig sein.

• Die Luftzufuhr und das Luftabfuhrgitter niemals abdecken.

• Leeren Sie den Wasserbehälter bevor Sie das Gerät verschieben.

• Das Gerät auf keinen Fall mit Chemikalien in Berührung bringen.

• Das Gerät auf keinen Fall mit Wasser in Berührung bringen, mit Wa s s e r besprühen oder in Wasser tauchen.

• Stecken Sie keine Gegenstände in die Öffnungen des Gerätes.

• Ziehen Sie immer erst den Stecker aus der Steckdose bevor Sie das Gerät oder Teile des Gerätes reinigen oder ersetzen.

• Schließen Sie das Gerät niemals über eine Ve r l ä n g e r ungsschnur an. Sollte keine geeignete geerdete Steckdose zur Verfügung stehen, so lassen Sie diese von Ihrem geprüften Installateur anlegen.

• Aus Sicherheitsgründen bitten wir Sie um äußerste Vorsicht mit Kindern in der unmittelbaren Nähe des Gerätes, dies gilt übrigens für alle elektrischen Geräte.

• Lassen Sie eventuelle Reparaturen ausschließlich von einem geprüften Installateur oder von Ihrem Lieferanten ausführen. Befolgen Sie die Anweisungen zur Pflege des Gerätes.

• Ziehen Sie immer den Stecker aus der Steckdose wenn das Gerät außer Betrieb ist.

• Lassen Sie ein beschädigtes Stromkabel ausschließlich vom Lieferanten oder einer befugten Person / Kundendienststelle ersetzen.



W I C H T I G

Das Gerät muss immer über eine geerdete Steckdose angeschlossen werden. Sie sollten das Gerät auf keinen Fall anschließen wenn der Stromanschluss nicht geerdet ist. Der Stecker sollte immer leicht zugänglich sein wenn das Gerät angeschlossen ist. Lesen Sie diese Bedienungsanleitung bitte sorgfältig durch und befolgen Sie die Anweisungen.

A U F S T E L L E N

Dieses Gerät ist tragbar und kann leicht von einem Raum in einen andere n verschoben werden. Beachten Sie dann Folgendes:

S o rge n Sie dafür, dass das Gerät aufrecht und auf einem ebenen Unterg ru n d steht.

Benutzen Sie das Gerät nicht im Badezimmer, in der Dusche oder in einer anderen feuchten Umgebung.

Im Hinblick auf gute Luftumwälzung müssen rings um das Gerät mindestens 50 cm frei bleiben.

Stecken Sie die beiden Enden des Abluftschlauches J in die ru n d e n Verbindungsstücke 9. Schrauben Sie diese im Uhrzeigersinn auf den Schlauch.

Stecken Sie eines der runden Verbindungsstücke 9 an der Rückseite in das Gerät 7. Befestigen Sie das zweite runde Verbindungsstück 9 an der Fensterdurchführung K.

S o r gen Sie dafür, dass die Fensterd u rc h f ü h r ung K f reien Durchgang nach draußen hat. Schließen Sie dabei das Fenster bzw. die Tür so weit wie möglich.



A C H T U N G

Der flexible Abluftschlauch sollte während des Betriebes nicht länger als 1 m sein, welches optimalen Betrieb und Leistung garantiert. Die Länge wurde auf die Spezifikation des Gerätes abgestellt, Anwendung eines eigenen Schlauches oder Verlängerungsstücks kann zu fehlerhaftem Betrieb führen. Da jede Blockade zur Überhitzung des Gerätes führen kann, muß die Abluft ungehindert entweichen können. Vermeiden Sie dazu Krümmungen im Abluftschlauch.



Bevor das Klimagerät eingeschaltet wird, muss das Gerät mindestens 2 Stunden in aufrechter Position stehen.



V O R S I C H T !

• Benutzen Sie das Gerät auf keinen Fall mehr wenn das Stromkabel oder der Stecker beschädigt sind. Klemmen Sie das Stromkabel nicht ab und verhindern Sie Kontakt mit scharfen Kanten.

• Schließen Sie den Raum in dem Sie das Gerät benutzen niemals vollständig luftdicht ab. Damit verhindern Sie Unterdruck in diesem Raum. Unterdruck kann den sicheren Betrieb von Durchlauferhitzern, Dunstabzugshauben, Öfen usw. stören.

• Nicht-Befolgen der Sicherheitsvorschriften kann zum Ausschluss der Garantie führen.

B E D I E N U N G

Stecken Sie den Stecker in die Steckdose.

Drücken Sie auf die -Taste, um die Klimaanlage einzuschalten.

Über die Taste stellen Sie die gewünschte Funktion ein. Wenn Sie auf die Taste drücken, verspringt die Funktion des Geräts folgendermaßen:

• Kühlen: Die grüne Lampe leuchtet auf.

• Entfeuchten: Die orangefarbene Lampe leuchtet auf.

• Luftumwälzung: Die gelbe Lampe leuchtet auf.

KÜHLEN

Wenn das Gerät auf diese Funktion eingestellt ist, sind folgende Handlungen möglich:

• Über die Taste stellen Sie die gewünschte Gebläsegeschwindigkeit ein. Wenn Sie auf die Taste drücken, verspringt die Gebläsegeschwindigkeit folgendermaßen:

- Höchste Geschwindigkeit

- Mittlere Geschwindigkeit

- Niedrigste Geschwindigkeit

• Mit den Tasten und w i r d die gewünschte Temperatur eingestellt (zwischen 16 °C und 32 °C). Das Display zeigt diese Einstellung an. W ä h rend des Einstellens der Temperatur leuchtet die Lampe „set temp“ auf. Nach 15 Sekunden wird die gemessene Zimmert e m p e r a t u r angezeigt. Die Lampe „Room temp“ leuchtet auf.

ENTFEUCHTEN

Wenn das Gerät (fast) ausschließlich als Entfeuchter benutzt wird, montiere n Sie nicht den Abluftschlauch, sondern lassen die warme Luft in den zu entfeuchtenden Raum zurückströmen. Sie müssen jedoch einen Wa s s e r a b l a u f schlauch an den festen Abfluss anschließen (siehe Abschnitt G). Bei Benutzung der Entfeuchtungsfunktion können Sie die Taste ( G e b l ä segeschwindigkeit) nicht benutzen. Sie steht automatisch auf „Mittlere Geschwindigkeit“. Außerdem können Sie die Temperatur auch nicht mehr mit den Tasten und einstellen.



Ob die gewünschte Temperatur auch wirklich erreicht werden kann, hängt von den Umgebungsbedingungen ab. Es ist normal, dass die Zimmertemperatur über der „set temp“ bleibt.

LUFTUMWÄLZUNG

In dieser Funktion wälzt das Gerät die Luft ausschließlich um. Die eingehende Luft wird also nicht gekühlt oder entfeuchtet. Wenn das Gerät auf diese Funktion eingestellt ist, sind folgende Handlungen möglich:

• Über die Taste stellen Sie die gewünschte Gebläsegeschwindigkeit ein. Wenn Sie auf die Taste drücken, verspringt die Gebläsegeschwindigkeit folgendermaßen:

- Höchste Geschwindigkeit

- Mittlere Geschwindigkeit

- Niedrigste Geschwindigkeit

Beim Ausschalten des Geräts wird die zuletzt eingestellte Funktion gespeichert.

Auf Wunsch können Sie die Ti m e rfunktion benutzen. Mittels dieser Funktion schaltet das Gerät sich zu einer vorab eingestellten Zeit ein oder aus. Gehen Sie dazu folgendermaßen vor:

EINSCHALTEN

• S o rgen Sie dafür, dass das Gerät auf die richtige Funktion eingestellt ist

• Schalten Sie das Gerät aus, indem Sie auf die Taste drücken. Achten Sie jedoch darauf, dass der Stecker richtig in der Steckdose steckt.

• Drücken Sie auf die Ti m e r taste . Die Lampe „Timer set“ beginnt zu blinken.

• Mit den Tasten und wird eine Zeit von 1 bis 12 Stunden eingestellt.

• Nach Ablauf der eingestellten Zeit schaltet sich das Gerät ein.

AUSSCHALTEN

• Drücken Sie, während das Gerät in Betrieb ist, auf die Ti m e rtaste . Die Lampe „Timer set“ beginnt zu blinken.

• Mit den Tasten und wird eine Zeit von 1 bis 12 Stunden eingestellt.

• Nach Ablauf der eingestellten Zeit schaltet sich das Gerät aus.



A N M E R K U N G E N !

Zur Verlängerung der Lebensdauer des Kompressors wurde er so eingestellt, dass er erst 3 Minuten nach dem (Wieder-)Einschalten anfängt zu arbeiten. Das Kühlsystem schaltet ab, wenn die Umgebungstemperatur niedriger ist als der eingestellte Wert. Die Ventilation findet jedoch weiterhin auf dem eingestellten Niveau statt. Wenn die umgebungstemperatur über den eingestellten Wert steigt, beginnt die Kühlung wieder zu arbeiten.

FERNBEDIENUNG

a. LCD-Display (TP25) b. Ein/Aus-Schalter c. Schaltflächen für Zeitgeber und zum Einstellen des Thermostats d. Betriebsart-Schaltflächen (Wahl A/C, Gebläse oder Entfeuchter) e. A/C-Gebläsegeschwindigkeitsschaltfläche (hoch, mittel, niedrig) f. Schaltfläche Zeitgeber EIN/AUS g. Wahlschalter Celsius / Fahrenheit (TP 25)

Mit der Fernbedienung lassen sich die Funktionen des Bedienfelds aktiviere n . Richten Sie die Vo r derseite der Fernbedienung auf das rote Fenster. Die E n t f e r nung zum Klimagerät sollte nicht mehr als 5 m betragen. Legen Sie vor Gebrauch AAA-Batterien ein.

PROGRAMMIEREN DES ZEITGEBERS

Zum Einschalten der Zeitgeberfunktion drücken Sie die Schaltfläche a u f der Fernbedienung oder die Schaltfläche „Einstellen des Zeitgebers“ auf dem Bedienfeld.

Zum Einstellen der gewünschten Ausschaltzeit drücken Sie die Schaltfläche

oder auf der Fernbedienung oder die Schaltfläche oder auf dem

Bedienfeld.

Sobald die eingestellte Zeit verstrichen ist, schaltet sich das Gerät aus.

ENTFEUCHTUNGSBETRIEB

Zum Wählen der Betriebsart Entfeuchten drücken Sie die Schaltfläche auf der F e r nbedienung oder die Betriebsartschaltfläche auf dem Bedienfeld. Wenn der Entfeuchtungsbetrieb eingeschaltet ist, funktionieren die Temperatur und Gebläsegeschwindigkeitsschaltflächen nicht und das Gebläse läuft mit mittlere r Geschwindigkeit. W ä h r end das Gerät entfeuchtet, leuchtet die Entfeuchter- K o n t r o l l l e u c h t e u n u n t e r b r ochen auf. Beachten Sie, dass der Abfuhrschlauch im Entfeuchtuntsbetrieb nicht benutzt zu werden braucht.

L U F T F I LT E R

Die Klimaanlage ist mit einem Gewebefilter ausgestattet, mit dem größere Staubteilchen zurückgehalten werden.

Der Gewebefilter muss bei normaler Benutzung alle 2 Wochen mit einem Staubsauger gesäubert werden, damit er nicht verstopft und der Luftstrom nicht gehindert wird.

ENTLEERUNG DES WA S S E R TA N K S

Unter extremen Bedingungen muss der eingebaute Wasserbehälter möglicherweise entleert werden. Wenn der Wasserbehälter voll ist, leuchtet die Lampe auf und es ertönt ein ununterbrochener hoher Warnton. Die Klimaanlage schaltet sich dann automatisch aus. Zum Entleeren des Wasserbehälters gehen Sie folgendermaßen vor:

Versuchen Sie nicht, das Gerät zu transport i e ren . Bei heftigen Bewegungen kann Wasser austreten.

Stellen Sie zunächst das Gerät aus und ziehen Sie dann den Stecker aus der Steckdose.

Stellen Sie eine Schale oder eine passende Schüssel auf den Boden unter die Abflussöffnung.

Ziehen Sie den Gummistopfen 8 aus dem Abfluss und lassen Sie das Wa s s e r aus dem Behälter laufen (± 0,5 L).

Schieben Sie den Stopfen 8 wieder in den Abfluss, stecken Sie den Stecker wieder in die Steckdose und schalten Sie das Gerät wieder ein. Die Kontrollleuchte muss jetzt aus sein.



HINWEIS!

• Nehmen Sie den Aktivkohlefilter aus dem Gerät, bevor Sie das Gerät jahreszeitlich bedingt wegpacken. Setzen Sie zu Anfang der neuen Benutzungsperiode einen neue Filter ein. Die alten Filter sind für den normalen Hausmüll geeignet.

• Benutzen Sie das Klimagerät niemals ohne den Gewebefilter.

• Die Benutzung des Geräts ohne Aktivkohlefilter verursacht keinen Schaden an Ihrem Klimagerät. In dem Fall werden Mikroorganismen in der Luft jedoch nicht neutralisiert und unangenehme Gerüche werden nicht beseitigt.

• Verwenden Sie ausschließlich die geeigneten Tectro-Filter. So beugen Sie einer Beschädigung Ihres Klimageräts vor.

• Das geeignete Filterpaket ist bei Ihrem Händler erhältlich.

ANSCHLIESSEN EINES FESTEN AUSLASSES

Erst das Gerät abschalten und dann den Stecker aus der Steckdose ziehen.

Stellen Sie eine Schale oder eine passende Schüssel unter den Wa s s e r a b f l u s s , um eventuell ablaufendes Wasser aufzufangen.

Entfernen Sie den Gummistopfen 8.

Schliessen Sie den Schlauch für die Wasserabfuhr (ø 15 mm) an die Wasserabfuhr an. Verlängern Sie diese, wenn nötig, mit dem extra Schlauch.

Legen Sie das andere Ende des Wasserablaufschlauchs zu einem geeigneten Abfluss. Achten Sie darauf, dass der Schlauch nicht verdreht oder geknickt ist. Der Schlauch muss auf der gesamten Länge nach unten verlaufen.

ENTFEUCHTUNG

Wenn das Klimagerät (hauptsächlich) als Entfeuchter eingesetzt wird, keinen A b l u f tschlauch J v e r wenden um die warme Luft im Raum zu behalten. Ein fester Wasserabfluss ist notwendig und bequem. Sie müssen in diesem Fall allerd i n g s einen Wasserablaufschlauch (Innendurchmesser 0,5 Inch) anschließen, dessen anderes Ende Sie zu einem geeigneten Abfluss legen.

R E I N I G U N G

Bei allen Wartungsarbeiten und bei Reinigung oder dessen Ersatzteile, ist das Gerät unbedingt auszuschalten und der Netzstecker aus der Steckdose zu ziehen.

A N M E R K U N G !

Während der Benutzung als Klimaanlage wird unter normalen Umständen das Kondenswasser durch den Abluftschlauch abgeführt.

A U F B E W A H R U N G

Entleeren Sie den Wasserbehälter (siehe Kapitel F).

Reinigen Sie den Filter.

Schalten Sie das Gerät einige Stunden im Ventilatormodus ein, das Innere des Gerätes vollständig trocknen kann.

Das Stromkabel aufrollen, das Gerät vor Staub schützen und an einem trockenen und für Kinder unzugänglichen Ort aufbewahren.

Versuchen Sie niemals das Gerät selber zu re p a r i e r en oder auseinander zu nehmen. Bei unfachgerechten Reparaturen erlischt der Garantieanspruch. Durc h nicht fachgerechte Reparaturen können Gefahren für den Benutzer entstehen.

G A R A N T I E B E S T I M M U N G E N

Für das Gerät wird ab dem Kaufdatum eine Garantie von 24 Monaten gewährt . I n n e r halb dieser Zeit werden alle Material- und Herstellungsfehler kostenlos repariert. Dabei gelten nachstehende Regeln:

1. Alle weiter gehenden Schadenersatzansprüche, einschließlich der Ve rg ü t u n g von Folgeschäden, weisen wir nachdrücklich zurück.

2. Eine Reparatur oder ein Ersatz von Teilen während der Garantiezeit führt nicht zu einer Verlängerung der Garantie.

3. Die Garantie verfällt, falls Ve r ä n d e r ungen vorgenommen, nicht die Originalersatzteile montiert oder Reparaturen vom Käufer oder einem Dritten durchgeführt wurden.

4. Teile, an denen normaler Verschleiß auftritt, wie etwa der Filter, fallen nicht unter die Garantie.

5. Die Garantie gilt nur dann, wenn der Original-Kassenbeleg (unverändert und vom Kaufdatum versehen) vorgelegt wird.

6. Die Garantie gilt nicht bei Schäden, die auf Ve r wahrlosung oder auf Handlungen zurückzuführen sind, die von den Beschreibungen in der Gebrauchsanweisung abweichen.

7. Die Versandkosten und das Versandrisiko des Gerätes, oder dessen Te i l e , gehen immer zu Lasten des Käufers.

8. Schaden, der dadurch verursacht wurde, dass die geeigneten Te c t r o - F i l t e r nicht benutzt wurden, fällt nicht unter die Garantie.

Um unnötige Kosten zu vermeiden, raten wir Ihnen, immer zuerst die Gebrauchsanweisung genau durchzulesen. Sollte ein Problem auch dann noch nicht zu lösen sein, können Sie das Klimagerät für eine Reparatur zu Ihre m Händler zurückbringen.

Tillykke med det nye klimaanlæg. Anlægget har to funktioner ud over luftkøling, nemlig

affugtning og luftcirkulation. Det mobile klimaanlæg er særdeles let at betjene og flytte.

læse brugsanvisningen omhyggeligt, før klimaanlægget tages i brug, forlænges dets

S I K K E R H E D S F O R S K R I F T E R

Installationen skal være udført helt i overensstemmelse med lokalt gældende f o r s k r i f t e r, bestemmelser og standard e r . Apparatet er kun beregnet til indendørs brug på tørre steder. Kontroller netspændingen. Dette apparat er kun egnet til en effektivt jordet stikkontakt, tilslutningsspænding 220-240 V./ 50 Hz.

Inden apparatet tilsluttes, skal man kontrollere, at:

• tilslutningsspændingen er i overensstemmelse med den spænding, der er angivet på typepladen;

• stikkontakten og strømforsyningen er egnede til apparatet;

• stikket på ledningen passer ind i stikkontakten;

• apparatet står på et stabilt og plant gulv.

V I G T I G T

Apparatet SKAL altid være tilsluttet til en effektivt jordet stikkontakt. Hvis strømforsyningen ikke er effektivt jordet, må De under ingen omstændigheder tilslutte apparatet. Stikket skal altid være lettilgængeligt, når apparatet er tilsluttet. Læs denne brugsanvisning grundigt igennem og følg anvisningerne heri;

I N S TA L L AT I O N

Apparatet er flytbar og kan nemt flyttes til et andet rum. Vær i den forbindelse opmærksom på:

Sørg for, at apparatet står lodret og på en plan overflade.

Apparatet må ikke bruges på badeværelset, i bru s e ren eller i andre fugtige omgivelser.

For at få en god luftcirkulation må der ikke stå ting tættere end 50 cm på apparatet.

Sæt begge luftudledningsslangens J ender ind i de runde forbindelsesstykker 9. Drej dem mod uret på slangen.

Sæt ét rundt forbindelsesstykke 9 på bagsiden af apparatet 7. Sæt det andet runde forbindelsesstykke 9 på vinduesudledningen K.

S ø r g for, at vinduesudledningen K er helt åben hele vejen ud. Luk i den forbindelse vinduet eller døren så meget som muligt.



B E M Æ R K N I N G

Den fleksible luftafledningsslange skal være mindre end en meter lang, mens apperatet er tændt. Denne slanges længde er beregnet på apparatets kapacitet. Brugen af en anden slange eller af en anden forlængerslange kan forårsage fejl på apparatet. Den bortledte luft skal kunne forsvinde uhindret, idet det ellers kan medføre, at apparatet overophedes. Sørg derfor for, at der ikke er knæk eller snoninger på luftafledningsslangen.



Før Deres klimaanlæg tages i brug, skal det stå lodret på gulvet i mindst to timer.



• Brug aldrig apparatet, hvis netledningen eller stikket er beskadigede. Ledningen må aldrig sættes i klemme og kontakt med skarpe kanter skal undgås.

• Værelset hvor apparat bruges i, må aldrig lukkes helt, så at der ikke er ventilation for at undgå undertryk i værelset. Undertryk kan forstyrre driftssikkerheden af vandvarmere, emhætter, ovne eller lignende.

• Hvis anvisningerne ikke følges, kan dette medføre at garantien på apparatet bortfalder.

B E T J E N I N G

Stik stikket i stikkontakten.

Tryk på -tasten for at tænde for airconditioneren.

Med -tasten kan du indstille den ønskede funktion. Ved at trykke på tasten springer apparatets funktion som følger:

• Afkøling, den grønne lampe begynder at lyse.

• Affugtning, den orange lampe begynder at lyse.

• Luftcirkulation, den gule lampe begynder at lyse.

AFKØLING

Når apparatet er indstillet i denne funktion, kan du udføre følgende handlinger:

• Med -tasten kan du indstille den ønskede ventilatorhastighed. Ved at trykke på -tasten springer ventilatorhastigheden som følger:

- Højeste hastighed.

- Mellemste hastighed

- Laveste hastighed

• Med knapperne og indstilles den ønskede temperatur (mellem 16°C og 32°C). Displayet viser denne indstilling. Mens temperature n indstilles, begynder lampen “set temp” at lyse. Efter 15 sekunder vil den målte stuetemperatur komme frem på displayet. Lampen “Room temp” vil begynde at lyse.

AFFUGTNING

Hvis apparatet kun skal bruges som aff u g t e r, skal luftudledningsslangen ikke sættes på, og den varme luft skal i stedet strømme tilbage i det lokale, som skal affugtes. Du skal imidlertid sætte en vandslange på aftapningsstudsen.

Ved brug af affugtningsfunktionen kan du ikke gøre brug af - t a s t e n : “ V e n t i l a t o r hastighed”. Den vil automatisk stå på ”Mellemste hastighed”. Du kan heller ikke længere indstille temperaturen med knapperne og .



Det afhænger af omgivelsesforholdene, om den ønskede temperatur reelt opnås. Det er almindeligt, hvis stuetemperaturen bliver over “set temp”.

LUFTCIRKULATION

I denne funktion vil apparatet kun cirkulere luften. Den indkommende luft bliver altså ikke afkølet eller affugtet. Når apparatet er indstillet i denne funktion, kan du udføre følgende handlinger:

• Med -tasten kan du indstille den ønskede ventilatorhastighed. Ved at trykke på -tasten springer ventilatorhastigheden som følger:

- Højeste hastighed.

- Mellemste hastighed

- Laveste hastighed

Når apparatet slukkes, vil den senest indstillede funktion blive gemt.

S å f r emt det ønskes, kan du gøre brug af timerfunktionen. Med denne funktion kan du tænde eller slukke apparatet på et forud indstillet tidspunkt. Gå som følger til værks:

TÆND

• Sørg for, at apparatet står i den rigtige funktion , of .

• Sluk apparatet ved at trykke på -tasten. Sørg for, at stikket sidder godt i stikkontakten.

• Tryk på -tasten. Lampen “Timer set” vil begynde at blinke.

• Indstil nu med knapperne og et tidspunkt mellem kl. 1 og 12.

• Når den indstillede tid er udløbet, vil apparatet blive tændt.

SLUK

• Mens apparatet er i gang, skal du trykke på -tasten. Lampen “Ti m e r set” begynder at blinke.

• Indstil nu med knapperne og et tidspunkt mellem kl. 1 og 12.

• Når den indstillede tid er udløbet, vil apparatet blive slukket.



For at forlænge kompressorens levetid er denne indstillet således, at den først går i gang tre minutter efter, at apparatet er blevet tændt (igen). Kølesystemet slukkes, så snart omgivelsestemperaturen er lavere end den indstillede værdi. Ventilationen virker fortsat på den indstillede hastighed. Når omgivelsestemperaturen igen overstiger den indstillede værdi, genoptages kølingen.

F j e r nbetjeningen virker sammen med betjeningspanelet. Ret fjern b e t j e n i n g e n s forside mod det røde vindue. Den maksimale afstand til klimaanlægget er ca. 5 m. Sæt AAA batterier i før brugen.

PROGRAMMERING AF TIMER

Tryk på knappen på fjernbetjeningen eller knappen “Timer-indstilling” på betjeningspanelet for at tilslutte Timerfunktionen.

Tryk på eller k n a p p e r ne på fjernbetjeningen eller eller k n a p perne på betjeningspanelet for at indstille det ønskede afbrydelsestidspunkt.

Apparatet afbrydes, når den indstillede tid er gået.

BETJENING AF AFFUGTNING

Tryk på knappen på fjernbetjeningen eller på MODE-knappen på betjeningspanelet for at vælge aff u g t e ren. Når aff u g t e r en er sat til, fungere r t e m p e r a t u r k n a p p e r ne og ventilatorh a s t i g h e d s k n a p p e r ne ikke, og ventilatore n kører på medium hastighed. A ff u g t e r - i n d i k a t o r en lyser konstant, mens apparatet aff u g t e r . Husk, at udstødningsslangen ikke behøver at bruges under affugtning.

L U F T F I LT E R

A i r c o n d i t i o n e ren er udstyret med et gazefilter, som hindrer større støvpartikler i at komme ind i apparatet.

G a z e f i l t e r et skal ved normalt brug re n g ø r es hver anden uge med en støvsuger. Det skal gøres for at undgå, at luftstrømmen stoppes.

RETNING LUFTUDBLÆSNING

Vip for at ændre de horisontale lamellers position.

TØMNING AF VA N D B E H O L D E R

Under ekstreme forhold kan det være nødvendigt at tømme den intern e vandbeholder. Når vandbeholderen er fuld, begynder den lampe at lyse, og du hører en uafbrudt hyletone. Airconditioneren slukkes automatisk. Gør som følger, når du skal tømme vandbeholderen:

Flyt ikke apparatet. Voldsomme bevægelser kan give vandlækage.

Først skal apparatet slukkes, og stikket skal tages ud af stikkontakten.

Læg en lille potte eller en passende lille bakke på jorden under udledningsåbningen.

Tag gummiproppen 8 op af udledningen og lad vandet løbe ud (± 0,5 L).

Sæt proppen 8 tilbage i udledningen, stik stikket i stikkontakten og tænd for apparatet. Kontrollampen skal nu være slukket.



Ved benyttelse som klimaanlæg bliver kondensvandet under normale omstændigheder afledt gennem luftafledningsslangen.



B E M Æ R K !

• Fjern det Aktive kulfilter før opbevaring efter sæsonen, og sæt nye filtre i ved hver sæsons begyndelse. Det gamle filter kan smides i en ‘beholder til ikke-biologisk affald’.

• Airconditioning-anlægget må aldrig bruges uden gazefilteret.

• Det skader ikke airconditioning-anlægget at bruge det uden aktivt kulfilter. I så fald bliver svævende mikro-organismer ikke neutraliseret, og ubehagelig lugt fjernes ikke.

• Brug kun de dertil egnede Tectro-filtre. Dermed undgås skader på dit airconditioning-anlæg

• Filterpakken til anlægget fås hos din forhandler.

TILSLUTNING TIL ET FAST UDLØB

Sluk først apparatet og tag stikket ud af stikkontakten.

Sæt en lille potte eller en passende lille bakke under vandudledningen for at opfange eventuelt vand, der løber ud.

Tag gummiproppen 8 ud af udløbet.

Sæt en passende afløbsslange på afløbet, og hvis der er behov for det kan afløbsslangen forlænges.

Den anden ende af vandudledningsslangen skal løbe til et egnet sted (kloak). Vær her især opmærksom på, at udledningsslangen ikke er drejet eller har knæk. Slangen skal anbringes skrånende i hele dens længde.

AFFUGTNING

Hvis apparatet næsten udelukkende bruges som aff u g t e r, skal luftafledningsslangen ikke sættes på, og den varme luft skal strømme tilbage til det lokale, som skal affugtes. For at gøre det nemmere og for at få en bedre virkning skal slangen anbringes på et fast udløb. De bør isættes en vandudledningsslange (ø 0,5 tommer indvendig), der leder vandet til et egnet sted.

V E D L I G E H O L D E L S E

B r ug kun en blød fugtig klud i forbindelse med jævnlig rengøring af apparatets yderside.

S k æ r m f i l t e ret skal re n g ø res jævnligt. Brug i den forbindelse en støvsuger. Se også kapitel D “Luftfilter”.



Der er 2 års garanti på klimaanlægget. Perioden indledes på købsdagen. Alle materiale- og produktionsfejl vil blive re p a r e r et eller udskiftet gratis inden for denne periode. Følgende regler gælder:

1. Vi tilbageviser udtrykkelig alle yderligere erstatningskrav, herunder krav om indirekte skade/følgeskade.

2. Reparationer og udskiftning af komponenter inden for garantiperioden vil ikke medføre en forlængelse af garantien.

3. Garantien dækker ikke, hvis der er foretaget ændringer, monteret uoriginale dele eller foretaget reparationer af tredjepart.

4. Normale sliddele, såsom filteret, dækkes ikke af garantien.

5. Garantien gælder kun ved fremvisning af den originale, daterede faktura, og hvis der ikke er foretaget nogen ændringer.

6. Garantien dækker ikke skader forårsaget af misligholdelse eller handlinger, der afviger fra anvisningerne i denne brugervejledning.

7. Tr a n s p o r tomkostninger og risici i forbindelse med transporten af klimaanlægget eller komponenter til anlægget altid er for kundens regning.

Med henblik på at forh i n d r e unødvendige udgifter anbefales det altid først at læse bru g e r vejledningen omhyggeligt. Hvis der i bru g e r vejledningen ikke findes en løsning på eventuelle problemer med anlægget, skal det afleveres til reparation hos forhandleren.

MEDIDAS DE SEGURIDAD

La instalación deberá responder por completo a las disposiciones, reglamentos y n o rmas locales en vigor. El aparato está indicado para utilizarlo exclusivamente en el hogar. Compruebe si la tensión de red es la correcta. El aparato se debe utilizar exclusivamente en un enchufe con toma de tierra, voltaje 220-240 V / 50 Hz.

Antes de conectar el aparato compruebe si:

• el voltaje corresponde a la placa de datos;

• el enchufe y el suministro de electricidad son los indicados para el aparato;

• la clavija del cable eléctrico es a la medida del enchufe;

• el aparato está colocado en posición vertical y sobre una superficie plana.

Haga controlar la instalación eléctrica por un profesional autorizado si no está seguro que todo está en orden.

• Este aparato ha sido fabricado según las normas de seguridad CE. A pesar de ello, y al igual que con todo aparato eléctrico, se debe obrar con cautela.

• Nunca tapar la rejilla de la entrada de aire y de salida de aire.

• Previo el transporte del aparato, vacíe siempre el depósito de agua.

• Procure que el aparato no entre nunca en contacto con productos químicos.

• P r o c u r e que el aparato no entre nunca en contacto con agua. No limpie nunca el aparato pulverizándolo ni sumergiéndolo en agua.

• No inserte objetos en las aberturas del aparato.

• Desenchufe siempre el aparato antes de proceder a su limpieza o a la de algún componente.

• Nunca use un cable prolongador para conectar el aparato. Si no se dispone de un enchufe con toma a tierra, deberá ser instalado por un electricista cualificado.

• Con miras a la seguridad, y al igual que con todo aparato eléctrico, ponga especial atención cuando niños pequeños se encuentren cerca del aparato.

• Las eventuales reparaciones deben ser siempre llevadas a cabo por un técnico de servicio cualificado o por su distribuidor. Observe las instrucciones de mantenimiento.

• Desenchufe siempre el aparato cuando éste no se utilice.

• En caso de que el cable eléctrico esté dañado, éste deberá ser cambiado por un técnico de servicio cualificado o su distribuidor.



I M P O R TA N T E

El aparato debe estar conectado siempre con una toma a tierra. En caso de que la corriente eléctrica no esté provista de una toma a tierra, está absolutamente prohibido conectar el mismo. Cuando el aparato esté conectado, el acceso a la clavija tendrá que poder hacerse sin que haya obstáculos por medio. Lea estas instrucciones de uso detenidamente y siga las indicaciones;

M O N TA J E

El acondicionador de aire es portátil y se puede desplazar fácilmente. Para ello deberá tenerse en cuenta lo siguiente :

El aparato deberá estar colocado en posición vertical y sobre una superf i c i e plana.

El aparato no debe utilizarse en el cuarto de baño u otro lugar húmedo.

Para una óptima circulación del aire, dejar un espacio libre alrededor del aparato de al menos 50 cm.

I n t r oducir ambos extremos de goma de evacuación del aire J en las piezas de unión redondas 9. Fíjelos a la goma girando en el sentido a las agujas del reloj.

Introducir 1 pieza de unión redonda 9 en la parte trasera del aparato 7. Fije la otra pieza de unión 9 al acoplamiento para la ventana K.

El acoplamiento para la ventana K debe tener un paso libre al exterior. Cerrar la ventana o la puerta en la mayor medida posible.



I M P O R TA N T E

El tubo de evacuación flexible debería tener una longitud inferior a 1 m e t ro durante esta operación, lo que produce un mejor rendimiento. La longitud de este tubo está calculada de acuerdo a la capacidad del aparato, el uso de otro tubo u otra pieza de prolongación podría ocasionar averías al aparato. El aire de salida tendrá que desaparecer sin obstáculo alguno, ya que podría provocarse un sobrecalentamiento del aparato. Por ello hay que cuidar que no haya quebraduras o recovecos en el tubo.



AT E N C I Ó N

Antes de poner en marcha su acondicionador de aire, éste deberá estar colocado como mínimo 2 horas en posición vertical.



¡ A T E N C I Ó N !

• Nunca use el aparato en caso de que el cable o el enchufe esté dañado. Procure que el cable no quede atrapado y que no entre en contacto con objetos cortantes.

• No cierre nunca la habitación herméticamente. Evite la provocación de una depresión en la habitación, con el objeto de no perturbar los caudales de evacuación de los calentadores de agua, de los extractores de humos, hornos, etc.

• El incumplimiento de las instrucciones puede dar lugar a la pérdida de la garantía.

M A N E J O

Enchufe el aparato.

Pulse la tecla para encender el aire acondicionado.

Pulse la tecla para seleccionar la función deseada. Cada vez que se pulse la tecla , se seleccionará la siguiente función:

• Refrigeración: se encenderá el testigo verde

• Deshumidificación: se encenderá el testigo naranja.

• Circulación de aire: se encenderá el testigo amarillo.

REFRIGERACIÓN

Cuando está activada la función de refrigeración, es posible realizar los siguientes ajustes:

• La tecla p e rmit e seleccionar la velocidad deseada del ventilador. Cada vez que se pulse la tecla , se seleccionará la siguiente velocidad:

- Velocidad alta

- Velocidad media

- Velocidad baja

• Con los botones y se programa la temperatura deseada (entre los 16°C y 32°C). El display muestra la temperatura programada. Durante la p r ogramación de la temperatura se encenderá el testigo “set temp”. Después de 15 segundos aparecerá la temperatura ambiental y se encenderá el testigo “Room temp”.

DESHUMIDIFICACIÓN

Cuando el aparato sólo se utilice como deshumidificador, no ponga el tubo de salida del aire y deje que el aire caliente vuelva al recinto que se quiera d e s h u m i d i f i c a r. Para su comodidad y un mejor funcionamiento, instale el tubo a un desagüe fijo (ver capítulo G).



La obtención de la temperatura deseada depende de las condiciones ambientales de la habitación: es normal que la temperatura ambiente sea superior a la "set temp".

Cuando está activada la función de deshumidificación, no es posible usar la tecla : “Velocidad ventilador”. La velocidad está automáticamente en (velocidad media). Tampoco es posible programar la temperatura con los botones y .

CIRCULACIÓN DEL AIRE

Cuando esta función está activada, solamente circulará al aire y no refrigera o deshumidifica. Cuando está activada esta función, es posible realizar los siguientes ajustes:

• La tecla p e rmit e seleccionar la velocidad deseada del ventilador. Cada vez que se pulse la tecla , se seleccionará la siguiente velocidad:

- Velocidad alta

- Velocidad media

- Velocidad baja

Cuando se apaga el aparato, memorizará la última función ajustada.

Si lo desea, puede hacer uso de la función temporizador para conectar o desconectar el aparato a una hora previamente programada. Para ello, proceda como sigue:

ACTIVAR

• Compruebe que está activada la función correcta , o .

• Apague el aparato pulsando la tecla , y compruebe que el enchufe está correctamente insertado en la base.

• Pulse la tecla . El testigo “Timer set” parpadeará.

• Con los botones y , programe un tiempo entre 1 y 12 horas.

• Cuando haya transcurrido el tiempo programado, el aparato se encenderá.

DESACTIVAR

• Durante el funcionamiento del aparato, pulse la tecla . El testigo “Timer set” parpadeará.

• Con los botones y , programe un tiempo entre 1 y 12 horas.

• Cuando haya transcurrido el tiempo programado, el aparato se apagará.



¡ O B S E R VA C I O N E S !

• Para prolongar la vida útil del compresor está programado de manera que comenzará a funcionar tres minutos después de encender (de nuevo) el aparato.

• El sistema de refrigeración se apagará en cuanto la temperatura ambiental quede por debajo de la temperatura programada. La ventilación seguirá funcionando a la velocidad programada. Cuando la temperatura ambiental llegue de nuevo por encima del valor programado, el sistema de refrigeración volverá a encenderse.

El mando a distancia funciona en combinación con el panel de mando. Dirija la p a r te frontal del mando a distancia hacia el receptor de color rojo colocado en la unidad. La distancia máxima al acondicionador de aire es de 5 metro s aproximadamente. El mando a distancia funciona con pilas AAA.

PROGRAMACIÓN DEL TEMPORIZADOR

Pulse el botón en el mando a distancia o el botón “Timer Setting” en el

panel de mando para activar la función del temporizador.

Pulse el botón o en el mando a distancia o el botón o en el

panel de mando para programar el período de apagado deseado.

El aparato se apagará cuando el tiempo programado ha transcurrido.

FUNCIONAMIENTO DE LA DESHUMIDIFICACIÓN

Pulse el botón en el mando a distancia o el botón MODE en el panel de mando para seleccionar la función del deshumidificador. Cuando la función deshumidificador está activada, los botones de la temperatura y del ventilador no funcionan y el ventilador funciona a media velocidad. La luz indicador del deshumidificador se encenderá y permanecerá encendida durante la deshumidificación. En el modo deshumidificador, no hace falta usar la goma de evacuación.

F I LTRO DE AIRE

El acondicionador de aire está equipado con un filtro de malla que retiene las partículas de polvo.

Para evitar que el caudal de aire obstruya, se debe limpiar el filtro de malla cada quinces días.

DIRECCIÓN DE LA SALIDA DEL AIRE

Ladear para modificar la posición de las láminas horizontales.

VACIADO DEL TANQUE DE AGUA

En condiciones extremas, puede ser necesario vaciar el depósito del agua. Cuando el depósito del agua está lleno, se encenderá el testigo y el aparato emitirá una señal acústica interrumpida. El climatizador se apagará automáticamente. Para vaciar el depósito del agua, proceda como sigue:

No cambie de lugar la unidad. Los movimientos bruscos pueden ocasionar

fugas de agua.

Apague el aparato y saque la clavija del enchufe.

Coloque un recipiente apropiado en el suelo, debajo del orificio de drenaje.

Extraiga el tapón de goma 8 del desagüe y deje que salga el agua (± 0,5 L).

Vuelva a colocar 8 el tapón en el desagüe, inserte la clavija en el enchufe y

encienda el aparato. El testigo debe estar apagado ahora.



¡ N O TA !

• Retire el filtro de carbono activo al finalizar la temporada. El filtro nuevo debe colocarse al comenzar la temporada nueva. Los filtros usados pueden desecharse en el ‘contenedor para residuos no biológicos’.

• No utilice nunca el acondicionador de aire sin el filtro de malla.

• El uso del aparato sin filtro de carbono activo no provoca daños en su acondicionador de aire. En tal caso, los micro-organismos que circulan por el aire no son neutralizados y los olores desagradables no son eliminados.

• Utilice exclusivamente los filtros adecuados de Tectro. De esta forma se evita que se produzcan daños en el acondicionador de aire.

• El adecuado paquete de filtros puede ser adquirido a través del distribuidor.

I N S TALAR EN UN DESAGÜE FIJO

Apague primero el aparato y saque la clavija del enchufe.

Coloque un recipiente apropiado en el suelo, debajo del orificio de dre n a j e , para recoger el agua.

Quite el tapón de caucho 8 del desagüe.

Conecte el tubo de drenaje (ø 15 mm) a la salida de agua y extienda si es necesario.

Lleve el otro extremo de la manguera de drenaje a un sitio de desagüe adecuado (sumidero). Verifique, especialmente, que la manguera no esté t o r cida ni doblada. La manguera debe instalarse en pendiente en toda su longitud.

DESHUMIDIFICACION

Cuando el aparato sólo se utilice como deshumidificador , no ponga el tubo de salida del aire y deje que el aire caliente vuelva al recinto que se quiera d e s h u m i f i c a r. Para su comodidad y un mejor funcionamiento instale el tubo a un desagüe fijo. Deberá extender una manguera de drenaje (Ø interior de 0,5 pulgadas) hasta un lugar de desagüe adecuado.

L I M P I E Z A

Para la limpieza regular del exterior del aparato utilice exclusivamente una gamuza húmeda. Hay que limpiar el filtro pantalla re g u l a r mente. Para ello, utilice el aspirador. Consultar también el capítulo D "Filtro de aire".



AT E N C I Ó N

No utilice nunca el aparato sin filtro pantalla.



I M P O R TA N T E

Primero apague y desenchufe el aparato antes de limpiar el aparato o el filtro o antes de reemplazar el filtro.



AT E N C I Ó N

Si utilizas el aire acondicionado bajo condiciones normales el agua condensada es evacuada por el tubo de salida de aire.

C O N S E R VA C I Ó N

Vaciar el depósito del agua (ver capítulo F).

Limpie el filtro.

Ponga en marcha el aparato algunas horas con el programa de ventilación ya que de este modo se secará su interior por completo.

E n r ollar el cable, proteger el aparato contra el polvo y guardar en un lugar seco y no accesible a los niños.

AV E R Í A S

No intente nunca desmontar o reparar el aparato. Después de una re p a r a c i ó n realizada por persona que no sea profesional la garantía queda anulada. Una reparación hecha de este modo supone un peligro para aquel que utilice el aparato.

El acondicionador de aire tiene una garantía de 24 meses a partir de la fecha de adquisición. Durante este período todas los defectos de material y de fabricación serán subsanados gratuitamente. A este efecto rigen las siguientes condiciones:

1. Rechazamos expresamente toda responsabilidad por daños, daños indire c t o s incluidos.

2. La reparación o el reemplazo de componentes no supone una extensión del período de garantía.

3. La garantía no será válida cuando se hayan realizado modificaciones, se hayan usado componentes no originales o reparaciones hayan sido efectuadas por terceros o por el comprador.

4. Componentes sujetos a desgaste normal, tales como el filtro, quedan excluidos de la garantía.

5. La garantía se aplica únicamente si se presenta la factura de compra, fechada y sin modificación alguna.

6. La garantía no cubre los daños causados por manipulaciones contrarias a las descritas en las instrucciones de uso o por negligencia.

7. Los gastos de envío y los riesgos del envío del acondicionador o piezas de ésto, correrán en todos los casos a cargo del comprador.

8. Los daños, provocados por no usar los filtros adecuados de Te c t r o, no están cubiertos por la garantía.

A fin de evitar costes innecesarios, le recomendamos siempre consulte las i n s t r ucciones de uso. Si no ofrecen ninguna solución, lleve el acondicionador de aire al distribuidor para su reparación.

PRESCRIPTIONS DE SÉCURITÉ

L’installation doit répondre entièrement aux réglementations, ordonnances et n o r mes en vigueur localement. L’ a p p a r eil est conçu exclusivement pour une utilisation dans un lieu sec, à l’intérieur de la maison. Vérifiez la tension du réseau. Cet appareil est conçu uniquement pour une prise de courant avec mise à la terre avec une tension de raccordement de 220-240 V./ 50 Hz.

Avant de brancher l’appareil, vérifiez si:

• la tension de raccordement est bien la même que celle indiquée sur la plaque signalétique;

• la prise et l’approvisionnement en courant sont bien adaptés à l’appareil;

• la fiche électrique rentre bien dans la prise de contact;

• l’appareil est bien posé sur une surface plane et stable.

Si vous n’êtes pas certain que tout est en ord r e, faites vérifier l’installation électrique par un professionnel.

• Cet appareil est fabriqué selon les normes de sécurité CE. Soyez cependant prudent lors de l’utilisation comme avec tout autre appareil électrique.

• Ne jamais recouvrir la grille d’entrée et de sortie d’air.

• Videz le réservoir d’eau avant de déplacer l’appareil.

• Ne mettez jamais l’appareil en contact avec des produits chimiques.

• Ne mettez jamais l’appareil en contact avec de l’eau. Ne pas le vaporiser ni le tremper dans de l’eau.

• N’enfilez aucun objet dans les diverses ouvertures de l’appareil.

• Débranchez toujours l’appareil avant d’en nettoyer ou d’en changer une pièce.

• Ne branchez JAMAIS l’appareil sur une rallonge électrique. Si vous ne disposez pas de prise de courant avec mise à la terre, faites assure r l’installation par un électricien reconnu.

• Comme avec tous les appareils électriques, soyez prudent et attentif lorsque des enfants se trouvent près de l’appareil.

• Si une éventuelle réparation est nécessaire, faites-la exécuter par un monteur reconnu ou par votre distributeur. Suivez les instructions d’entretien de l’appareil.

• Débranchez toujours l’appareil lorsque vous ne l’utilisez pas.

• Si le cordon électrique de l’appareil est endommagé, faites-le toujours changer par votre distributeur, le service après-vente ou un technicien autorisé.



I M P O R TA N T

L’appareil DOIT toujours être branché sur une prise de terre. Si l’alimentation électrique n’est pas connectée à la terre, l’appareil ne doit absolument pas être branché. La fiche électrique doit toujours être facilement accessible lorsque l’appareil est branché. Lisez soigneusement ce manuel et suivez les instructions;

MISE EN PLACE

Le climatiseur est mobile et peut aisément être déplacé. Si déplacement:

Veillez à ce que l’appareil soit bien en position verticale et sur un sol plat.

Ne pas utiliser l’appareil dans une salle de bain ou près d’une douche, ni dans tout autre environnement humide.

Pour une bonne circulation de l’air, gardez un espace minimum de 50 cm autour de l’appareil.

Vissez les raccords ronds 9 à chaque extrémité du serpentin de l’évacuation d’air J en tournant dans le sens des aiguilles d’une montre.

Enfilez l’un des raccords ronds 9 à l’arrière de l’appareil 7. Fixez le deuxième raccord rond 9 sur le raccordement de fenêtre K.

Veillez à ce que le raccordement de fenêtre K puisse sortir sans entrave de la fenêtre entrouverte. Pour cela, fermez la fenêtre ou la porte au maximum.



R E M A R Q U E

Afin d’assurer le meilleur rendement lors du fonctionnement, la partie flexible du tuyau d’échappement doit être inférieure à 1m. La longueur de ce tuyau est calculée en fonction de la capacité de l’appareil. L’utilisation d’un autre tuyau ou d’une allonge peut entraîner des perturbations de l’appareil. L’air évacué doit pouvoir être évacué sans entraves, sinon cela pourrait provoquer une surchauffe de l’appareil. C’est pourquoi vous devez veiller à ce qu’il n’y ait pas de pliures ou de torsades dans le tuyau d’évacuation.



ATTENTION !

Avant la mise en service de votre climatiseur, celui-ci doit avoir été en position verticale pendant au moins 2 heures.



AT T E N T I O N !

• N’utilisez jamais l’appareil avec un cordon ou une fiche électrique endommagé. Ne serrez jamais le cordon électrique et évitez tout contact avec des arêtes tranchantes.

• Ne jamais utiliser l’appareil dans une pièce fermée hermétiquement sous risque de créer une sous pression, ce qui peut perturber le fonctionnement et la sécurité des chauffe-eaux, hottes aspirantes, fours etc.

• Le non-respect des instructions peut conduire à une annulation de la garantie de l’appareil.

C O M M A N D E

Branchez l’appareil.

Appuyez sur la touche pour mettre le climatiseur en marche.

Avec la touche vous pouvez régler la fonction souhaitée. Appuyez plusieurs fois sur la touche pour faire défiler les fonctions de l’appareil:

• Refroidir, la lampe témoin verte s’allume.

• Déshumidification, la lampe témoin orange s’allume.

• Circulation de l’air, la lampe témoin jaune s’allume.

REFROIDIR

Si l’appareil est réglé sur cette fonction, vous avez les possibilités suivantes:

• Avec la touche vous pouvez régler la vitesse de ventilation. Appuyez plusieurs fois sur la touche pour faire défiler les différentes vitesses de ventilation de l’appareil:

- Vitesse élevée

- Vitesse moyenne

- Vitesse basse

• Les boutons et vous permettent de régler la température souhaitée (entre 16°C et 32°C). Vo t r e réglage s’affiche sur l’écran de l’appareil. Lors du réglage de la température, la lampe témoin “set temp” s’allume. Au bout de 15 secondes, la température ambiante mesurée par l’appareil s’affiche et la lampe témoin “Room temp” s’allume.

DÉSHUMIDIFICATION

Si vous utilisez l’appareil comme déshumidificateur, ne branchez pas le serpentin d’évacuation d’air. Vous devez alors fixer un tuyau sur l’évacuation fixe (voir chapitre G)..

Avec la fonction de déshumidification, vous pouvez utiliser la touche : “ V itesse de ventilation”. Celle-ci se règlera automatiquement sur ‘vitesse moyenne’. Vous ne pouvez plus régler la température à l’aide des touches et .



L’obtention de la température souhaitée par l’appareil dépend des conditions d’environnement de la pièce: Il est normal que la température ambiante reste supérieure à celle de “set temp”.

CIRCULATION D’AIR

Avec cette fonction, l’appareil fait uniquement circuler l’air. L’air aspiré par l’appareil n’est ni refroidi ni réchauffé. Si l’appareil est réglé sur cette fonction, vous avez les possibilités suivantes:

• Avec la touche vous pouvez régler la vitesse de ventilation. Appuyez plusieurs fois sur la touche pour faire défiler les différentes vitesses de ventilation de l’appareil:

- Vitesse élevée

- Vitesse moyenne

- Vitesse basse

Lorsque vous éteignez l’appareil, la dern i è r e fonction utilisée sera gardée en mémoire.

Si vous le souhaitez, vous pouvez également utiliser la fonction minuterie. Celle-ci vous permet de régler la durée de fonctionnement de l’appareil à l’avance. Pour cela, procédez comme suit:

R E M A R Q U E S

Pour augmenter la durée de vie du compresseur, celui-ci a été réglé de telle manière qu’il ne se met à fonctionner que trois minutes après la (re)mise en marche de l’appareil. Le système de refroidissement est mis à l’arrêt dès que la temperature ambiante est plus basse que la valeur réglée. La ventilation continue à fonctionner à la vitesse réglée. Lorsque la température ambiante remonte audessus de la valeur réglée, le refroidissement reprend.

La commande à distance fonctionne en combinaison avec le panneau de commande. Orientez l’avant de la commande à distance vers la fenêtre rouge. La distance maximale au climatiseur est d’environ 5 m. Placez des piles AAA avant utilisation.

PROGRAMMATION DE LA MINUTERIE

Pour allumer la fonction de minuterie, appuyez sur le bouton de la télécommande ou sur le bouton “Timer Setting” du tableau de commande.

Pour programmer la durée de fonctionnement, appuyez sur les boutons ou de la télécommande ou sur les boutons ou du tableau de commande.

L’appareil s’éteindra automatiquement à la fin de la période choisie.

MODE DÉSHUMIDIFICATION

Pour sélectionner le mode de déshumidification, appuyez sur le bouton de la télécommande ou sur le bouton MODE du tableau de commande. Lorsque l ’ a p p a r eil est en mode de déshumidification, les boutons de température et les boutons réglant la vitesse du ventilateur ne fonctionnent pas. Le ventilateur tourne alors à vitesse moyenne.

F I LTRE À AIR

Le climatiseur est équipé d’un filtre écran qui retient les particules de grande taille présentes dans l’air.

En cas d’utilisation normale, le filtre écran doit être nettoyé à l’aspirateur toutes les semaines. Ceci pour éviter toute obturation qui gênerait le flux de l’air.

RÉGLAGE DU FLUX D’AIR

Faire basculer pour modifier la position des lamelles horizontales.

VIDER LE RÉSERVOIR D'EAU

Dans des conditions extrêmes, il peut être nécessaire de vider le réservoir d'eau i n t e r ne. Lorsque le réservoir d’eau est plein, la lampe témoin s’allume et un bip continu se fait entendre. Le climatiseur s’arrête alors automatiquement. Pour vider le réservoir d’eau, procédez comme suit:

Ne déplacez pas l’appareil. Des mouvements brusques peuvent provoquer des fuites d’eau.

Eteignez d’abord l’appareil et retirez la fiche de la prise de courant.

Placez une casserole ou un petit récipient approprié sur le sol sous l’ouverture d’évacuation.

Retirez le bouchon en caoutchouc 8 et laissez l’eau s’écouler (± 0.5 L).

Replacez le bouchon sur l’évacuation 8, rebranchez l’appareil et re m e t t e z - l e en marche. La lampe témoin doit maintenant être éteinte.



AT T E N T I O N !

• Retirez le filtre à charbon actif avant de ranger l’appareil pour la saison. Installez un nouveau filtre à la nouvelle saison. Les filtres usagés peuvent être jetés avec les ordures ménagères non biodégradables.

• N’utilisez jamais le climatiseur sans le filtre écran.

• L’utilisation de l’unité sans filtre à charbon actif n’endommagera pas votre climatiseur. Cependant, les micro-organismes présents dans l’air et les mauvaises odeurs ne seront pas neutralisés.

• Pour éviter tout endommagement de votre climatiseur, utilisez exclusivement les filtres de la marque Tectro.

• La gamme des filtres adaptés est disponible chez votre revendeur.

CONNECTER SUR UNE ÉVA C U ATION FIXE

Eteignez d’abord l’appareil et retirez la fiche de la prise de courant

Placez une casserole ou un petit récipient approprié sous l’évacuation d’eau pour recueillir l’eau susceptible de s’écouler.

Retirez le bouchon en caoutchouc de l’écoulement 8.

Connectez le tuyau (ø 15 mm) au système d’évacuation et adaptez sa longueur en fonction de vos besoins.

Orientez l’autre extrémité du tuyau d’évacuation d’eau vers un endro i t approprié (bouche d’évacuation). Veillez tout particulièrement à ne pas vriller ni plier le tuyau d’évacuation. Le tuyau doit être en pente sur toute la longueur.

DÉSHUMIDIFICATION

Si le climatiseur est utilisé comme déshumidificateur, ne reliez pas le serpentin d’évacuation d’air en laissent l’air chaud retourner dans la chambre. Important : Insérez le tuyau dans la sortie prévue pour l’évacuation de l’eau. Vous devez alors diriger un tuyau d’évacuation d’eau (Ø intérieur de 0,5 pouce) vers un endroit approprié.

N E T T O YA G E

Pour le nettoyage régulier de l’extérieur de l’appareil utilisez exclusivement un chiffon doux et humide. Le filtre écran doit être nettoyé régulièrement. Pour cela, utilisez un aspirateur. Voyez aussi chapitre D ‘Filtre à Air’.



N’utilisez jamais l’appareil sans filtre écran.

Le climatiseur a une garantie de 24 mois à partir de la date d’achat. Durant cette période, tous les défauts de fabrication et de matériel sont réparés gratuitement. Le règlement est le suivant:

1. Toutes autres revendications de dommages et intérêts, dommages consécutifs inclus, seront expressément refusées.

2. La réparation ou le changement de pièces durant la période de garantie ne provoque pas un prolongement de cette même garantie.

3. La garantie n’est pas valable en cas de modification de l’appareil, d’utilisation de pièces non d’origine, ou de réparation effectuée par des tierces personnes.

4. Les pièces subissant une usure normale, comme le filtre, ne sont pas garanties.

5. La garantie n’est valable que sur présentation de la preuve d’achat originale et datée sur laquelle aucune modification n’a été apportée.

6. La garantie ne couvre pas les dégâts causés par une utilisation ne re s p e c t a n t pas le mode d’emploi, ou suite à des négligences.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

Install the device only when it complies with local regulations, by-laws and s t a n d a rds. The unit is only suitable for use in dry locations, indoors. Check the mains voltage and fre q u e n c y . This unit is only suitable for earthed sockets, connection voltage 220-240 V. / 50 Hz.

Before connecting the unit, check the following:

• The voltage supply must correspond with the mains voltage stated on the rating label.

• The socket and power supply must be suitable for the current stated on the rating label.

• The plug on the cable of the device must fit into the wall socket.

• The device must be placed on a flat and stable surface.

The electricity supply to the device must be checked by a recognised pro f e s s i o n a l if you have any doubts regarding the compatibility.

• This device is manufactured according to CE safety standards. Nevert h e l e s s , you must take care, as with any other electrical device.

• Do not cover the air inlet and outlet grill.

• Empty the water reservoir before moving the unit.

• Never allow the device to come into contact with chemicals.

I M P O R TA N T

The device MUST always have an earthed connection. If the power supply is not earthed, you may not connect the unit. The plug must always be easily accessible when the unit is connected. Read these instructions carefully and follow the instructions.

I N S TA L L AT I O N

This unit is portable and can easily be moved from one room to another. In doing so keep this in mind:

Ensure that the unit is positioned upright and on a level surface.

Do not operate the unit inside the bathroom, shower, or in any other very humid environment.

Please keep a distance of 50 cm between the unit and the wall or other objects to ensure proper air circulation.

Insert both ends of the air exhaust hose J in the round connectors 9. Fasten the connectors by turning them clockwise onto the hose.

Insert one round connector 9 in the backside of the unit 7. Fasten the other connector 9 to the window air outlet K.

E n s u r e that the window air outlet K has a free flow outside. Close the window or door as much as possible to prevent outside air from entering the room.



I M P O R TA N T

The flexible exhaust hose should be less than 1m during operation, which provides the best performance. This length has been designed especially according to the specifications of the air conditioner. Do not use an extension or exchange for a different hose as that may lead to malfunctioning. The exhaust air must flow freely, any blockage can lead to overheating of the air conditioner. Take care to prevent any bow or bend in the exhaust hose.



WA R N I N G

Before using the air conditioner it should be left in an upright position for at least 2 hours.



AT T E N T I O N !

• Never use the device with a damaged power cord, plug, cabinet or control panel. Never trap the power cord or allow it to come into contact with sharp edges.

• Never seal the room - where this device will be used - completely airtight. This will prevent under pressure in this room. Under pressure can disrupt the safe operation of geysers, ventilation systems, ovens, etc.

• Failing to follow the instructions may lead to nullification of the guarantee on this device.

O P E R AT I O N

Insert the plug into the wall outlet.

Press the -button to switch on the air conditioner.

With -button you can change the operating mode of the unit. By pressing the -button the following modes appear:

• Cooling, the green light lits.

• Dehumidifying, the orange light lits.

• Air circulation, the yellow light lits.

COOLING

When the unit is in the cooling mode, the following functions apply:

• The fan speed can be adjusted by pressing the -button

- Maximum setting.

- Medium setting.

- Lowest setting.

• The temperature can be set by pressing the and buttons, anywhere between 16°C en 32°C. The display will show the set temperature for 15 seconds and the “set temp” will light up. Fifteen seconds after setting the required temperature, the display will show the room temperature.

DEHUMIDIFYING

When the unit is primarily used as a dehumidifier, then please follow these i n s t r uctions: Do not connect the air exhaust hose and let the warm air go back into the room. Connect a drainage hose onto the permanent drain connector on the back of the unit (refer to Chapter G). When the unit is in the dehumidifying mode, the fan speed cannot be adjusted. The fanspeed will be automatically set on ‘Medium setting’. The buttons and can also not be adjusted.

AIR CIRCULATION

In this mode the unit only circulates air; the unit will not cool or dehumidify. When the unit is in this mode, the following functions apply:



It depends on the environment whether the required temperature will be reached. It is not a malfunction of the air conditioner if the room temperature remains above the “set temp”.

• The fan speed can be adjusted by pressing the -button

- Maximum setting.

- Medium setting.

- Lowest setting.

When the unit is switched off the most recent setting will be stored in memory.

The timer function allows you to switch the unit on or off at a certain time.

TO SWITCH ON THE UNIT AT A CERTAIN TIME

• Ensure that the unit is set in the required operating mode , of .

• Switch off the unit by pressing the -button. Ensure that the plug is properly inserted into the wall outlet.

• Press the -button. The light “Timer set” will flash.

• Use the and buttons to set a time between 1 and 12 hours.

• When the set time has expired the unit will switch on.

TO SWITCH OFF THE UNIT AT A CERTAIN TIME

• When the unit is operating in the re q u i r ed mode press the - b u t t o n . The light "Timer set” will flash.

• Use the and buttons to set a time between 1 and 12 hours.

• When the set time has expired the unit will switch off.



N O T E !

The compressor has been set so that it starts functioning three minutes after the (re)start of the air conditioner. The cooling will switch off when the room temperature is lower than the set one. Air circulation will however continue to work on the set level. When the room temperature rises above the selected value, the cooling will work again.

The remote control works in combination with the control panel. Aim the fro n t end of the remote control at the red window. The maximum operating distance f r om the air conditioner is approximately 5 metres. Place AAA Batteries before use.

TIMER PROGRAMMING

P r ess the button on the remote or the “Timer Setting” button on the control panel to turn on the Timer Function.

P r ess the or buttons on the remote or the or buttons on the control panel to set the desired shut-off period.

The unit will shut off when the set time elapses.

DEHUMIDIFACATION OPERATION

P r ess the button on the remote or the MODE button on the control panel to select the dehumidifier mode. When the dehumidifier mode is on, the temperat u r e buttons and the fan speed buttons do not function and the fan will operate on medium speed. The dehumidifier indicator light will illuminate and stay solid while the unit is dehumidifying. When the humidity in the room is 50% or lower, the compre s s o r will not run, the unit will not dehumidify, and the dehumidifier light will blink. Remember, the exhaust hose does not need to be used in dehumidifier mode.

AIR FILT E R

The air conditioner is equipped with a screen mesh to filter dust particles from the room air and to keep the internals of the unit clean.

With normal usage the screen mesh filter has to be cleaned every two weeks with a vacuum cleaner. If the filter is not cleaned regularly the filter may block the air flow.

AIR FLOW

Move the air vent directly to adjust the air flow direction of the horizontal louvres.

EMPTY INTERNAL WATER CONTA I N E R

Under extreme (environmental) circumstances it may be necessary to empty the i n t e r nal water container re g u l a r l y . When the internal water container is full the

light will flash and the unit will beep continously. The unit will switch off

automatically. To empty the water container do the following:

Do not move the unit. Drastic movements can cause water leakage.

Switch off the unit and remove the plug from the wall outlet.

Place a pan or appropriate tray on the floor underneath the permanent drain tube.

Remove the rubber plug 8 f rom the drain tube and let the water run out. (±

0.5 litres).

Replace the rubber plug 8, put the plug into the wall outlet, and switch on the unit. The warning light should be off.



N O T E !

• Remove the active carbon filter before seasonal storage and install a new filter at the beginning of the new season. The old filter can be disposed in the ‘Non-biological garbage container’ .

• Never use the airconditioner without the screen filter.

• Using the unit without the activated carbon filter will not damage your airconditioner. In that case, airborne micro-organisms are not neutralised and unpleasant odours are not removed.

• Only use suitable Tectro filters. This will prevent damage to your airconditioner.

• Suitable filter packages are available at your dealer.

CONTINUOUS DRAINAGE

Switch off the unit and remove the plug from the mains.

Place a pan or appropriate tray on the floor underneath the permanent drain tube to collect any water draining away.

Remove the rubber plug 8.

Connect a drain tube (ø 15 mm) into the water outlet and extend with extra water tube as needed.

Place the other end of the drain tube at a location suitable for the purpose (a drain hole, for instance). In doing so, take care to ensure that the tube is not twisted and is free of kinks. The tube must be placed so as to be declining along its entire length.

DEHUMIDIFICATION

If the unit will be used mainly as dehumidifier, do not connect the exhaust hose and let the warm air re t u r n in the room. Continuous drainage is then necessary and more efficient. You must, however, use a water drain tube (ø 0.5 inch internal diameter), placing its discharge end at a suitable drainage point.

C L E A N I N G

Clean the housing with a soft, damp cloth. Never use aggressive chemicals, petrol, d e t e r gents or other cleansing solutions. Clean the screenfilter regularly with a vacuum cleaner. See also chapter D “Air filter”.



Never use the air conditioner without screenfilter.

When the air conditioner is in use, under normal circumstances the condensed water will be drained through the air outlet-tube.

Empty the internal water container (refer to Chapter F)

GUARANTEE CONDITIONS

The air conditioner is supplied with a 24-month guarantee, commencing on the date of purchase. All material and manufacturing defects will be re p a i r ed or replaced free of charge within this period. The following rules apply:

1. We expressly refuse all further damage claims, including claims for collateral damage.

2. Repairs to or replacement of components within the guarantee period will not result in an extension of the guarantee.

3. The guarantee is invalidated if any modifications have been made, non genuine parts are fitted or repairs are carried out by third parties.

4. Components subject to normal wear, such as the filter, are not covered by the guarantee.

5. The guarantee is valid only when you present the original, dated purc h a s e invoice and if no modifications have been made.

6. The guarantee is invalid for damage caused by neglect or by actions that deviate from those in this instruction booklet.

ISTRUZIONI PER LA SICUREZZA

L’impianto deve essere completamente rispondente alle prescrizioni, disposizioni e n o rme localmente vigenti. L’ a p p a r ecchio è indicato solo per l’utilizzo negli intern i ed in luoghi non umidi. Ve r i f i c a re la r ispondenza della tensione di alimentazione. L’ a p p a recchio deve essere collegato solo ad una presa di corrente equipaggiata con messa a terra ed erogante una tensione di allacciamento pari a 220-240 V./ 50 Hz.

Prima di pro c e d e re al collegamento dell’apparecchio alla rete elettrica contro l l a re la rispondenza dei seguenti punti:

• la tensione di allacciamento dell’impianto elettrico corrisponde a quella indicata nella targhetta dell’appare c c h i o ;

• la presa di corrente e la rete elettrica sono idonee all’utilizzo dell’appare c c h i o ;

I N S TALLAZIONE DEL CLIMAT I Z Z A T O R E

Questo climatizzatore è un apparecchio portatile che può essere spostato facilmente da una stanza all’altra. A questo proposito seguire le istruzioni qui di seguito illustrate:

L’ a p p a r ecchio deve essere collocato in posizione verticale su una superf i c i e perfettamente piana.

Non utilizzare l’apparecchio nelle stanze molto umide dell’abitazione, per esempio in bagno o nel locale destinato alla doccia.

Per assicurare una sufficiente circolazione dell’aria intorno al climatizzatore , r i s p e t t a r e una distanza minima di 50 cm. fra l’apparecchio e le pareti o gli oggetti circostanti.

I n s e r i r e entrambe le estremità del tubo di scarico dell'aria J negli adattatori circolari 9. Fissare gli adattatori al tubo ruotandoli in senso orario.

F i s s a r e uno degli adattatori circolari 9 sul re t ro dell'apparecchio 7 . Il secondo adattatore circolare 9 andrà fissato al raccordo della finestra K.

Assicurarsi che non vi siano ostacoli che impediscono lo scarico dell'aria a l l ' e s t e rno attraverso il raccordo fissato alle finestre K. Si consiglia inoltre di tenere chiuse, il più possibile, porte e finestre.



AV V E R T E N Z A

Prima di usare il climatizzatore, lasciarlo in posizione verticale per almeno due ore.



AT T E N Z I O N E !

• Non usare mai l’apparecchio se il cordone elettrico o la spina sono danneggiati. Il cordone non deve essere schiacciato e evitare che entri a contatto con oggetti taglienti o acuminati.

• Il vano/locale in cui si utilizza l’apparecchio non va mai chiuso ermeticamente per evitare che si crei una depressione all’interno del vano. Il fenomeno può infatti pregiudicare e sregolare il funzionamento di altri apparecchi quali bruciatori a gas, cappe aspiranti, forni, ecc.

• La mancata osservanza delle istruzioni può causare la perdita della garanzia concessa sull’apparecchio.

FUNZIONAMENTO DEL CLIMAT I Z Z AT O R E

Inserire la spina nella presa della corrente.

Premere il pulsante per accendere il climatizzatore.

U t i l i z z a r e il pulsante per impostare la funzione desiderata. Premendo di volta in volta il pulsante saranno attivate in successione le seguenti modalità operative :

• Raffreddamento, si accende l'indicatore luminoso verde.

• Deumidificazione, si accende l'indicatore luminoso arancione

• Ricircolo dell’aria, si accende l'indicatore luminoso giallo.

RAFFREDDAMENTO

Se l'apparecchio è stato predisposto in questa modalità operativa, l'utilizzatore potrà disporre delle seguenti funzioni:

• Mediante il pulsante è possibile variare la velocità del ventilatore adattandola al regime preferito. Azionando pro g res sivamente il pulsante

si selezionano una dopo l’altra le seguenti velocità:

- Velocità alta.

- Velocità media

- Velocità bassa

• I pulsanti e consentono di impostare la temperatura al valore desiderato (in un campo variabile fra 16°C e 32°C). Il display visualizza il v a l o r e prescelto. Durante l'impostazione della temperatura l'indicatore luminoso “set temp” si accende. Dopo 15 secondi compare la lettura della temperatura misurata nell'ambiente (temperatura ambiente). La visualizzazione è segnalata dall'accensione dell'indicatore luminoso “Room temp”.



I M P O R TA N T E

Per assicurare una performance ottimale, far in modo che, durante il funzionamento, il tubo flessibile di scarico non superi mai 1 m. Questa lunghezza è stata appositamente ideata in base alle caratteristiche specifiche del climatizzatore. Non usare prolunghe o tubi di ricambio diversi per evitare un malfunzionamento. L’aria di scarico deve fuoriuscire liberamente, un qualsiasi impedimento potrebbe provocare un surriscaldamento dell’apparecchio. Evitare di piegare o inarcare il tubo di scarico.

DEUMIDIFICAZIONE

Se l’apparecchio è usato, quasi esclusivamente, come deumidificatore, non si dovrà utilizzare il tubo di scarico dell’aria, in modo tale che il flusso di aria calda possa esser mantenuto in circolazione nel vano interessato. E’ tuttavia necessario applicare un tubo per lo scarico dell’acqua da collegare ad uno scarico idrico fisso dell’abitazione (rif. capitolo G).

Durante il funzionamento dell'apparecchio come deumidificatore non è possibile attivare il pulsante : “Velocità ventilatore”. La funzione è regolata automaticamente su ‘velocità media’. Inoltre sarà disabilitata anche la funzione di regolazione manuale della temperatura mediante i pulsanti e .

RICIRCOLO DELL'ARIA

In questa modalità l'apparecchio esegue solo lo spostamento dell'aria nell'ambiente interessato. L'aria in ingresso non verrà raff reddata o deumidificata. Dopo aver predisposto l'apparecchio alla modalità di cui sopra, l'utilizzatore potrà effettuare le seguenti regolazioni:

• Con il pulsante si imposta la velocità del ventilatore al regime di desiderato. Il pro g ressivo azionamento del pulsante p e r mette di selezionare una dopo l’altra le seguenti velocità:

- Velocità alta.

- Velocità media

- Velocità bassa

Una volta spento l’apparecchio, viene mantenuta in memoria l’ultima funzione attivata.

Se richiesto, l'utilizzatore può attivare la modalità di programmazione timer. La funzione consente di accendere e spegnere l'apparecchio ad orari programmati in precedenza. Procedere come di seguito esposto:

ATTIVAZIONE

• Verificare che l'apparecchio sia stato predisposto nella modalità operativa richiesta , of .

• D i s a t t i v a r e l'apparecchio premendo il pulsante , ed assicurarsi che la spina sia correttamente inserita nella presa.

• P r e m e r e il tasto . L'indicatore luminoso “Timer set” inizia a lampeggiare.

• A questo punto impostare con i pulsanti e l'ora prescelta per l'accensione selezionando un valore orario compreso fra 1 e 12.

• Appena raggiunta l’ora impostata, l’apparecchio entra in funzione.



Le condizioni dell’ambiente di utilizzo dell’apparecchio determinano l’effettivo raggiungimento della temperatura richiesta. E’ normale che la temperatura ambiente si mantenga al di sopra del valore impostato (“set temp”).

DISATTIVAZIONE

• Con l'apparecchio in funzione pre m e r e il pulsante . L'indicatore luminoso “Timer set” inizia a lampeggiare.

• I m p o s t a r e l’ora di spegnimento con i pulsanti e selezionando un valore orario compreso fra 1 e 12.

• Una volta raggiunto l’orario impostato, l’apparecchio viene disattivato.

Il telecomando funziona in combinazione con il pannello di comando. Dirigere la p a r te anteriore del telecomando sulla finestra rossa. La distanza massima fino al climatizzatore è di circa 5 m. Utilizzare batterie AAA.

PROGRAMMAZIONE DEL TIMER

Premere il tasto sul telecomando o il tasto “Timer Setting” sul pannello di controllo per attivare le funzionalità del timer (Timer Function).

P re m e r e i tasti o sul telecomando oppure i tasti o sul pannello di controllo per impostare l'intervallo di funzionamento richiesto.

L ' a p p a r ecchi si spegne automaticamente non appena trascorso il tempo impostato.

MODALITÀ DEUMIDIFICAZIONE

P r e m e r e il tasto del telecomando oppure il tasto MODE (modalità operativa) del pannello di controllo per attivare la modalità di deumidificazione. Se è stata p r escelta la modalità di deumidificazione, i tasti di temperatura e di gestione velocità del ventilatore non sono attivi ed il ventilatore funziona alla velocità intermedia. La spia luminosa di segnalazione deumidificazione si accende e rimane accesa sintantoché l'apparecchio rimane in suddetta modalità operativa. Non dimenticare che nella modalità deumidificazione non è necessario utilizzare il tubo di scarico.



AV V E R T E N Z A

Il compre s s o re è stato impostato in modo tale da entrare in funzione tre minuti dopo l’avvio del climatizzatore. La funzione di raff reddamento si disattiva quando la temperatura ambiente è inferiore a quella impostata. La ventilazione tuttavia continua a funzionare al livello impostato. Quando la temperatura ambiente è superiore a quella selezionata, si attiva nuovamente la funzione di raff re d d a m e n t o .

F I LTRO DELL’ A R I A

Il climatizzatore è munito di un filtro di garza che ha lo scopo di trattenere le particelle di polvere più grandi. In condizioni di normale funzionamento, è necessario pulire il filtro ogni due settimane utilizzando un aspiratore. L’operazione evita che il filtro, intasandosi, ostacoli il passaggio dell’aria.

FLUSSO DELL'ARIA

Per re g o l a re la direzione del flusso d’aria delle feritoie di ventilazione orizzontali, orientare direttamente la presa di ventilazione.

S V U O TAMENTO DEL SERBATOIO DELL'ACQUA

In condizioni estreme potrebbe essere necessario eff e t t u a r e lo svuotamento del serbatoio interno. Se il serbatoio dell'acqua è pieno l'indicatore luminoso s i accende ed è udibile un segnale acustico (beep) ininterrotto. Il climatizzatore si spegne automaticamente. Pro c e d e re allo svuotamento del serbatoio secondo le i s t ruz ioni che seguono:

Non spostare l'unità. Movimenti bruschi possono provocare perdite d'acqua.

Prima di iniziare l'operazione disattivare l'apparecchio e staccare la spina dalla presa della corrente.

Sistemare un pentolino o un recipiente adatto a terra sotto il foro di scarico.

To g l i e r e il tappo di gomma 8 dal foro di scarico e far defluire l'acqua dal serbatoio (± 0,5 L).

R i c h i u d e r e il foro con il tappo 8, inserire la spina nella presa e accendere l'apparecchio. A questo punto l'indicatore deve essere spento.



O S S E R VA Z I O N E !

• Estrarre dall’apparecchio il filtro al carbone attivo prima del periodo di disattività stagionale dell’apparecchio. Installare il nuovo filtro all’inizio del periodo di funzionamento. I vecchi filtri vanno discaricati in un contenitore non destinato alla raccolta dei rifiuti ‘organici’.

• Non utilizzare mai il climatizzatore senza il filtro di garza in dotazione.

• L’utilizzo dell’apparecchio non dotato del filtro al carbone attivo non causa danni all’apparecchio. Tuttavia in tale circostanza non saranno neutralizzati i microroganismi circolanti nell’aria né si effettua l’eliminazione delle particelle che producono i cattivi odori.

• Utilizzare esclusivamente i filtri Tectro di tipo adatto. L’accorgimento previene possibili danneggiamenti del vostro apparecchio.

• Il kit filtri adatto è disponibile presso il vostro distributore.

SCARICO CONTINUO

Spegnere l’apparecchio ed estrarre la spina dalla presa.

S i s t e m a re un pentolino o un recipiente adatto sotto lo scarico dell'acqua per raccogliere eventuali fuoriuscite d'acqua.

Estrarre il tappo di gomma 8.

C o n n e t t e r e il tubo (ø 15 mm) allo scarico dell’acqua e, se necessario, allungarlo.

F a r e passare l'altra estremità del tubo di scarico dell'acqua in un punto adatto allo scopo (pozzetto di scarico). Evitare di ru o t a r e o piegare il tubo di scarico. Il tubo deve essere posizionato in pendenza per l'intera lunghezza.

DEUMIDIFICARE

Nel caso in cui adoperiate soltanto la funzione "deumidificatore", non dovre t e c o l l e g a r e il tubo di scarico dell’aria, in modo che l’aria calda rimanga nell’ambiente da deumidificare. Il tubo per lo scarico dell’acqua deve essere collegato ad uno scarico fisso. È necessario collegare un tubo di scarico dell'acqua (0 0,5 pollici all'interno) ad un punto adatto allo scopo.

P U L I Z I A

P u l i r e la superficie esterna del climatizzatore con un panno morbido ed umido. Non usare agenti chimici aggressivi, benzina, detergenti o alter soluzioni per la pulizia. Pulire re g o l a r mente il filtro a schermo con un aspirapolvere. Leggere anche il capitolo D “Filtro dell’aria”.



Non usare mai il condizionatore senza il filtro di garza.

SISTEMAZIONE DELL'APPARECCHIO DOPO L'USO

Svuotare il serbatoio dell'acqua (fare riferimento al capitolo F).

Pulire (o sostituire) il filtro.

I m p o s t a r e l’apparecchio nella modalità ventola per un paio d’ore per assicurarsi che l’interno del climatizzatore si asciughi completamente.

P r o t e g g e r e l’apparecchio dalla polvere e sistemarlo in un luogo asciutto lontano dalla portata dei bambini.

GUIDA ALLA RICERCA GUASTI

Non pro v a r e mai a riparare o smontare da soli il climatizzatore. Le riparazioni eseguite da persone incompetenti possono invalidare la garanzia e possono causare lesioni alla persona.

Il condizionatore d’aria ha una garanzia di 24 mesi dalla data d’acquisto. Entro questo periodo vengono riparati gratuitamente tutti i difetti di fabbricazione o vizi del materiale. Qui di seguito sono riportate le condizioni della garanzia:

1. Rifiutiamo esplicitamente tutte le altre richieste di risarcimento, compre s i danni derivanti.

2. La riparazione o la sostituzione di parti entro il termine di garanzia non comporta la proroga della garanzia stessa.

3. La garanzia non è valida qualora siano state apportate modifiche a l l ’ a p p a r ecchio, qualora siano state montate componenti non originali o qualora siano state effettuate riparazioni da terzi.

4. Nella garanzia non sono comprese le parti soggette a normale usura, quali il filtro.

5. La garanzia vale unicamente dietro presentazione della ricevuta d’acquisto originale datata e qualora l’apparecchio non sia stato modificato.

6. La garanzia non è valida in caso di danno sorto in seguito ad operazioni che non sono descritte in questo manuale o in seguito a negligenza.

7. Le spese di spedizione ed i rischi che la spedizione del apparecchio o delle parti comporta sono sempre a carico dell'acquirente.

8. I danni derivanti dal non aver utilizzato i filtri raccomandati da Te c t ro n o n sono coperti dalla garanzia.

De installatie moet volledig in overeenstemming zijn met de ter plaatse geldende voorschriften, bepalingen en normen. Het apparaat is uitsluitend geschikt voor g e b r uik, op droge plaatsen, binnenshuis. Controleer de netspanning. Dit apparaat is uitsluitend geschikt voor een geaard stopcontact, aansluitspanning 220-240 V./ 50 Hz.

Controleer voor het aansluiten van het apparaat of:

• de aansluitspanning overeenkomt met die op het typeplaatje;

• stopcontact en stroomvoorziening geschikt zijn voor het apparaat;

• de stekker van het snoer in het stopcontact past;

• het apparaat op een stabiele en vlakke ondergrond staat.

Laat de elektrische installatie contro l e ren door een erkend vakman als u er niet zeker van bent dat alles in orde is.

• Dit apparaat is volgens de CE veiligheidsnormen gefabriceerd. Toch dient u, zoals bij ieder elektrisch apparaat, voorzichtig te zijn.

• Het luchtinlaat- en uitblaasrooster nooit afdekken.

• Leeg het waterreservoir voordat u het apparaat verplaatst.

• Breng het apparaat nooit in contact met chemicaliën.

• Het apparaat nooit in contact brengen met water, met water besproeien of in water onderdompelen.

• Steek geen voorwerpen in de openingen van het apparaat.

• Haal altijd eerst de stekker uit het stopcontact voordat het apparaat of een onderdeel ervan moet worden schoongemaakt of vervangen.

• Sluit het apparaat NOOIT aan met behulp van een verlengsnoer. Is een geschikt geaard stopcontact niet voorhanden, laat dit dan installeren door een erkend elektricien.

• Wees uit veiligheidsoverwegingen altijd voorzichtig met kinderen in de buurt van dit apparaat, zoals met ieder elektrisch apparaat.

• Laat eventuele reparaties altijd uitvoeren door een erkend servicemonteur of uw leverancier. Volg de onderhoudsinstructies

• Haal altijd de stekker van het apparaat uit het stopcontact als het niet word t gebruikt.

• Een beschadigd elektriciteitssnoer alleen laten vervangen door de leverancier of een bevoegd persoon/servicepunt



B E L A N G R I J K

Het apparaat MOET altijd geaard worden aangesloten. Als de stroomvoorziening niet geaard is, mag u het apparaat absoluut niet aansluiten. De stekker moet altijd makkelijk toegankelijk zijn als het apparaat is aangesloten. Lees deze gebruiksinstructie zorgvuldig en volg de aanwijzingen.

DE INSTA L L AT I E

De airconditioner is verplaatsbaar en kan gemakkelijk ergens anders word e n geplaatst. Let daarbij op het volgende:

Zorg dat het apparaat rechtop en op een vlakke ondergrond staat.

Het apparaat niet in badkamer, douche of in een andere vochtige omgeving gebruiken.

Voor een goede luchtcirculatie tenminste 50 cm rondom het apparaat vrij houden.

Steek beide uiteinden van de luchtafvoerslang J in de ronde verbindingsstukken 9. Draai deze met de klok mee op de slang.

Steek één rond verbindingsstuk 9 aan de achterzijde in het apparaat 7. Bevestig het tweede ronde verbindingsstuk 9 aan de raamdoorvoer K.

Z o rg dat raamdoorvoer K een vrije doorgang heeft naar buiten. Sluit hierbij het raam of de deur zo ver mogelijk.



O P M E R K I N G

De flexibele lucht afvoer slang moet tijdens werking van het apparaat korter zijn dan 1 meter, om de best mogelijke prestaties te leveren. De lengte van deze slang is op de capaciteit van het apparaat berekend, het gebruik van een andere slang of van een verlengstuk kan storingen van het apparaat veroorzaken. De afgevoerde lucht moet ongehinderd kunnen verdwijnen, anders kan dit oververhitting van het apparaat tot gevolg hebben. Zorg er daarom voor dat er geen knikken of kronkels in de afvoerslang zitten.



LET OP!

Vóór de ingebruikname van uw airconditioner moet deze minimaal 2 uur rechtop hebben gestaan.



LET OP!

• Gebruik het apparaat nooit met een beschadigd snoer of stekker. Klem het snoer nooit af en voorkom contact met scherpe kanten.

• De ruimte waarin dit apparaat wordt gebruikt nooit volledig luchtdicht afsluiten. Dit voorkomt onderdruk in deze ruimte. Onderdruk kan de veilige werking van geisers, afzuigkappen, ovens e.d. ontregelen.

• Niet volgen van de aanwijzingen kan leiden tot het vervallen van de garantie op het apparaat.

B E D I E N I N G

Steek de stekker in het stopcontact.

Druk op de -toets om de airconditioner in te schakelen.

Met de -toets kunt u de gewenste functie instellen. Door op de -toets te drukken verspringt de functie van het apparaat als volgt:

• Koelen, het groene lampje gaat branden.

• Ontvochtigen, het oranje lampje gaat branden.

• Lucht circuleren, het gele lampje gaat branden.

KOELEN

Wanneer het apparaat in deze functie is ingesteld kunt u de volgende handelingen verrichten:

• Met de -toets kunt u de gewenste ventilatorsnelheid instellen. Door op de -toets te drukken verspringt de ventilatorsnelheid als volgt:

- Hoogste snelheid

- Middelste snelheid

- Laagste snelheid

• Met de knoppen en w o r dt de gewenste temperatuur ingesteld (tussen 16°C en 32°C). Het display toont deze instelling. Tijdens het instellen van de temperatuur gaat het lampje “set temp” branden. Na 15 seconden zal de gemeten kamertemperatuur verschijnen. Het lampje “Room temp” zal gaan branden.

ONTVOCHTIGEN

Als het apparaat (vrijwel) uitsluitend als ontvochtiger wordt gebruikt, bre n g dan niet de luchtafvoerslang aan en laat de warme lucht teru g s t romen in de te ontvochtigen ruimte. U dient wel een waterafvloerslang op de vaste afvoer aan te brengen (zie hoofdstuk G). Bij gebruik van de ontvochtigings functie kunt u geen gebruik maken van de

-toets: “Ventilatorsnelheid”. Deze zal automatisch op ‘middelste snelheid’ staan. Tevens kunt u de temperatuur niet meer instellen met de knoppen en .



Het hangt af van de omgevingscondities af of de gewenste temperatuur ook werkelijk bereikt kan worden: Het is normaal wanneer de kamer temperatuur boven de “set temp” blijft.

LUCHTCIRCULATIE

In deze functie zal het apparaat alleen de lucht circ u l e ren. De ingaande lucht wordt dus niet gekoeld of ontvochtigd. Als het apparaat in deze functie ingesteld is kunt u de volgende handelingen verrichten:

• Met de -toets kunt u de gewenste ventilatorsnelheid instellen. Door op

de -toets te drukken verspringt de ventilatorsnelheid als volgt:

- Hoogste snelheid

- Middelste snelheid

- Laagste snelheid

Bij het uitschakelen van het apparaat zal de laatst ingestelde functie word e n onthouden.

Indien gewenst kunt u gebruik maken van de timer functie. Met deze functie kunt u het apparaat op een vooraf ingestelde tijd laten in- of uitschakelen. Ga hiervoor als volgt te werk:

INSCHAKELEN

• Zorg ervoor dat het apparaat in de juiste functie staat: , of .

• Zet het apparaat uit door op -toets te drukken, zorg er wel voor dat de

stekker goed in het stopcontact zit.

• Druk op de -toets. Het lampje “Timer set” zal gaan knipperen.

• Stel nu met de knoppen en een tijd in tussen de 1 en 12 uur.

• Als de ingestelde tijd voorbij is zal het apparaat inschakelen.

UITSCHAKELEN

• D r uk tijdens de werking van het apparaat op de -toets. Het lampje

“Timer set” zal gaan knipperen.

• Stel nu met de knoppen en een tijd in tussen de 1 en 12 uur.

• Als de ingestelde tijd voorbij is zal het apparaat uitschakelen.



O P M E R K I N G E N

Om de levensduur van de compressor te verlengen is deze zo ingesteld, dat deze pas drie minuten na het (weer) aanzetten van het apparaat begint te werken. Het koelsysteem wordt uitgezet zodra de omgevingstemperatuur lager is dan de ingestelde waarde. De ventilator blijft op de ingestelde snelheid werken. Als de omgevingstemperatuur weer boven de ingestelde waarde stijgt, wordt het koelen hervat.

AFSTANDSBEDIENING

De afstandsbediening werkt in combinatie met het bedieningspaneel. Richt de v o o rzijde van de afstandsbediening op het rode venster. De maximale afstand tot de airconditioner is ca. 5 mtr. Plaats voor gebruik 2 AAA batterijen.

PROGRAMMERING TIMER

Druk op de toets op de afstandsbediening of op de “Timer Setting” (timer instelling) toets van het controlepaneel om de Timer Functie in te schakelen.

D ruk op de of de toets op de afstandsbediening of op de of de toets van het controlepanel om de gewenste uitschakeltijd in te stellen.

Het apparaat wordt uitgeschakeld zodra de ingestelde tijd is verstreken.

BEDIENING ONTVOCHTIGING

Door op de toets op de afstandsbediening of op de MODE (FUNCTIE) toets van het controlepaneel te drukken selecteert u de ontvochtigingsfunctie. Wanneer de ontvochtigingsfunctie is ingeschakeld, functioneren de temperatuurtoetsen en de ventilatortoetsen niet. De ventilator werkt dan op de middelste snelheid. Het ontvochtiger lampje gaat branden en blijft aan terwijl het apparaat ontvochtigt. Denk eraan dat de afvoerslang niet gebruikt hoeft te worden in de ontvochtigingsfunctie.

L U C H T F I LT E R

De airconditioner is uitgerust met een gaasfilter waarmee gro t e re stofdeeltjes worden tegengehouden.

Het gaasfilter moet bij normaal gebruik iedere 2 weken schoongemaakt word e n met een stofzuiger. Dit om verstoppen van de luchtstroom te voorkomen.

RICHTING LUCHTUITBLAAS

Kantelen om de stand van de horizontale lamellen te veranderen.

LEGEN WAT E R R E S E R V O I R

In extreme omstandigheden kan het noodzakelijk zijn om het intern e waterreservoir te legen. Bij een vol waterreservoir gaat het -lampje branden en h o o r t u een onderbroken pieptoon. De airconditioner slaat automatisch af. Ga voor het legen van het waterreservoir als volgt te werk:

Verplaats de unit niet. Heftige bewegingen kunnen waterlekkage geven.

Eerst het apparaat uitzetten en de stekker uit het stopcontact halen.

Leg een pannetje of een passend bakje op de grond onder de afvoeropening.

Haal de ru b b e r en afsluitdop 8 uit de afvoer en laat het water er uit lopen (± 0,5 L).

Schuif de afsluitdop 8 terug in de afvoer, steek de stekker in het stopcontact en zet het apparaat aan. Het controlelampje gaat weer uit.



LET OP!

• Verwijder het actief koolfilter voordat u het apparaat aan het eind van het seizoen weer opbergt en plaats nieuwe filter pas aan het begin van het nieuwe seizoen. De oude filters mogen worden weggegooid bij het huisvuil (niet bij het GFT-afval).

• Gebruik de airconditioner nooit zonder het gaasfilter.

• Het gebruiken van de unit zonder actief koolfilter brengt geen schade toe aan uw airconditioner. In dat geval worden rondzwevende micro-organismen niet geneutraliseerd en worden onaangename luchtjes niet verwijderd.

• Gebruik enkel en alleen de geschikte Tectro filters. Dit voorkomt schade aan uw airconditioner

• Het geschikte filterpakket is verkrijgbaar bij uw dealer.

OP EEN VASTE AFVOER AANSLUITEN

Eerst het apparaat uitzetten en de stekker uit het stopcontact halen.

Plaats een pannetje of een passend bakje onder de waterafvoer om eventueel weglopend water op te vangen.

Haal de rubberen afsluitdop 8 uit de afvoer.

Schuif een waterafvoerslang (ø 0,5 inch inwendig) over de waterafvoeropening.

Het andere einde van de waterafvoerslang naar een daarvoor geschikte plaats (afvoerputje) laten lopen. Let er daarbij speciaal op dat de afvoerslang niet gedraaid is of knikken heeft. De slang moet aflopend geplaatst zijn over de gehele lengte.

ONTVOCHTIGEN

Als het apparaat (vrijwel) uitsluitend als ontvochtiger wordt gebruikt, breng dan de l u c h tafvoerslang J niet aan en laat de warme lucht teru g s t r omen in de te ontvochtigen ruimte. U dient wel een waterafvoerslang (ø 0,5 inch inwendig) naar een daarvoor geschikte plaats te leiden.

O N D E R H O U D

G e b r uik voor het regelmatig schoonmaken van de buitenkant van het apparaat uitsluitend een zachte, vochtige doek. Het gaasfilter moet regelmatig worden schoongemaakt. Gebruik daarvoor een stofzuiger. Zie ook hoofdstuk D “Luchtfilter”.



Gebruik het apparaat nooit zonder gaasfilter.



PAS OP!

Schakel eerst de unit uit en trek de stekker uit het stopcontact voor u het apparaat of filter gaat schoonmaken of het filter gaat vervangen.



Bij gebruik als airconditioner wordt onder normale condities het condenswater via de luchtafvoerslang afgevoerd.

Leeg het waterreservoir (zie hoofdstuk F).

Maak het filter schoon.

Zet het apparaat enkele uren aan in luchtcirculatiestand, waardoor het binnenwerk volledig droog wordt.

G A R A N T I E B E PA L I N G E N

U krijgt op de airconditioner 24 maanden garantie vanaf de aankoopdatum. Binnen deze periode worden alle materiaal- en fabricagefouten kosteloos verholpen. Hierbij gelden de volgende regels:

1. Alle verd e re aanspraken op schadevergoeding, inclusief gevolgschade wijzen wij uitdrukkelijk af.

2. Reparatie of vervanging van onderdelen binnen de garantietermijn leidt niet tot verlenging van de garantie.

3. De garantie geldt niet wanneer veranderingen zijn aangebracht, nietoriginele onderdelen zijn gemonteerd of reparaties zijn verricht door derden.

4. O n d e r delen die aan normale slijtage onderhevig zijn, zoals de filter, vallen buiten de garantie.

5. De garantie geldt uitsluitend als u de originele, gedateerde aankoopbon overlegt en als daarop geen veranderingen zijn aangebracht.

6. De garantie geldt niet bij schade ontstaan door handelingen die afwijken van die in de gebruiksaanwijzing of door verwaarlozing.

7. De verzendkosten en het risico van het opsturen van de airconditioner of onderdelen daarvan, komen altijd voor rekening van de koper.

8. Schade, veroorzaakt door het niet gebruiken van de geschikte Te c t ro filters, valt buiten de garantie.

Om onnodige kosten te voorkomen, raden wij u aan eerst altijd zorgvuldig de g e b ruiksaanwijzing te raadplegen. Wanneer deze geen uitkomst biedt, kunt u de airconditoner ter reparatie aanbieden bij uw dealer.
