To use this mouse, your computer must meet the following hardware requirem ents and run one of the operating systems listed below.

DPI Switch
The mouse supports 1000/2000/ 3000/4000DPI( 500-4000DPI by software). To switch to either setting, press the DPI button. The default setting is 1000 DPI . Click the "DP I +" button on the top of the mouse once to upgrade the DPI, LED light would change. Click the "DPI -" button on the top of the mouse once to downgrade the DPI, LED light would change.
TeckNet GM299 Software Instructions Installation:
1. Connect to your PC, insert disc and double click the software icon, select a language.
2. Press “Next Step”.

3. Select "I accept the terms of the License Agreement" then click "Next" to Install.

4. Click "Finish" to complete installation.
5. Double click the software icon after installation is completed. The main interface as below shown. You can change the language by click the s etting button on the top right corner.

Button Setting
Mouse button: Left button, Right button, Middle button, Forward butto n, Bac kward button. Gaming setting: Fire button, Combined button, Macro button. Media and Website: Favorite, Search, Refresh, Stop, Forward, Backward, My Computer, Player, Play/Pause, Stop, Vol+, Vol-, Last, Next, Mute, Home Page, Calculator. DPI setting: DPI +, DPI­Window s Functi ons : Win 8 Charm Menu Windows Shortcut key: Cut, Copy, Paste, revoke, Select All,
Search, New-built, Print, Save, enlarge, reduce
Examples Single Key setting
1). If you would like to set up for “Right Button”, click it first and a drop­down me nu wil l show up as below.

2) Then click "Single Key", input the key you need, click "OK" to save the setting, then click "Apply", "OK" before exiting the software.
Mouse Function Setting

2) Then click "Mouse Function", select the function you need, click "OK" to save the setting, then click "Apply", "OK" before exiting the software.
Macro Setting
1) If you would like to set up macro for “Right Button”, click it first a nd a drop-down menu will show up as below.

Switch Profile Setting TeckNet GM299 gaming mouse offers three profiles.

Run Program
1) If you would like to set "Right Button" as "run program", click "Right Button" first and a drop-down menu will show up as below.
2) Then click "Run Program", a pop-up window as below, select the program you need, then click "Open", at last click "Apply", "OK" before exiting the software.

Multimedia Setting
1) If you would like to set "Right Button" as "run program", click "Right Button" first and a drop-down menu will show up as below.

Windows Hot-Key Setting
1) If you would like to set "Right Button" as "Windows hot-key ", click "Right Button" first and a drop-down menu will show up as below. Select "Windows Hot-Key".
2) A pop-up window as below shown, select the hot-key you need, click "OK", then click "Apply", "OK" before exiting the software.

Combo Key Setting
1) If you would like to set "Right Button" as "Combo Key", click "Right Button" fi r st and a dro p-down menu will show up as below. Select "Com bo Key" .
2) A pop-up window as below shown, i nput the combo key as you need, click
"OK", then click "Apply", "OK" before exiting the software. Note: Combo key should be "Shift" or "Window" or "Ctrl" or "Alt" +
normal lett er or num b er .

Forbidden
If you would like to set "Ri ght Butt on" as for bidden key, simply clic k "Right button", Select "Forbidden", the right button now is forbidden for usage.
USB Report Rate and DPI Settings
You can change the USB report r ate and DPI setting simply in below section.
Profile Setting
TeckNet GM289 offers three profile for user, you can set the profiles as you need, then click "Apply", "OK" before exiting software.

Macro Setting
Click "Macro Setting", a pop-up window as below shown.
1) Creat a new macro, input the macro name in the box under "New macro", then click "New". The macro name would be shown on the list of "Select name".
You can delete the macro, re-name, export, import the macro through below button:
2) Click "Start" to set up the macro. Input the keys needed and cli c k to sav e.

Note: Software support endless macro, each macro support 200 actio ns, inc l u di ng button down, butto n up action.
3) You can modify or delete, clear the macro action by below buttons : Select a action, then click this button, the caption action would
be moved to to the top.
: Select a action, then click this button, the caption action would
be moved to to upper layer. : Select a action, then click this button, the caption action would be moved to to next layer.
: Select a action, then click this button, the caption action would
be moved to to the last layer.
: Select a action, then click this button, the caption action would
be deleted.
: Click this but to n, all the action would be delet ed.
4) You can insert script command or mouse event, or relative coordinate
and adjust fixed delay , loop count after stopping record. Click "OK" to save the macro, and click "Apply", "OK" before exiting the software.

LED Setting
1) Click the c hec k box of "Light", LED would be forbiden.
2)Select t he LE D mode fr om the dr op-down menu.
3) Adjust the brightness and the LED speed throught t he tool bar.

Default Setting Simply click "Default Setting" button, all the user-defined settin g are cha ng ed to de f a ul t s etting. Advance Setting You can adjust the mouse move speed, scroll speed, click speed, and lift-
off Dist ance by adju s ti n g the t o ol bar. Click "Apply", "OK" before exiting the software.
Uninstallation: Open the cont r ol panel and click "Pr oc e dures and Functi ons " .
Select "TeckNetGamingMouse" and double click to uninstall.

Attention
1. Any attempt to disassemble, adjust or repair the mouse may result
in expos ur e an d ot h er safety hazards.
2. If not used, the mouse will drop into auto-sleeping mode within 3
seconds, press any key or scroll wheel to activate the mouse.
3. Do not use the mouse on a glass or mirrored surface, as these surfaces
will cause the mouse to fail temporarily.
4. The mouse might not work smoothly on some special surfaces, such
as smooth, dark or black, reflecting and 3D mouse pads surfaces.
5. Please avoid using the mouse on a metal surface. Metals, such as iron,
aluminium or copper, shield the radio frequency transmission and may slow dow n th e mo us e pr esenter ’s response time or cause the mouse to fail temporarily.

Shenzhen Unchain Technology Co., LTD. (Manuf acturer: “Unchain” ) warrants to the original purchaser of this Teck Net produc t that the product shall be free of defect s i n design, assembly, material, or workm anshi p.
What the period of coverage is.
Unchain warrants the TeckNet product for 18 Months.
What will we do to correct problems?
Unchain will repair or replace, at its option, any defective product free of charge (except for shipping charges for the product).
What is not covered by this warranty?
All above warranties are null and void if the TeckNet product is not provid ed t o U nch ai n for i ns p ect ion upon Unchain’s request at the sole expense of the purchaser, or if Unchain determines that the TeckNet product has been improperly installed, altered in any way, or tampered with. The TeckNet Product Warranty does not protect against acts of God such as flood, earthquake, lightning, war, vandalism, theft, normal-use wear and tear, erosion, depletion, obsolescence, abuse, damage due to low voltage disturbances (i.e. brownouts or sags), non-authorized program, or system equipment modification or alteration.
