WARNING!

• Please keep this User Guide for future consultation.If

you sell the unit to another user,be sure that they also
receive this instruction booklet.

• Unpack and check carefully there is no transportation

damage before using the unit.

• Before operating,ensure that the voltage and frequency of

power supply match the power requirements of the unit.

• It’s important to ground the yellow/green conductor to

earth in order to avoid electric shock.

• The unit is for indoor use only.Use only in a dry location.

• The unit must be installed in a location with adequate

ventilation,at least 50cm from adjacent surfaces.Be sure
that no ventilation slots are blocked.

• Disconnect main power before replacement or servicing.

• Make sure there is no ammable materials close to the

unit while operating as it is re hazard.

• Use safety cable when xes this unit.Don’t handle the unit

by taking its head only,But always by taking its base.

• Maximum ambient temperature is ta:40 Cº. Don’t oper-

ate it where the temperature is higher than this.

• Unit surface temperature may reach up to 85 Cº. Dont

touch the housing bare-hand during its operation.Turn

o the power and allow about 15 minutes for the unit to

cool down before replacing or serving.

• In the event of serious operating problem,stop using the unit

immediately.Never try to repair the unit by yourself.Repairs
carried out by unskilled people can lead to damage or mal­function.Please contact the nearest authorized technical as­sistance center.Always use the same type Spare parts.

Warning

• To prevent or reduce the risk of electrical shock or re,do

not expose the unit the rain or moisture.

• Do not open the unit within ve minutes aer switching o.

• The housing,the lenses, or the ultraviolet lter must be

replaced if they are visibly damaged.

Caution

There are no user serviceable parts inside the unit.Do not
open the housing or attempt any repairs youself.In the un­likely event your unit may require service,Please contact
your nearest dealer.

Installation

The unit should be mounted via its screw holes on the brack­et.Always ensure that the unit is rmly xed to avoid vibra­tion and slipping white operating.And make sure that the
structure to which you are attaching the unit is secure and is

able to support a weight of 10 times of the unit’s weight.Also

always use a safety cable hold 12 times of the weight of the

unit when installing the xture.

The equipment must be xed by professionals.And it must be

xed at a place where is out of the touch of people and has no

one pass by or under it.

3.How To Set The Unit

3.1 Control Panel

3.2 Main Function

To select any of the given functions, Press the MENU button
up to when the required one is showing on the display. Select
the function by ENTER button and the display will blink. Use
DOWN and UP button to change the mode. Once the required
mode has been selected, press the ENTER button to setup, to
go back to the functions without any change press the MENU
button again. Hold and press the MENU button about one

second or wait for one minute to exit the menu mode.

DMX Address

Select DMX Address,Press the ENTER button to conrm, the

present address will blink on the display.Use the UP and

DOWN button to adjust the address from 1 to 512.Once the

address has been selected,press the ENTER button to set­up,to go back to the functions without any change press the
MENU button again.Hold and press the MENU button about

one second or wait for one minute to exit the menu mode

Channel Set

Select Channel Set,Press the ENTER button to conrm, the

present set will blink on the display.Use the UP and DOWN
button to select channel 9/12/16.Once the set has been se­lected,press the ENTER button to setup,to go back to the
functions without any change press the MENU button again.

Show Mode

Select Show Mode,Press the ENTER button to conrm, present

Slave Mode

button to select the Slave 1(normal) or Slave 2 (2 light show)

mode.Once the mode has been selected,press the ENTER
button to setup,to go back to the functions without any
change press the MENU button again. Hold and press the

MENU button about one second or wait for one minute to exit

the menu mode

Black Out

Select Slave Mode,Press the ENTER button to conrm, pres­ent mode will blink on the display.Use the DOWN and UP

button to select the Yes(yes blackout) or No (no blackout)

mode.Once the mode has been selected,press the ENTER
button to setup,to go back to the functions without any
change press the MENU button again. Hold and press the
MENU button about one second or wait for one minute to

exit the menu mode

Sound State

Select Sound State,Press the ENTER button to conrm, pres­ent mode will blink on the display.Use the DOWN and UP but-

ton to select the On(Sound On) or O (Sound O)mode.Once

the mode has been selected,press the ENTER button to set­up,to go back to the functions without any change press the
MENU button again. Hold and press the MENU button about

one second or wait for one minute to exit the menu mode

Sound Sense

Select Sound Sense,Press the ENTER button to conrm,

present mode will blink on the display.Use the DOWN and UP

button to select the 0…100 mode.Once the mode has been

selected,press the ENTER button to setup,to go back to the
functions without any change press the MENU button again.

Pan Inverse

Select Pan Inverse,Press the ENTER button to conrm, present

mode will blink on the display.Use the DOWN and UP button

to select the Yes(Pan Inversion) or No((Normal)mode.Once the

mode has been selected,press the ENTER button to setup,to
go back to the functions without any change press the MENU
button again. Hold and press the MENU button about one sec-

ond or wait for one minute to exit the menu mode

Tilt Inverse

Select Tilt Inverse,Press the ENTER button to conrm, present

mode will blink on the display.Use the DOWN and UP button

to select the Yes(Tilt Inversion) or No((Normal)mode.Once the

mode has been selected,press the ENTER button to setup,to
go back to the functions without any change press the MENU
button again. Hold and press the MENU button about one sec-

ond or wait for one minute to exit the menu mode

Back Light

Select Back Light,Press the ENTER button to confirm,
present mode will blink on the display.Use the DOWN and

UP button to select the On(LED On) or Off((LED Off)mode.

Once the mode has been selected,press the ENTER button
to setup,to go back to the functions without any change
press the MENU button again. Hold and press the MENU

button about one second or wait for one minute to exit

the menu mode

Function Delay

Select Function Delay, press ENTER button to conrm, pres­ent mode will blink on the display. Use DOWN and UP but-

ton to select the No Delay or 1S/2S/3S Delay (Wait for 1/2/3
seconds before these Functions of 12CH are activated/deac-

tivated) mode. Once the mode has been selected, press the

ENTER button to setup, to go back to the functions without

any 9-change press the MENU button again. Hold and press

the MENU button about one second or wait for one minute to

exit the menu mode.

White Balance

Select White Balance, press the ENTER button to conrm,

present mode will blink on the display.Use the DOWN and
UP button to select the Red or Green or Blue. Once the mode
has been selected, press the ENTER button to setup, use the

DOWN and UP button to change the value (125~255). Once

the mode has been selected, press the ENTER button to set­up, go back to the functions without any change press the
MENU button again. Hold and press the MENU button about

one second or wait for one minute to exit the menu mode.

Manu Test

Select Manu Test, press the ENTER button to conrm, present

mode will blink on the display. Use the DOWN and UP button to
select the Pan/ Tilt/ Red/ Green/ Blue/ White/Dimmer or Strobe.
Once the mode has been selected, press the ENTER button to

setup,use the DOWN and UP button to change the value (0~255).

Once the mode has been selected, press the ENTER button to
setup, go back to the functions without any change press the
MENU button again. Hold and press the MENU button about one

second or wait for one minute to exit the menu mode.

Auto-Test

Press the MENU button up to when the Auto-Test is blinking on
the display. Pressing ENTER button and the unit will run self­test by built-in program. To go back to the functions press the
MENU button again. Hold and press the MENU button about

one second or wait for one minute to exit the menu mode.

Temperature

Press the MENU button up to when the Temperature Test is
blinking on the display.Pressing ENTER button and the dis­play will show the temperature of the unit. To go back to the
functions press the MENU button again. Hold and press the

MENU button about one second or wait for one minute to exit

the menu mode.

Defaults Setting

Press the MENU button to show Defaults on the display. Press
the ENTER button and the display will blink. Use the DOWN
and UP button to select the YES or No. Once the Yes has been
selected, press the ENTER button and use the UP and Down
button to select the PRO Defaults or AUTO Defaults.

PRO Defaults: For professional users, detailed explanation

as followings:

Press the ENTER and the corresponding functions will set
to defaults setting,to go back to the functions without any

Reset

Press the MENU button up to when the Reset is blinking on
the display.Pressing ENTER button and all channels of the
unit will return to their standard position.

4.How to Control The Unit

You can operate the unit in two ways:

1. Master/Slave built-in preprogram function

2. Universal DMX controller
No need to turn the unit o when you change the DMX ad-

dress,as new DMX address setting will be eect at once.Every

time you turn the unit on,it will show “M108RGBW”on the
display and move all the motors to their “HOME” position

and you may hear some noises for about 20 seconds.Aer

that the unit will be ready to receive DMX signal or run the
built in programs.

4.1 Master/Slave Built In pregrogrammed
Function

By lining the units in master/slave connection,the rst unit

will control the other units to give an automatic,sound ac-

tivated,synchronized light show.This function is good when
you want an instant show.You have to set the rst unit in mas-

ter mode Show Mode and select Show 1 or Show 2 or Show 3

or Show 4 mode.Its DMX input jack will have nothing plugged

into it,and its master LED will be constantly on and sound

LED will ash to the music.The other units will have to set

in Slave mode and select Slave 1(normal) or Slave 2(2 light

show)mode,Their DMX cables plugged into the DMX input

jacks(daisy chain) and the slave led lights will constantly on.

4.2-light show

In Slave mode,Slave 1 means the unit works normally and

Slave 2 means 2-light show.In order to create a great light

show,you can set Slave 2 on the second unit to get contrast

movement to each other,even if you have two units only

4.3 DMX Controller

By using a universal DMX Controller to control the units, you

will need to set DMX address from 1 to 512 so that the units

can receive DMX signal
Press the MENU button up to when the DMX Adress is show­ing on the display.Pressing ENTER button and the display

will blink. Use DOWN and UP button to change the DMX512

address. Once the address has been selected,press the EN­TER button to setup,to go back to the functions without any
change press the MENU button again.Hold and press the

MENU button about one second or wait for one minute to exit

the menu mode.

Please refer to the following diagram to address your DMX512

channel for the rst 4 units.

4.5 DMX512 Connection

1. If you using a controller with 5 pins DMX output,you need

to use a 5 to 3 pin adapter-cable

2. At last unit,the DMX cable has to be terminated with a

terminator. Solder a 120 ohm 1/4W resistor between pin

2(DMX-)and pin 3(DMX+)into a 3-pin XLR-plug and plug it in

the DMX-output of the last unit

3. Connect the unit together in a daisy chain by XLR plug from

the output of the unit to the input of the next unit.The cable

can not branched or split to a ‘Y’cable.DMX512 is a very high-

speed signal.Inadequate or damaged cables,soldered joints
or corroded conectors can easily distort the signal and shut
down the systems.

4. The DMX output and input connectors are pass-through to

maintain the DMX circuit,when one of the units power is dis­connected.

5. Each lighting unit needs to have an address set to receive
the data sent by the controller.The address number is be-

tween 0-511(usually 0 & 1 are equal to 1.)

6. The end of the DMX512 system should be terminated to re-

duce signal errors

7. 3 pin XLR connector are more popular than 5 pin XLR

5.Troubleshooting

Following are a few common problems that may occur during
operation.Here are some suggestions for easy troubleshooting

A. The unit does not work,no light and the fan does not work

1. Check the connection of power and main fuse

2. Measure the mains voltage on the main connector

3. Check the power on LED.

B. Not responding to DMX controller

1. DMX LED should be on. If not, check DMX connectors, ca­bles to see if link properly

2. If the DMX LED is on and no response to the channel, check

the address setting and DMX polarity.

3. If you have intermittent DMX signal problems, check the

pins on connectors or on PCB of the unit or the previous one.

4. Try to use another DMX controller

5. Check if the DMX cables run near or run alongside to high

voltage cables that may cause damage or interference to
DMX interface circuit.

C. Some units don’t’s respond to the easy controller

1. You may have a break in the DMX cabling. Check the LED for

the response of the Master/Slave mode signal.

2. Wrong DMX address in the unit. Set the proper address.

D. No response to the sound

1. Make sure the unit does not receive DMX Signal

2. Check microphone to see if it is good by tapping the mi-

crophone

E. One of the channels is not working well

1. The stepper motor might be damaged or cable connected

to PCB is broken

2. The motor’s drive IC on the PCB might be out of condition

6.Fixture Cleaning

The cleaning of internal and external optical lensens and/

or mirrors must be carried out periodically to optimize light

output.Cleaning frequency depends on the environment in

which the xture operates:damp,smoky or particularly dirty

surrounding can cause greater accumulation of dirt on the
units’s optics.

• Clean with so cloth using normal glass cleaning uid.

• Always dry the parts carefully.

• Clean the external optics at least every 20 days.Clean the

internal optics at least every 30/60 days.

Por favor, leia atentamente as instruções, que inclui informações

• Desembale e verique cuidadosamente se não há

• Antes da operação, verique se a tensão e frequência de

alimentação correspondem com as exigências de ener-

gia do aparelho

• O aparelho é apenas para uso interno. Usar somente em

locais seco.

• O aparelho deve ser instalado em um local com venti­lação adequada, pelo menos 50cm de distância de su­perfícies úmidas. Tenha certeza de que nenhuma entra­da de ar esteja bloqueada.

• Desligue da energia antes de qualquer manuseio ou ma­nutenção

• Certique-se de que não há materiais inamáveis perto do

aparelho durante o manuseio, pois há riscos de incêndio.

• Use o cabo de segurança para xar este aparelho. Não

manusear o aparelho só pela cabeça, sempre pela base.

• A temperatura ambiente máxima é de: 40°C. Não usar

onde a temperatura seja mais que isso.

• Temperatura da superfície do aparelho pode atingir
ate 85°C. Não toque na base direto com as mãos du-

rante o seu funcionamento. Desligue-o da energia e

• Em caso de sérios problemas de manuseio, pare de

usar o equipamento imediatamente. Nunca tente rep­arar danos do aparelho. Reparações efetuadas por

pessoas não qualicadas podem causar danos ou de-

feitos. Entre em contato com uma assistência técnica

autorizada mais próxima. Utilizar sempre as peças de

reposição do mesmo tipo.

Aviso

• Para prevenir ou reduzir o risco de choque elétrico ou in-

cêndio, não exponha o aparelho a chuva ou local úmido.

• Não abra o aparelho antes de 5 minutos, após desligado.

• O corpo, as lentes ou o ltro ultravioleta devem ser sub-

stituídos se estiverem visivelmente danicados.

Atenção

Não existem peças no interior do aparelho. Não abra ou tente

fazer reparos sozinho. Caso necessite de reparos, contate o

seu revendedor mais próximo.

Instalação

O aparelho deve ser instalado através de seus furos de para-

fusos na base. E certique-se de que a estrutura para o qual
você esta fazendo a instalação é segura e capaz de supor-

tar um peso de 10 vezes o peso do aparelho. Também use

sempre um cabo de segurança 12 vezes o peso do aparelho

durante a instalação do equipamento. O equipamento deve

ser instalado por prossionais. E deve ser xado em um lugar

onde seja fora do alcance de pessoas ou que que sobre a

passagem de pessoas.

3. Denição do aparelho

3.1 Painel de controle

Para ligação DMX512, utilize cabo XLR 3/5 pinos para conec­tar o aparelho em conjunto.

3.2 Função principal

Para selecionar qualquer uma das funções dadas, Pressione

o botão MENU até aparecer as opções no display. Selecione a

função desejada e em seguida pressione o botão ENTER para

conrmar até o display começar a piscar. Use o botão DOWN

e UP para selecionar a opção desejada. Uma vez que o modo
tenha sido selecionado, pressione o botão ENTER para cong-

urar, para voltar às funções sem qualquer alteração, pressione
o botão MENU novamente. Segure e pressione o botão MENU
cerca de um segundo ou aguarde um minuto para sair do modo

de menu. As principais funções são mostradas abaixo.

DMX ADRESS

Selecione DMX ADRESS, em seguida pressione para ENTER

conrmar , o endereço atual piscará no visor. Use o botão

UP e DOWN para ajustar o endereço 1-512. Uma vez que o

endereço tenha sido selecionado, pressione o botão ENTER
para congurar, para voltar às funções sem qualquer alter­ação, pressione o botão MENU novamente. Segure e pres­sione o botão MENU cerca de um segundo ou aguarde um
minuto para sair do modo de menu.

Selecionar o canal

Selecione o canal, em seguida pressione para ENTER conrmar

até piscar no display. Use o botão UP e DOWN para selecionar o

canal 9/12/16. Uma vez que o aparelho tenha sido selecionado,

pressione o botão ENTER para congurar, para voltar às funções

sem qualquer alteração, pressione o botão MENU novamente.
Segure e pressione o botão MENU cerca de um segundo ou
aguarde um minuto para sair do modo de menu.

Modo Show

Selecione Show Mode, em seguida pressione ENTER para

conrmar, até piscar no display. Use o botão DOWN e UP para

selecionar os modos Show 1, Show 2, Show 3 e Show 4. Uma

vez que o modo tenha sido selecionado, pressione o botão

ENTER para congurar, para voltar às funções sem qualquer

alteração, pressione o botão MENU novamente. Segure e
pressione o botão MENU cerca de um segundo ou aguarde
um minuto para sair do modo de menu.

Modo Slave

Selecionar o Modo Slave, em seguida pressione ENTER

Selecionar Padrões

Pressione o botão MENU para mostrar padrões no visor. Pres­sione o botão ENTER para o display começar a piscar. Use o

3.3 Ajuste da posição inicial

Nos principais funções, segure o botão ENTER por pelo

menos 3 segundos no modo oset, utilize o botão DOWN e
UP pra selecionar a função PANoset ou TILT oset, Pres-

sionar o botão ENTER ate piscar o display. Use o botão DOWN
e UP para ajustar o posicionamento inicial do Pan, Tilt, uma

vez que a posição tenha sido selecionado, pressione o botão

ENTER para congurar, para voltar às funções sem qualquer

alteração, pressione o botão MENU novamente. Segure e
pressione o botão MENU cerca de um segundo ou aguarde
um minuto para sair do modo de menu.

4. Como controlar o aparelho

Você pode operar a unidade de duas maneiras:

1. Master/Slave e funções pré-programadas

2. Controlador DMX

Não há necessidade de desligar o aparelho quando você

muda o endereço DMX. Toda vez que você ligar o aparelho,
ele irá mostrar “M108RGBW” no visor e mover todos os mo-

tores para a sua posição “HOME” e você pode ouvir alguns

ruídos por aproximadamente 20 segundos.

4.1 Master/Slave criando na função pré-

programada

Alinhando as unidades em relação Master/Slave, a primeira
unidade controlará as outras unidades para dar um automáti-

co, ativado por som e sincronismo das luzes. Esta função é

boa quando você quer um show instantâneo. Você tem que

denir a primeira unidade em Modo Show e selecione Show

1/ Show 1/ Show 3 ou Show 4. Na sua entrada DMX, não terá

nada conectado, e seu LED estará pelo sensor de áudio, que

piscara as luzes e fará os movimentos conforme a música.

As outras unidades terão que estar no modo Slave, escolha

modo1 (normal) ou modo Slave 2 (2 light show), Seus cabos

DMX conectados à entrada (emparelhados) farão com que os

aparelhos funcionem constantemente em modo Slave

4.2. Light Show

No modo Slave, Slave 1 signica que a unidade funciona

normalmente e Slave 2 signica 2-light show. A m de criar

um grande show de luzes, você pode congurar Slave 2 na

segunda unidade para obter movimento contrário ao outro,
mesmo se você tiver apenas duas unidades.



4.3 Controle DMX

Ao usar um controlador universal DMX para controlar os apa-

relhos, você precisará congurar o endereço DMX 1-512 para

que os aparelhos possam receber o sinal DMX. Pressione o

botão MENU para cima até o DMX Adress seja mostrado no

display. Pressione o botão ENTER até que pisque display.

Use o botão DOWN e UP para mudar o endereço DMX512.

Uma vez que o endereço tenha sido selecionado, pressione

o botão ENTER para congurar, para voltar às funções sem

qualquer alteração, pressione o botão MENU novamente.

4.5 Conexões DMX 512

1. Se você for usar uma controladora com 5 pinos DMX, você

vai precisar usar um cabo adaptador de 5 para 3 pinos

2. No último aparelho, o cabo DMX tem que ser um termi-

nador. Soldar um resistor de 120 ohm 1/4W entre o pino 2

(DMX) e pino 3 (DMX) em uma de 3 pinos XLR-plug e conecte-o

à saída DMX do último aparelho.

3. Conecte os aparelhos por plug XLR da saída do aparelho,

para a entrada do próximo aparelho. O cabo não pode ser
dividido como um cabo Y. DMX 512 é um sinal de alta velocid-

ade. Cabos inadequados ou danicados, juntas soldadas ou

conectores corroídos podem facilmente distorcer o sinal e
desligar o sistema.

4. Os conectores de entrada e saída DMX são pass-through

para manter o circuito DMX, quando uma das unidades de
alimentação esteja desconectada.

5. Cada aparelho precisa ter um endereço congurado para

receber os dados enviados pelo controlador. O número de

endereço ca entre 0-511 (normalmente 0 & 1 são iguais a 1.).

6. O m do sistema DMX512 deve ser completado para redu-

zir erros de sinal.

7. conector XLR 3 pinos são mais populares do que XLR 5 pinos.

• 3 pino XLR: Pin 1: GND, Pin 2: sinal negativo (-), Pino 3:

sinal positivo (+)

• 5 pinos XLR: Pin 1: GND, Pin 2: sinal negativo (-), Pino 3:

sinal positivo (+)

• Pin 4 / Pin 5: Não usado.

5. Solução de problemas

A seguir estão alguns problemas comuns que podem ocorrer
durante a operação. Aqui estão algumas sugestões para fácil
resolução dos problemas.

A. A unidade não funciona, nenhuma luz eo ventilador

não funciona.

1. Verique a conexão de alimentação e fusível principal.

2. Meça a tensão de rede no conector principal.

3. Verique a alimentação LED.

B. Não responde ao controlador DMX.

1. LED DMX deve estar ligado. Se não, verique os conectores

DMX, os cabos para ver se estão conectados corretamente.

2. Se o LED DMX está ligado e não há resposta ao canal, veri-

que a conguração de endereço e DMX polaridade.

3. Se você tiver problemas intermitentes de sinal DMX, ver-

ique os pinos nos conectores ou na PCB da unidade ou o

anterior.

4. Tente usar outra controladora DMX.

5. Verique se os cabos DMX estão instalados próximos ou

junto a cabos de alta voltagem que podem causar danos ou
interferência ao circuito da interface DMX.

C. Algumas unidades não respondem fácil a controladora.

1. Você pode ter uma pausa no cabeamento DMX. Verique o

LED para a resposta do sinal do modo Master / Slave.

2. Endereço DMX errado no aparelho. Congure o endereço correto.

D. Nenhuma resposta ao som.

1. Certique-se, se o aparelho não recebe sinal DMX.

2. Verique o microfone para ver se ele é bom funcionando

pelo microfone.

E. Um dos canais não está funcionando bem.

1. O motor de passo pode estar danicado ou o cabo conect-

ado ao PCB está quebrado.

2. A unidade de motor de IC no PCB pode estar em mal estado.

6. Limpeza

A limpeza das lentes ou espelhos ópticos internos e externos
devem ser realizadas periodicamente para otimizar a frequên­cia da luz output. A frequência de limpeza depende do am-

biente em que esta instalado o aparelho: umidade, fumaça,

pode causar maior acúmulo de sujeira nas unidades ópticas .

• Limpe com um pano macio e limpa vidros líquido

• Secar sempre as peças cuidadosamente

• Limpe as ópticas externas pelo menos a cada 20 dias

• Limpe as lentes internas pelo menos a cada 30/60 dias
