documento di consegna rilasciato
dal rivenditore o da altro documento

del rivenditore e la data in cui è
stato effettuato l’acquisto.

• Fuori dalla comunità europea è
valida la garanzia rilasciata
dall'importatore ufficiale del
marchio.

• Per garanzia si intende la
sostituzione o riparazione
gratuita, compresa
manodopera, delle parti
componenti l’apparecchio
riconosciute difettose all’origine
per vizi di fabbricazione.

• Non sono coperte da garanzia
tutte le parti che dovessero
risultare difettose a causa di
negligenza o trascuratezza
nell’uso, di errata installazione o
manutenzione, di manutenzioni
operate da personale non
autorizzato, di danni di
trasporto, ovvero infine, di
circostanze che comunque non
possono farsi risalire a difetti di
fabbricazione dell’apparecchio.
Sono altresì esclusi dalle
prestazioni di garanzia gli
interventi tecnici inerenti
l’installazione e l’allacciamento
agli impianti di alimentazione.

• La Casa costruttrice declina
ogni responsabilità per
eventuali danni che possano,
direttamente o indirettamente,
derivare a persone, animali
domestici o cose, in
conseguenza della mancata
osservanza di tutte le
prescrizioni indicate
nell’apposito Libretto Istruzioni e
concernenti specialmente le
avvertenze in tema di
installazione, uso e manutenzione
dell’apparecchio.

• Per gli apparecchi per i quali è
richiesto l’intervento a domicilio,
l’utente è tenuto a
corrispondere il «diritto fisso
per spese di trasferimento a
domicilio» in vigore alla data di
intervento. Qualora
l’apparecchio venisse riparato
presso uno dei Centri del
Servizio di Assistenza Tecnica
della Casa costruttrice, le
spese ed i rischi di trasporto
relativi, saranno a carico
dell’utente.

1.4 GUARANTEE
CLAUSES

two year warranty, in the
european community, effective
from the date of purchase
which is confirmed by the
delivery document issued by
the dealer or other certifying
document carrying the name of
the dealer and the date
purchase was made.

• Out of the European community is
valis the warranty issued from the
official importer of the trademark.

• Guarantee is to be understood
as the substitution or repair
without charge, including the
cost of labour, of the
component parts of the
apparatus recognised as
defective at source owing to
flaws in their manufacture.

• Not covered by the guarantee
are all parts which may
become defective due to
negligence or careless use,
incorrect installation or
maintenance, maintenance
work carried out by non­authorised persons, damages
caused in transit or, in other
words, circumstances that can
in no way be due to defective
manufacturing of the
apparatus. Also excluded from
the terms of guarantee are the
technical operations involved
in the installation of the
apparatus and its connection
to the mains.

• The Manufacturer declines all
responsibility for any eventual
damage caused, either directly
or indirectly, to persons,
domestic animals or property,
owing to the lack of
observance of all the
instructions given in the
Instruction Booklet provided,
with particular reference to
warnings given concerning the
installation, operation and
maintenance of the apparatus.

• In the case of apparatus for
which on-site intervention is
required, the user shall be
obliged to pay the fixed rate
for transfer expenses in force
at the time of the intervention.
Should repair work to the
apparatus be undertaken at
one of the Service and
Technical Assistance Centres
of the Manufacturer, transport
costs and the relevant risks
shall be borne by the user.

Gemeinschaft ist die Garantie, die

des Warenzeichen ausgestellt,

• Unter Garantie versteht sich
der kostenlose Ersatz oder die
Reparatur, Arbeitszeit mit
inbegriffen, der Bestandteile
des Gerätes, die durch
Fabrikationsfehler als defekt

• Für all jene Teile, die auf
Grund von Unachtsamkeit
oder nachlässigen
Gebrauchs, falscher Montage

Personal,Transportschaden
oder auch durch Umstände,
die nicht auf
Fabrikationsfehler des
Apparates zurückzuführen
sind, schadhaft geworden
sind, besteht keine Garantie.
Des Weiteren von der
Garantie ausgeschlossen, die
technischen Eingriffe, die mit
der Installation und der
Verbindung der Anlagen zur
Speisung zusammenhängen.

• Der Hersteller lehnt jegliche
Verantwortung für eventuelle
Schäden ab, die sich direkt
oder indirekt für Personen,
Haustiere oder Dinge durch
Nichtbeachten der
Beschreibungen ergeben, die
extra in der Betriebsanleitung
angeführt sind und sich
insbesondere auf die
Anmerkungen zur Installation,
dem Gebrauch und der
Wartung des Apparates
beziehen .

• Bei Apparaten, die einen
Eingriff vor Ort erfordern,
kommt der Verbraucher für
die Fixkosten der Transferte
vor Ort auf, die zum Zeitpunkt
des Eingriffes in Kraft stehen.
Sollte das Gerät in einem der
Servicezentren zur
technischen Assistenz der
Herstellerfirma repariert
werden, so gehen die
Transportkosten und Risiken zu
Lasten des Verbrauchers.

1.4 CLAUSES DE
GARANTIE

• L’appareil est garanti deux ans
à compter de la date d’achat,
dans la communauté
Européenne, dont fait foi le
document de livraison émis par
le revendeur ou tout autre
document portant le nom du
revendeur ainsi que la date
effective de l’achat.

• En dehors de la communauté
Européenne est valide la garantie
délivre par l’importateur officiel
du marche.

• Par garantie on entend la
substitution ou réparation
gratuite, y compris la main
d’oeuvre, des parties de
l’appareil reconnues
défectueuses à l’origine, ayant
des vices de fabrication.

• La garantie ne couvre pas les
parties qui pourraient résulter
défectueuses à cause de la
négligence, de la mauvaise
utilisation, de la mauvaise
installation ou du mauvais
entretien, de l’entretien
effectué par des personnes
non autorisées, des
dommages dûs au transport,
ou de toute autre circonstance
sans rapport avec la
fabrication de l’appareil. Ne
font pas partie de la garantie
les opérations relatives au
branchement et à la jonction
aux systèmes d’alimentation.

• Le Fabricant décline toute
responsabilité en cas de
dommages directs ou
indirects aux personnes, aux
animaux domestiques ou aux
objets, dûs à la non­observation de toutes les
prescriptions indiquées sur le
Mode d’Emploi concernant en
particulier les instructions
d’installation, d’utilisation et
d’entretien de l’appareil.

• En cas de réparation au
domicile de l’utilisateur, ce
dernier doit assumer les “frais
fixes de déplacement à
domicile” en vigueur à la date
de la réparation. Au cas où
l’appareil est réparé dans l’un
des Centres d’Assistance
Technique du Fabricant, les
frais et les risques de
transport sont à la charge de
l’utilisateur.

1.4 CLAÚSULAS DE
GARANTÍA

• El aparato tiene garantía de dos
años a partir de la fecha de compra,

en la comunidad europea, que es
acreditada por un documento de
entrega expedido por el
revendedor o con otro
comprobante en el que aparezca
el nombre del revendedor y la fecha
en la que se ha realizado la compra.

• Fuera de la comunidad europea
es válida la garantía emitida por el
importador oficial de la marca
comercial.

• La garantía cubre la sustitución
y reparación gratuita, incluida la
mano de obra, de los
componentes del aparato que
presenten un defecto de origen
por problemas de fabricación.

• La garantía no cubre las partes
que resulten defectuosas por
negligencia o descuido en el
uso del aparato, por una mala
instalación y mantenimiento, por
un mantenimiento realizado por
personal no autorizado, por
daños causados durante el
transporte, y finalmente, por
circunstancias que de todos
modos no son debidas a fallos
de fabricación del aparato.
Asimismo la garantía no
incluye las operaciones
técnicas relativas a la
instalación y a la conexión a
la red de alimentación.

• El fabricante no se hace
responsable de los daños que
se puedan provocar,
directamente o
indirectamente, a personas,
animales domésticos o cosas
como consecuencia del
incumplimiento de todas las
disposiciones indicadas en el
correspondiente libro de
instrucciones, y relativas
especialmente a las
advertencias sobre la
instalación, el uso y el
mantenimiento del aparato.

• Para los aparatos para los
que se solicite asistencia a
domicilio, el usuario deberá
pagar el “canon fijo por gastos
de desplazamiento a
domicilio” en vigor en el
momento de la asistencia. Si
el aparato se reparase en uno
de los Centros de Servicio y
Asistencia Técnica del
Fabricante, los gastos de
transporte y los posibles
riesgos durante el mismo,
correrán a cuenta del usuario.

1.4 CLÁUSULAS DE
GARANTIA

• O aparelho é garantido por um
período de dois anos a partir da
data de compra, na comunidade
europeia, que é comprovada por
um documento de entrega emitido
pelo revendedor ou por outro
documento válido que indique o
nome do revendedor e a data no
qual foi efectuada a compra.

• Fora da comunidade europeia é
valida a garantia emitida pelo
importador oficial da marca.

• Por garantia entende-se a troca
ou reparação gratuita,
incluindo a mão-de-obra, das
peças componentes do
aparelho reconhecidas como
defeituosas na origem por
causa de imperfeições na
fabricação.

• Não estão incluídas pela
garantia todas as peças que
apresentarem defeito por
causa de negligência ou
descuido na utilização, de
errada instalação ou
manutenção, de manutenções
realizadas por pessoal não
autorizado, de danos com o
transporte, ou seja, de
circunstâncias que de
qualqueo modo podem
originar de defeitos de
fabricação do aparelho.
Também estão excluídas nas
prestações de garantia as
intervenções técnicas
inerentes à instalação e à
ligação aos sistemas de
alimentação.

• A Empresa fabricante exime-se
de qualquer responsabilidade
por eventuais danos que
possam direta ou indiretamente,
derivar a pessoas, animais
domésticos ou objetos, em
consequência da falta de
observação de todas as
prescrições indicadas no
apropriado Livret de Instruções
e concernentes especialmente
as advertências acerca da
instalação, uso e manutenção
do aparelho.

• Para os aparelhos para os quais
for pedida a intervenção à
domicílio, o utilizador deve pagar
o correspondente a uma “taxa
fixa para as despesas de
deslocação até o domicílio” em
vigor na data da intervenção. Se
o aparelho for reparado num dos
Centros de Serviço de
Assistência Técnica da empresa
fabricante, as respectivas
despesas e riscos de transporte
serão às custas do utilizador.

costruttrice. In presenza di
intervento effettuato presso
uno dei Centri del Servizio di
Assistenza Tecnica della Casa
costruttrice, l’apparecchio
dovrà esserVi recapitato a
spese e rischio dell’utente.

• È in ogni caso esclusa la
sostituzione dell’apparecchio
nonché il prolungamento della
garanzia a seguito di
intervenuto guasto.

charge for replacement parts,
labour, transport of personnel
and material, based on the
current tariffs held by the
personnel of the Technical
Assistance Centre of the
Manufacturer. In the case of
intervention being undertaken
at one of the Service and
Technical Assistance Centres
of the Manufacturer, the
apparatus must be delivered at
the user’s own risk and
experse.

• In any case, there can be no
substitution of the apparatus,
nor any prolongation of the
guarantee following the
occurrence of a breakdown.

• Nach der Fälligkeit der Garantie,
wird die technische Assistenz
gewährleistet, wobei die zu
ersetzenden Teile, die Kosten
für die Arbeitskraft und die
Transportkosten des Materials
und des Personals nach den in
Kraft stehenden Tarifen, die
dem Personal der
Serviczentren zur technischen
Assistenz der Herstellerfirma
vorliegen, verrechnet. Bei
einem Eingriff in einem der
Servicezentren zur
technischen Assistenz der
Herrstellerfirma, muß das
Gerät auf Kosten und zum
Risiko des Verbrauchers dort
hingebracht werden.

• In jedem Fall ist der Ersatz
des Gerätes oder eine
Verlängerung der Garantiefrist
in Folge eines Defektes
ausgeschlossen.

1.5 GARANTIESCHEIN

• En aucun cas, à la suite d’une
panne, l’appareil ne sera
remplacé ni la garantie
prolongée.

sustituidas, los gastos de mano
de obra y de desplazamiento

materiales, según las tarifas en
vigor en poder del personal del

del Fabricante. En caso de una
intervención realizada en uno
de los Centros de Servicio y
de Asistencia Técnica del
Fabricante, el usuario deberá
transportar hasta allí el
aparato y correr con los
gastos y los riesgos del
transporte.

• De todos modos se excluye la
sustitución del aparato así
como la prolongación de la
garantía tras una avería.

a extensão da garantia após
intervenções por avaria.
