HDMI Switch SII9587-3 is changed to SII9687, and changed the Power circuit.

Reference U008,U1106 54519 DC to DC is changed to MP8606 DC to DC in order to increase the current of system.
For CSOT Panel, change VB1 interface net and add VB1 Jack.
Add the filter bead at AVDD_DMPLL and AVDD_AU nets of MS901 in order to solve the ripple under RGB mode.
Change RP301 and RP307 value from 22R to 0R in order to stable working.
Add 2pcs 22uF capacitor at 6M40 Vcore power in order to stable DDR Phase.

Add 0 ohm resistor at the VB1 input net at P1403 Jack in order to cut off VB1 net when using AUO panel.
Add the SW control circuit for the core power of MS901 and MST6M40, and modify the parameter of MP8606 circuit.
