Description of the equipment
Seat (A): where the user sits to perform the exercise. Its position can be adjusted using the seat lever (B).
Exercise levers (C): operated by the user by means of the handgrips (D). The position of the handgrips can be adjusted by pressing
the corresponding button.
Weight stack (E): the exercise levers, operated by the user, move the weights along two guides by means of a cable. A pin (F) is used
for selecting the load in order to adjust the exercise effort level. The cursor (G) is used to vary the selected workload by 2,5 kg.

Safety devices and warnings
The maximum user weight is 120 kg (265 lb).
The equipment does not have any sharp corners.
All the parts which come into contact with the body are adequately protected with rubber coverings or padding.
The weight stack is enclosed in protective panels.
WARNINGS
During all operations involving transport, maintenance and cleaning, pay attention to any part of the equipment where
body parts may become trapped.
It is important to pay attention to the labels affixed to the equipment, as they provide information about possible risks
and hazards.
We recommend immediately replacing the labels when they become damaged or difficult to read.
Pay particular attention to the parts of the equipment with labels indicating the “DANGER OF
SQUASHING”.

Place of installation
To guarantee safe, comfortable and effective use of the equipment, the place of installation must comply with certain specific requirements;
in particular, before choosing where to install the equipment it is recommended to check the following:
- temperature between +10°C and +25°C;
- sufficient ventilation to maintain a humidity level between 20% and 90%, when the equipment is in use;
- adequate lighting, so that the physical exercise takes place in pleasant and relaxing conditions;
- sufficient clearance on all sides of the equipment, taking into account its maximum dimensions during the movements, necessary
for safety reasons;
- a flat, stable and vibration-free floor surface, with adequate carrying capacity for the equipment’s weight.
If the equipment is installed in a public recreational area, the place must conform to all the requirements prescribed by the regulations
in force.
WARNINGS
The equipment must be installed and used in a place whose access and supervision are specifically controlled by the
owner.
When installing the equipment, use suitable personal protective equipment.

Lifting and handling the equipment
To move the equipment, use normal lifting and handling machine.
It is recommended to place some padded material between the frame and the lifting machine.
WARNING
The equipment must be moved with great care, due to the risk of it tipping over.
Before lifting the equipment, insert between the two panels of the weight stack the spacer provided at the time of delivery.
Lift the equipment from the weight stack side, as shown in the figure.
WARNING
Given the weight of the equipment, we recommend that more than one
person be involved in lifting it.

B
Adjusting the equipment
After the equipment has been positioned on the floor, check that it is level.
The foot (A) is adjustable for this purpose: loosen the lock nut (B) and tighten or loosen the foot until the equipment is stable.
When this is done, close the lock nut (B).

Routine maintenance
WARNINGS
The safety of the equipment is assured only on condition that it is carefully inspected for signs of damage and/or wear
every two weeks.
Replace defective and worn components immediately, or alternatively remove the equipment from service.
The equipment should always be kept clean and free of dust, in compliance with good hygiene practice, especially if it is used in a gym
or by more than one person.
To clean the padded parts, use a moist cloth or a sponge and mild soap.
Every week, clean the outer parts of the equipment using a damp sponge.
Do not use chemicals or solvents.
WARNING
Be careful not to rub with excessive force on the drawings and instructions shown on the labels.

Routine maintenance
To lubricate the weight stack guides:
- remove the back panel of the weight stack (following the instructions found in the section Removing the weight stack panel);
- use a soft cloth to remove any dust and oil residues from the guides;
- slightly moisten the cloth with the oil supplied;
- using this cloth, apply a very thin layer of lubricant over the guides, being careful not to apply too much;
- replace the back panel of the weight stack (following the instructions found in the section Removing the weight stack panel in reverse
order).
For maintenance actions not described in this manual, call in the Technogym Technical Service.

Replacing the padded components
If any of the padded components show signs of wear, it is advisable, especially in the interests of hygiene, to replace them completely.
In order to replace seats and backrests loosen the screws on the opposite side to the padding.
Handgrips are removed after unscrewing the screws (A).

Replacing the cable of the exercise levers
To replace the cable, proceed as follows:
- unscrew the screws (A) of both tie rods (B) and remove the cable;
- insert the new cable and retighten the screws (A) of only one tie rod (follow the
original path of the cable as shown in the figure);
cont.

A
Replacing the cable of the exercise levers
- insert a thickness of approx. 10 mm (1/2”) under the first weight of the weight
stack;
- bring the two levers into contact with the rubber travel stops;
- tighten the cable and lock down the screws (A) on the other tie rod, always
keeping the levers in contact with the rubber travel stops;
- remove 10 mm thickness (1/2”) from the weight stack.
WARNING
ALWAYS use cables supplied directly by Technogym.
The cables must always be replaced at the first sign of wear, even if it only affects
the outer rubber protection.
WARNING
Every month, carefully inspect the condition of the cables.

Replacing the weight stack cable
To replace the cable, proceed as follows:
- remove the back panel of the weight stack (following the instructions found in
the section Removing the weight stack panel);
- unscrew the screws (A), back off the lock nut (B) and unscrew the adjuster (C);
- extract the weight stack cable from the adjuster side;

Replacing the weight stack cable
