Caratterizzato da dimensioni compatte e un design moderno ed elegante, Fusion color 36 plus è ideale per lo spettacolo dal vivo, il
teatro. La nuova tecnologia LED RGB ad alta potenza permette di creare una vastissima gamma di colori, ridurre notevolmente i
consumi (massimo 96 VA), eliminare la manutenzione e il cambio lampada (la durata media dei LED è di 100.000 ore, 10 anni ad uso
continuo).

Installazione:

Il proiettore può essere installato in qualsiasi posizione. Per l’utilizzo in sospensione è necessario installare un gancio di fissaggio adatto
al peso del proiettore. Installare il proiettore in un luogo ben ventilato utilizzando una vite M10, un dado e una rondella. Assicurarsi
della tenuta del punto di fissaggio.

Ogni modifica all'apparecchio previa autorizzazione è proibita.
Il proiettore deve essere alimentato con la tensione e frequenza indicate sull’etichetta del proiettore stesso 110/240V 50/60Hz. Collegare
il cavo di alimentazione alla presa. È consigliabile collegare ogni proiettore tramite un proprio interruttore in modo da poterlo accendere
singolarmente a distanza.
Per il controllo dei proiettori è richiesto l'utilizzo di una centralina DMX512. Per il collegamento utilizzare un cavo conforme alle
specifiche EIA rs-485: bipolare intrecciato, schermato, 120Ω di impedenza caratteristica, 22-24 AWG, bassa capacità, 1 connettore XLR
5 poli maschio e 1 connettore XLR 5 poli femmina.
Per formare una catena DMX, collegare la centralina DMX al DMX IN del primo proiettore e poi dal DMX OUT al DMX IN del secondo
proiettore e così via. Per un corretto funzionamento del segnale DMX è necessario mettere un terminale nel DMX OUT dell’ultimo
proiettore.
Questo terminale è costituito da un connettore XLR maschio con una resistenza da 120Ω saldata tra il pin 2 e il pin 3.

Display digitale e opzioni di funzionamento

Con l’utilizzo del display digitale, è possibile variare le impostazioni di funzionamento, pilotare il proiettore in automatico con presets o
programmi e funzioni Master/Slave, visualizzare informazioni del proiettore, Resettare alle impostazioni di fabbrica.
Dopo 30 secondi di inattività, il display si spegne.

Il puntino in basso a destra è un indicatore per il segnale dmx:

- acceso fisso: il segnale dmx è presente

- lampeggio lento: il segnale dmx è assente

- lampeggio veloce: il segnale dmx è presente, ma con un numero di canali insufficiente

Indirizzamento del proiettore

Per pilotare più Fusion color 36 plus indipendenti, è necessario assegnare ad ognuno un indirizzo DMX diverso impostando il canale di
partenza e calcolando che un proiettore occupa 7 canali (3 o 4 o 6 o 7 canali a seconda della modalità di funzionamento.). Per esempio
se si hanno 6 proiettori, sarà necessario impostarli sui canali 1, 7, 13, 19, 25, 31.
Per impostare il canale DMX è necessario visualizzare sul display la scritta lampeggiante ‘Addr’ utilizzando i tasti ‘UP’ ‘DOWN’ , premere
‘ENTER’. Variare l’indirizzo DMX tramite i tasti ‘UP’ ‘DOWN’ e poi premere ‘ENTER’ per confermare.

programma (p) da fare eseguire. N.B. Dall’uscita DMX non esce alcun
segnale. Premere ‘ESC’ per uscire da questa modalità.

Dmxo

Funzionamento automatico con

uscita DMX

Premendo ‘ENTER’ il proiettore entra in modalità di funzionamento
autonomo. Premendo i tasti ‘UP’ e ‘DOWN’ si seleziona il colore fisso (c) o il
programma (p) da fare eseguire. N.B. Dall’uscita DMX esce il segnale che
può quindi controllare altri proiettori collegati. Premere ‘ESC’ per uscire da
questa modalità.

Hi-p Aumento della potenza dei LED

Premendo ‘ENTER’ viene visualizzato lo stato attuale della funzione Hi-p.
Se è su ‘off’, la corrente di pilotaggio dei LED sarà di 700 mA, se è su ‘on’
la corrente sarà di 820 mA

Smoo Modalita del dimming

Premendo ‘ENTER’, viene visualizzata l’impostazione attuale della modalità
del dimmer. Variare il valore usando i tasti ‘UP e ‘DOWN’ e poi premere
‘ENTER’ per confermare. Se il valore è ‘off’ , il dimming sarà veloce e
istantaneo. Se il valore è ‘on’, il dimming sarà morbido.

Fan Impostazione della ventola

Su questo modello, non essendoci una ventola, questa funzione non ha
effetto

Temp Temperatura del proiettore

Premere ‘ENTER’ per visualizzare la temperatura del proiettore. Premere
‘ESC’ per uscire.

Maxt Massima temperatura del proiettore

Premere ‘ENTER’ per visualizzare la temperatura massima del proiettore
dall’ultima accensione. Premere ‘ESC’ per uscire.

Unit Unità di misura

Premendo ‘ ENTER’ viene visualizzata l’unità di misura impostata per la
lettura della temperatura. I due valori possibili sono ‘cels’ (Celsius) o ‘fahr’
(Fahrenheit). Premere ‘UP’ o ‘DOWN’ per modificare il valore, poi premere
‘ENTER’ per confermare oppure ‘ESC’ per cancellare.

Calr Calibrazione del Rosso

Premere ‘ENTER’ , impostare il livello massimo del rosso con i tasti ‘UP’ e
‘DOWN’, poi premere ‘ENTER’ per confermare oppure ‘ESC’ per cancellare.

Calg Calibrazione del Verde

Premere ‘ENTER’ , impostare il livello massimo del verde con i tasti ‘UP’ e
‘DOWN’, poi premere ‘ENTER’ per confermare oppure ‘ESC’ per cancellare.

Calb Calibrazione del Blu

Premere ‘ENTER’ , impostare il livello massimo del blu con i tasti ‘UP’ e
‘DOWN’, poi premere ‘ENTER’ per confermare oppure ‘ESC’ per cancellare.

Def Reset alle impostazioni di fabbrica

Premere ‘ENTER’, selezionare ‘reset’ con i tasti ‘UP e ‘DOWN’ per riportare

Installation:

The projector can be fixed in any position. For floor installation, open the second stirrup and lock it like in picture. For suspending use,
it is needed to install an appropriate clamp. It must be located in a well ventilated position, using an M10 screw, a nut and a washer.
Make sure the structure You are fixing the product to can stand the product load.

The projector is fitted with a power supply cable and two XLR 5 Poles connectors for DMX IN and OUT signal (Fig.1)

Any modification to this luminaries, without authorization, is forbidden.
This lantern must be powered according to the voltage and frequency showed on its label (100/240V 50/60Hz). Connect the power
cable to the socket. We suggest to connect each projector to its own switch so that they can be individually switched on with a remote
control.
To remote control the projectors is required the use of a DMX512 control desk.
For the connection of signal use cable EIA rs-485 type: two core screened, 120Ω characteristic impedance, 22-24 AWG, low capacity, 1
XLR 5 poles MALE connector and 1 XLR 5 poles FEMALE connector.
To form a DMX chain, connect the DMX control desk to the first projector’s DMX IN, then from its DMX OUT to the DMX IN of the
second projector and so on.
For a correct functioning of the DMX signal, it is necessari to put a terminal into the DMX OUT of the last projector. This terminal is
made of 1 XLR MALE connector with a 120Ω resistance welded between PIN 2 and PIN 3.

Digital display and functioning options

Using the digital display, it is possible to change the functioning options, drive the projector in automatic mode with presets or programs
and with Master/Slave functions, display projector information and reset settings to default.
After 30 seconds without working, the display will turn off.

The low right dot is a dmx signal indicator:

- Fixed ON : dmx signal is linked

- Slow flashing: dmx signal is not linked

- Quik flashing: dmx signal is linked but control channels are not enough

Addressing of the projector

To control many Fusion Color individually, it is necessary to assign to each one a different DMX address , setting the starting channel
taking into consideration that one Fusion Color books 7 channels (3 or 4 or 6 or 7 channels depending on the functioning mode set).
For example, if we have 6 projectors, it will be necessary to set them on the channels 1, 8, 15, 22, 29, 36.
To set the DMX channel use buttons ‘UP’ or ‘DOWN’ until you can see ‘Address’ on the display , then press ‘ENTER’. Change the DMX
address using the ‘UP’ ‘DOWN’ keys and then press ‘ENTER’ to confirm.

Description of the main menu

To scroll the items of this menu use ‘UP’ and ‘DOWN’ keys.

Visualizzation Option Description

Press ‘ENTER’ to display the current DMX address. Use ‘UP and ‘DOWN’
keys to change value and press ‘ENTER’ to confirm or ‘ESC’ to cancel.

Addr DMX addressing

Press ‘ENTER’, the display will show the current DMX mode. Using ‘UP and
‘DOWN’ keys, change the DMX mode and then press ‘ENTER’ to confirm.
To see all possible settings, see the ‘DMX description’.

Mode Setting of DMX mode

Press ‘ENTER’ to set the projector in stand alone mode. Press ‘UP’ and
‘DOWN’ to select the fixed colour (c) or the program (p) to play. N.B.
There is no DMX output. Press ‘ESC’ to stop this function.

StdA Stand alone functioning

Press ‘ENTER’ to set the projector in stand alone mode. Press ‘UP’ and
‘DOWN’ to select the fixed colour (c) or the program (p) to play. N.B.
There is DMX output to control other projectors on dmx line. Press ‘ESC’ to
stop this function.

Dmxo Automatic functioning with DMX out

Press ‘ENTER’ to display the current state of ‘Hi-p’ function. If it is ‘off’, the
supply of LEDS is 700 mA, if it is ‘on’ supply of LEDS is 820 mA

Hi-p Boost of LED power

Press ‘ENTER’ to display the current dimming mode. Change the value
using the ‘UP or ‘DOWN’ keys then press ‘ENTER’ to confirm. If the value
is ‘off’, the dimming will be quick and nervous. If the value is ‘on’, the
dimming will be smooth.

Smoo Dimming mode

On this model there is no effect.

Fan Fan settings

Press ‘ENTER’ to display the current projector temperature. Press ‘ESC’ to
exit.

Temp Projector temperature

Press ‘ENTER’ to display the maximum projector temperature from the last
time it was turned on. Press ‘ESC’ to exit.

Maxt Maximum projector temperature

Press ‘ ENTER’ to display the current unit of measurement for the
temperature. The values can be ‘cels’ (Celsius) or ‘fahr’ (Fahrenheit). Press
‘UP’ or ‘DOWN’ to change the value and press ‘ENTER’ to confirm or ‘ESC’
to exit.

Calr Red calibration

Press ‘ENTER’, set the maximum level for Green using ‘UP’ and ‘DOWN’ .
Press ‘ENTER’ to confirm and ‘ESC’ to exit.

Calg Green calibration

Press ‘ENTER’, set the maximum level for Blue using ‘UP’ and ‘DOWN’ .
Press ‘ENTER’ to confirm and ‘ESC’ to exit.

Calb Blue calibration
