Installation

1.Slide open the battery cover at the back of your unit.

2.Insert 2 x AAA batteries into the battery compartment by observing the correct + / - polarity signs inside the battery compartment.

3.Replace the battery cover. After few seconds the unit is ready to work for you.

To Select degree C or degree F Temperature Readout

Press C or F button to view the temperature in degree C or degree F.

To Read the Maximum-Minimum Temperature Records

Press MAX or MIN once to view the maximum or minimum temperature and humidity.

When the maximum temperature and humidity are displayed, press and hold the MAX will clear the maximums and the unit will start to record and display fresh data again.

When the minimum temperature and humidity are displayed, press and hold the MIN will clear the minimums and the unit will start to record and display fresh data again.

To View the Temperature, Humidity and Comfort Index

This thermo-hygrometer is equipped with an easy-to-read index of temperature, humidity and the comfort level (which is a combination of temperature and humidity). It gives a good and quick indication of how you feel like in the ambient environment.

Remarks:

This device is designed for indoor use. The comfort index is only related to the indoor relative humidity change assuming the indoor temperature is normal at 18°C to 24°C. The comfort index will become less relevant when the indoor temperature goes out of that indoor temperature range.

TROUBLE SHOOTING

In case your thermo-hygrometer shows irrelevant information or digits, it maybe affected by electrostatic discharge or interferences from other devices. press the RESET button on the back of your unit. Your unit will be reset and starts to measure fresh temperature and humidity data again.

Remark : if you observe a Low Battery icon on the lower right LCD, which means your thermo-hygrometer is at low battery level, take out the batteries and replace with fresh ones.

CARE OF YOUR THERMO-HYGROMETER

1.Do not expose the unit to extreme temperature, water or direct sunlight

2.Avoid contact with any corrosive materials

3.Do not subject the unit to excessive force, dust or humidity

4.Do not open the inner back case or tamper with any components of this unit
