Your Ocean Matrix unit was hand built, inspected and
tested to ensure a high quality of workmanship and
reliability. It is warrantied against defects in materials
and workmanship for a period of 90 Days from the date
of purchase, provided the terms of this warranty by
Ocean Matrix are met in full:

All parts and labor are warrantied for a period of one
year. Should a manufacturing defect develop in that
time, Ocean Matrix will make the necessary repairs to,
or replacement of defective parts at no charge, and
prepay freight for return, provided:
1) The problem is not the result of gross negligence
or abuse, as determined by our factory.
2) The attached Warranty Card is completed and
returned to Ocean Matrix within ten (10) days of the
date of purchase;
3) Return Unit with dated proof of purchase and
insure it for full purchase price to:

Warranty Exclusions
THIS WARRANTY IS THE ONLY WARRANTY MADE
BY OCEAN MATRIX WITH RESPECT TO OCEAN
MATRIX PRODUCTS AND OCEAN MATRIX WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS
FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND ANY LIABILITY
WITH RESPECT TO SAME WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE. IN NO EVENT
SHALL OCEAN MATRIX BE LIABLE FOR LOST
PROFITS, OR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES INCURRED BY THE CONSUMER.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an
implied warranty lasts, and some states do not allow
the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to
you.
General
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you
may also have other rights which vary from state to
