3 PAIR
Press and hold button on the Sound Bar main unit for 5 seconds. Press and hold PAIR button on the subwoofer untill pairing is complete. And then the amber LED light will be solid up on the subwoofer.

Manual pairing is needed only in case of troubleshooting.

Set up your Sound Bar system
Notes
Make sure you read all the safety information before you mount the Sound Bar main unit on the wall.
Make sure you use screws provided or specified by the authorized manufacturer.
TCL Overseas Marketing Limited bears no responsibility for accidents or damage caused by improper wall mounting and screws installation or insufficient wall strength, etc.
Additional tools (not supplied) are required for installation.
You can choose to place your Sound Bar below the center of your TV or mount it on the wall.
Position Your Sound Bar and Subwoofer
The ideal place to position the Sound Bar main unit is centered underneath your TV.
You are recommended to place the Sound Bar main unit on the top of the cabinet and right below the center of your TV. The distance between the subwoofer and the Sound Bar main unit should be less than 3m.

Mount your Sound Bar on the wall
Place the supplied wall mount template on the wall.

Make sure the wall mount template is at least 5cm below the center of the TV.
Use a level to make sure the wall mount template is

positioned accurately.
Use tape to stick the wall mount template firmly on

Install/replace the remote control batteries
Warnings

Open the battery compartment, remove the old batteries

3 Connect your Sound
Bar system
After you have fixed the position of the Sound Bar, you can start connecting it to your TV or other devices and listen to the audio through your Sound Bar. Make sure you have muted the audio of your TV or device. For information, check the user manual of your TV or device.
Connect with the HDMI cable
Note
Make sure your TV or device supports the HDMI ARC feature. For information, check the user manual of your TV or device.
Connect one end of the HDMI cable to the HDMI ARC input connector on your Sound Bar and another end to the HDMI ARC output connector of your TV or device.
To get the best possible audio experience using the HDMI cable, follow below given steps:

Connect HDMI cable from the HDMI (ARC) interface on the sound bar to the HDMI (ARC/eARC) interface on the TV. Connect power cord.

Optional: Connect your Blu-ray player
For ease of use, you are advised to connect a Blu-ray player to the TV and enjoy the Sound Bar through HDMI-ARC. However, in order to enjoy Dolby TrueHD based Atmos content that not all TVs may support through HDMI-ARC, you can optionally connect your Blu-ray player directly to the Sound Bar using the HDMI-in port.
Notes
The Sound Bar willl pass on the video signal to the TV. If it is not successful, turn on the Sound Bar and try again.
• The HDMI input supports UHD (4K) and that it can also be
used for game console to enjoy Dolby Atmos audio.

Connect with the optical cable
Remove the protective caps from the optical cable

Do not bend or kink the optical cable (SPDIF) as it
is fragile and can easily get damaged and broken.
To get the best possible audio experience using the optical cable:
Press the Home button on your TCL TV Remote.

2. On an Android phone, open the Google Home app and continue with step 3.

4. Once setup is complete via step 3, you are now connected to your network and Wi-Fi. Now you can enjoy Chromecast built-in from any device on the same network.

3. For the Airplay 2, in Settings > Wi-Fi, look for "TCL 8132 Sound Bar" under "SETUP AS NEW AIRPLAY SPEAKER" and complete the setup process.

Setting up Works With Alexa
1. Press and hold the (next) button on the sound bar remote for 5s until the
display on the sound bar shows ALEXA SETUP
2. Now open the Alexa app on your device.
3. If the Alexa app indicates that your Bluetooth function is not turned on, go to
the Settings and activate Bluetooth
4. In the Alexa app, select the Devices tab and use the "+" button to add a new
device.

Select "Speaker" for the kind of device and "TCL" as the brand.
6. You will now be asked to select the Wi-Fi network you want the sound bar to
connect to. This is typically the same Wi-Fi network as your phone is using. You may need to enter the Wi-Fi network's password.
7. After a short while, you will be asked to try out some examples on how to use
the soundbar and after this, the display on the sound bar shows ALEXA READY. Your setup is now complete.
Note: This setup requires you to install the Alexa app from the App Store or Google Play. If you open the Alexa app you may automatically be invited to set up your sound bar, in this case just follow the steps. Otherwise proceed with the steps below.

When the wireless subwoofer is connected, you can enjoy powerful deep bass sounds and a truly immersive audio experience.
Auto pairing
Make sure both the Sound Bar and wireless subwoofer are connected to the power supply and are turned on.
The Sound Bar will pair with the subwoofer automatically.
The amber LED will flash when pairing is in progress.
The amber LED will remain on solidly when pairing is successful.

Listen to music from your Bluetooth device
Make sure that your device supports A2DP and/or AVRCP.

This Sound Bar can support USB devices of up to 64GB memory and the supported file format is MP3. Music in folders of the USB device should be within 5 (including 5) directory levels. Otherwise, the sound bar can not detect the music.

7 FAQ
No power
Make sure the AC power cord and AC input connector are connected properly. Make sure there is power supply. Make sure the Sound Bar has turned on.
No sound
Make sure the audio cable is connected to the Sound Bar and your device. Make sure you have selected the correct source. Press Make sure the Sound Bar is not muted.
Low voice
Use the remote control to adjust the volume. May opend Night mode, please press for 3 seconds to exit the Night mode.
* Other EQs cannot be selected in Night Mode.
The remote control does not work.
Make sure you have selected the correct source. Make sure the distance of remote control and the Sound Bar is within operational range. Make sure the battery is correctly inserted and is working. Make sure the remote control is close to the remote control sensor of the Sound Bar.
I hear distorted sound.
Make sure all cables are properly connected. Make sure you have selected the correct source. Make sure the TV is muted if you play audio from the TV.
I cannot find the Bluetooth name of this Sound Bar on my Bluetooth device.
Make sure the Bluetooth function is activated on your Bluetooth device. Make sure the Sound Bar has paired with your Bluetooth device.
